《Senior Year》Almost There

When the bell rang, you practically ran out of school. When you got in your car, your excitement could barely be contained. You started your car, put on your sunglasses, and turned on the radio. One of your favorite songs was playing. You pulled out of parking lot and drove home.
When you got home, your mom's car was already there because she got off work early. You parked your car in the garage and went inside. She gave you a hug and helped you put your suitcase in her car. You checked your room and bathroom to make sure that you didn't forget anything. You didn't have any homework or studying to do over the weekend, which was awesome because you don't want that hanging over your head.
You and your mom got into her car, and she drove you to the airport. The closer you got, the more excited you got. You felt your phone vibrate in your pocket. It was texts from the cast, saying how excited they are and when they're flying in.
Your mom parked in the parking lot. You got your suitcase and backpack out of the trunk. She checked in your luggage and got your ticket. She walked you to security and you gave each other one last hug goodbye.
"Have fun. I hope you enjoy the movie." your mom said.
"I will. I'll tell you all about it." you said.
You two finally let go and you got in line for security.
You got through security and you walked to the gate. There was still twenty minutes until boarding, so you went to a shop to get a bag of chips as a snack. Boarding started right as you got back. You got to the front and scanned your ticket. You walked to the plane and found your seat. You got the window seat and a man and woman sat in the other two seats in the row. You texted your parents and the cast that you're on the plane.

After ten minutes, the flight attendants came on the intercom to address to the safety procedures and flight information. After that, the plane went in reverse and drove on the runway. It started to pick up speed and lifted off into the air. You're one step closer to seeing your friends and boyfriend again. More excitement built up inside of you.
The captain said that passengers could now use electronics they were at ten thousand feet. You put your headphones in and put on a playlist. You got out your advanced coloring book and markers from your backpack. You flipped through the pages and saw that there's only three pages left that haven't been colored yet. It's gonna be a long plane ride, so you colored the last three pictures.
After that, you binge watched your favorite show on Netflix, despite watching every episode numerous times. Your eyes started to hurt after a while, so you closed out of your Netflix app. You closed your eyes and listen to meditation music while you slept. Your neck started to hurt from the position you were in, so you woke up. The flight attendants came down with the snack cart. You got a water and ate the bag of chips you bought.
~~~~~~~~~~
You looked out the window to see the ground getting closer, then it landed. You have arrived! The plane stopped and pulled up to a terminal. You stood up from your seat and walked off the plane. As you walked to baggage claim, you were looking everywhere for the cast.
This is the story of how James Allen Quick and Sarah Lynn Abernathy died. By 'died', I mean that their hearts stopped, their brains ceased sending electrical impulses, and all other physical functions terminated. Immediately after which, their bodies were placed into an industrial furnace, reduced to ash, and the ash was spread about in one of the last forest reserves in North America. As ash-spreading locations go, this ranked third. First and second places were, of course, a person’s favorite athletic team’s playing field and the sea. Or rather, I should say that this is how the story begins. You see, it’s what came after that is so interesting.
