《Eren x Reader》Chapter 4

You were on your way to the library to help Eren with his math work, he wasn't very good at it. He got so frustrated trying to do it, it was really cute, and when he got something right his face would light up.
You arrived at the library and entered. The library was a decent size with books lining the walls. You'd only been in there the few times you went looking for Armin.
You spotted Eren at a table looking frustrated.
"Heh." You giggled and sat down next to him, " Getting frustrated?"
"Yeah. I can't get this right." He said.
"Here, let me see." You said.
He handed his notebook to you. You saw what he was doing wrong.
"You don't add the five, you multiply it." You said.
"Oh." Said Eren as his face turned bright red.
He started re-doing the question. He was concentrating so hard.
'He's so cute ☺️' you thought.
He stopped writing and looked over his work, then his face lit up.
"Hey! I got it right!" He exclaimed.
"Let me see." You said.
He passed the notebook over to you. You looked it over and it was in fact right.
"Nice job, Eren." You said, "Okay. Try the next question."
"Okay." He started the next question.
He finished and passed the book to you.
"Correct." You said with a smile.
"Yes!" He said smiling.
You just laughed, he looked so cute.
"Do you need help with anything else?" You asked.
"Um, no. I should be good with everything else." He responded looking very unsure.
"Here." You said as you scrawled your phone number on a piece of paper and handed it to him, "If you have any questions or just wanna chat, call or text me." You smiled sweetly.

"Okay. Thanks." He smiled, his cheeks tinted a light pink.
You phone buzzed signalling somebody texted you. You looked to see who it was.
Dad: Come home now.
You were confused, he never really cared what time you got home, as long as it was before 8. It seemed really urgent.
"I have to go." You said suddenly, you voice shaking a little.
"Is everything okay?" He asked.
"Ya." You lied, and he seemed to notice but didn't push you.
Your phone buzzed again.
Dad: Hurry.
(Y/N): I'm on my way.
You looked at Eren.
"I'll see you tomorrow." You said.
"Okay, see ya." He said looking worried.
You ran out of the library, down the stairs and out of the school. You ran home and slammed open the door. You saw your dad sitting in his chair in the living room with his head in his hands.
"Dad?" You said, fearing the worst.
He looked up at you, his eyes were red and puffy from crying.
"Dad, is she..." You trailed off.
He just silently nodded and put his head back in his hands. You chest tightened and you turned and started climbing the stairs to your moms room. You got to the door and opened it. You dropped to your knees and broke down, sobbing uncontrollably.

The boy who fell in love with a tree
This is a story about a boy who fell in love with a tree… A story about powerful people changing the rulebook to stack the odds and line their pockets… I aim to create a story that will transport us so we get a glimpse of what that boy felt. The first 4 Chapters might be classified as a prologue depending on how you look at it. The boy quickly grows and the story really starts when the System arrives on Earth. I’m trying to achieve a relatively slow power progression and guide what we learn at a pace following the people in the story. There will be fighting but It’s more focused on base building. The MC is not all-powerful and all-knowing but he has some significant advantages. I’m trying to create a universe that makes sense in its own context. Much of what you will find, are my own world views, in a magnified way, as to make it for interesting fiction. The story took a life of its own when I started to write and I’m really happy with it. Not all of the tags I have marked will immediately be applied. There is stuff planned for far in the future such as the Sci-fi tag. There might be some cursing and gore but it is not very often. -------------- English is not my primary language, so I ask everyone to be forgiving. If you see a glaring error I would appreciate a msg but it is not feasible to fix everything. And if the story offends you, I wish you happiness, reading what you enjoy. ------------- Img link: https://unsplash.com/photos/EwKXn5CapA4

Even while her country strives to avoid conquest and defeat at the hands of their traditional enemies the Carrowmen, therefore, Princess Ardria journeys to Carrow to meet with the enemy King in an almost hopeless attempt to persuade him of the truth. All her hopes rest on the assumption that he in an unwitting dupe of the true enemy, but lurking at the back of her mind is the fear that he may be all too aware of the truth, that he may have sold out humanity for the promise of personal power. If this is true, then all that awaits her at the end of her journey through fear and danger is imprisonment and the life of a hostage to be used against her father, King Leothan. The Brigadier would help her if he could, but he and Malone, his former batman, are far away, each having their own missions to try and ensure the survival of human civilisation. Having completed his latest task, the Brigadier must race to join her, to assist and protect her, but will he reach her before she arrives at the palace of the enemy King? And will the Princess still have a country to be Princess of by the time she arrives there?
