I was nervous and Dream seemed to be aware about that. I was getting ready and I kept having to take a deep breath every few seconds to calm myself down, I know I didn't love her but there's still a place in my heart that cares for her.
Dream walks up to me and fixes my coat, then fixes my hair. I look up at him and he smiles at me.
"You look amazing, love."
"Thank you," I say nervously.
"Don't be nervous, you'll know what you know to do." He gives me a light kiss in my forehead then lifts up my face to see him. "I know you don't want this life that has been set up for you, but what ever you're going to do, I'll walk with you the whole way."
"Thank you, that means a lot." I close my eyes and hug him. He wraps his arms around me and I sigh.
"Now go get her."
---
I meet with Willow and I bring her to the forest. We walk down the trail down to the cliff side, we both do some small talk. I made sure that she didn't fall or trip because of the heels she wore, we eventually made it to the cliff side and Willow seemed so taken by the view.
"Wow, this is such a gorgeous view."
"It really is," I say in a soft tone.
"I love this place." I feel the little box in my pocket and I started to get nervous again.
"It's also a very special one too," I bite my lip. "Willow?" She looked back at me.
"Yes, darling?"
"You're such an amazing girl ever since I met you." I hate lying to people. "And since we've been becoming closer, I was wondering." I got down on one knee and pulled out the box. "Will you marry me?"

Willow gasped and started to nod her head, I got up and she hugged me while crying. I felt the gut in my stomach growing larger and larger.
---
"I did it," I say. My mother walks towards me looking pleased.
"Perfect, George." She walks towards me. "I'm so happy for you." Her words were empty, she walks away and is probably going to start to plan a party. I go upstairs into my room and the regret starts to set in. I look outside my window and wished that Dream was here with me, him being Willow and being the person I proposed too. I sit at my windowsill and stare outside.
---
She planned a ball.
Nick was there pouring me and Dream some champagne to celebrate. Dream and Nick were helping me get ready, but most of the time partying.
"George, are you excited?" Nick says fixing his coat.
"Sure, I guess."
"Come on George, I remember when I was here before you met the love of your life."
"Yep." I look at Dream and he raises an eyebrow and the takes a sip of champagne. Nick and Dream continue fix little things. Then I eventually face Dream and he was holding my crown, he put on and gave me a warm smile.
"You look amazing." He whispers in my ear. I smile and he hugs me. They head down and I hear someone knock on the door and I turn around to see Willow standing there.
"You look amazing." I say with a smile, she was wearing a long silky dark blue dress. She walked over and smiled.
"You look nice, I love when you clean up." She says adjusting my coat. I give her a slight smile and she rubs my cheek. "Don't be nervous my love." She walks out and looks back and I shortly follow after her.

We walk down and people cheer for us. We eventually start to talk to our guests, Willow walks over to her friends and I walk over to Dream and Nick.
"Well there's the man of the hour." Nick says with a smile.
"Here I am." I say with a smile.
"I forgot to say, congratulations on your engagement."
"Thank you." Dream didn't speak much. He just nodded, smiled, or laughed. No more than that. I eventually made my way back to Willow. We heard a clinking and we look around until we found the person making the sound. My mother.
"Hello everyone, thank you all for coming and I would just like to congratulate Willow and my son George on their engagement." People start to clap. "I'm glad that my son found someone as wonderful as Willow and I'm glad that they're able to get married in the next few months. I wish them a lovely marriage and they are wished with an amazing life together. Now let's them have their first dance together."
People started to clear the dance floor and I take her to the floor. I start to lead her in a dance, this moment was bittersweet. I missed having Dream lead me in a dance on top of the hill. At the end of the dance she kisses me.
I look around and see Dream leaving. Shit.
"I need some fresh air, darling." I say quickly getting out there.
I run after him while saying his name but he doesn't even turn his head, I start to panic. We went outside and I continue to run after him, then I felt something grab my wrist. I look back and see that Wilbur is holding my wrist and I try my best to get him to let go, but he doesn't.
"Wilbur let go!" I yell
"George, George. He's not coming back," I stop trying to get loose from his grip and turn around.
"What do you mean?"
"He told me not make you follow him. He said that he'll be back tomorrow."
"Tomorrow?"
"Yes, he has something important to tell you. Something you may not like, this just isn't the place to talk about it."

The New Zeitgeist
Awana was the ruler of the sky, the God of clouds and weather before almost all of his power and divinity were stripped away and his body forced into an unending slumber. It was not until millenniums later when a tribe of elves who worshipped him in the ancient past awoke him. He was awakened into a new era where ten gods who also stripped away the divinity from other gods like him abuse their powers. They ruled the world with tyranny; only keeping some kingdoms and mortals who worship them safe while marginalizing others. As it turned out, Awana still has a sliver of his previous powers. Now filled with thoughts of anger and revenge, he plans to create a kingdom of heretics cast away by the gods, revive other fallen gods like him to join forces, and finally kill all of the ruling gods. Kingdom Building (a Floating kingdom in the skies and a diverse population) Author's Note: Grammar might be messy. Yes, I am a non-native speaker but I'm not trying to use that as an excuse. I am going to try to improve. Also, I am currently in University so there are times where I might be gone for an extended period of time and other times where I am quite free and able to write chapters. Gaslgiht
There is a common line of questioning that falls upon students within their first moments at Kingsly. “Why?”. The student asks, “Why am I here?”. This is a futile line of questioning. There are those who remember, and those who do not. I’ll spare you the technical explanation — that’s what we have teachers for. The jist is as follows: those who remember are... how do I put this... more likely. They occupy more time. and the space that time has allowed them — the pertinent amount — is experienced no matter what. Allow me to offer you a bit of personal information: I am not one who remembers. There is no time relevant to me, no space that I occupy. I exist by carving myself here, and continue to exist in the same fashion. You would do well to follow suit. Why am I here? Because I force myself to be. Because the universe, the universes, for all its kicking and screaming, cannot escort me out.
