Jisung, Hyunjin, and Seungmin arrived at the bar. They chose a table and waited. The party hasn't started yet.
"Do y'all see someone familiar?" asked Jisung.
"Nah, no signs of your boyfriend," replied amused Hyunjin.
"hEY He isn't my boyfrien-"
"-yet" finished Seungmin, "Jisung, I don't know how stupid do you think we are, but even a blind person can see, how in lOve are you with him."
"I still don't know anything about him," said Jisung.
"Yes, you should get to know someone a little bit before dating him, but you hAVe to know at least his name," Hyunjin looked at Jisung.
"Well... actually... uhmm, I kind of forgot to ask his name."
"oH MY GOD JISUNG WHY ARE YOU SO-" started Hyunjin.
Seungmin facepalmed so hard, he felt like Jisung's stupidity was limitless. "For Jisoos sake, Jisung, asking for the name is one of the most basic things, you should at least know tHAT."
Jisung bit his lip, he was nervous. If he told them, that he never really dated someone, they would probably make fun of him, because they are the savage couple they are.
bUt, on the other hand, maybe they could give him some tips, about relationships. Oh well.
"Okay, I'm gonna get a drink, Minnie, are you coming with me?" Asked Hyunjin, looking at his boyfriend.
"Well, of course," replied Seungmin, "Jisung, we'll be right back, wait for us here."
"heY, SO YOU'RE BOTH LEAVING ME HERE?! ALONE?!"
Jisung let out a frustrated "oof" and took his phone out of his pocket. No missed calls from Jeongin, maybe he was sleeping. Or dying.
He shook his head. No. He has to think positively and enjoy the party.
Well, his friends left him so he was sitting there all alone, looking like the loneliest person in the loneliest city of the loneliest country, on the loneliest planet in the loneliest part of the lonely univers-
Jisung's thoughts were interrupted by a soft familiar voice coming from behind him.
"Hi, Jisung, nice to see you again."

The Sea of Destiny
[Let me be straight with you. This is trash, like old dime store novel trash. Don't expect grandiose writing, anything profound, or much beyond being free of spelling errors. Like my profile says, it’s hopefully like a salty snack, decent and satisfying for people looking for this kind of thing (at least that's my hope). It is simple, weird, and most likely growing in ridiculousness as it rapidly escalates.] Michael just wants to get away after a rough breakup. He figures some time alone cruising on a sick jet ski will help clear his head. After a small series of mishaps he winds up as humanities last hope adrift at sea after nuclear devastation destroys the mainland. Will he be able to solve the mystery of the bowl of the ancients before nuclear winter freezes over his dwindling food supply? Who are these mysterious women he keeps meeting, and will he even care about the talents they bring to the table, or will he be too focused on how they keep ruining his carefully laid plans for survival at sea? Read this cheesy short story to see for yourself, and discover the true mystery behind the hand of fate.

What Was Lost Outside Time
What happens to a mind, subjected to an infinite span of time? What remains, when it is taken out again? This is the story of an individual reborn after such time has passed that nothing remains of what it was; an individual who must learn once again what it is to be, beginning with awareness of the idea of awareness, and growing from there; from awareness of self, to awareness of others, to awareness of society, and on. This is the story of a mind; growing, learning, adapting, and becoming more. -- Currently the first three chapters are - well, kind of experimental. I both like and hate these; they were a pain to write, and I'm told by at least one person that they're painful to get through, but I think something like them is necessary to set one of the basic ideas about the way the story is written. It gets slightly more normal after that, the first arc of the story is rather "battle school", and I think I may need to go back and edit it - the characterization didn't end up working out as well as I had originally hoped, unfortunately, and ended up rather weak to my eye. I may go back and add a sub-plot or two, depending on how well I can handle the intended perspective shift of the second arc. -- Currently on hiatus, in case that wasn't obvious. I'm debating between rewriting large portions of what I've already written, and just finishing out the story, but either way, I don't actually have a clear idea of what I want to do right now. If I'm still feeling the same way in a few months I'll put a chapter up explaining where the story was going, maybe, so the people who have enjoyed it can know where the story was intended to go, and close this out.

Charlotte Powers: Diary of a Would-Be Superhero
The journal of a girl who thinks she knows. (Spoiler: She does not know.) "...an odd combination of stream-of-conscious anxieties and high-flying save-the-world goals written by an overzealous, naïve teenaged girl in her wristwatch computer diary."-readers are better at describing stories than the writers who wrote them "When it's over you look up: the world looks the same, but you are somehow different and that feeling lingers for days."-bit OTT but I'll take it "...everything cannot just be good and then be even more good, in this story, right?"-100% accurate assessment "...the plot was bland and the character uninteresting. It was just a very dull read. I cannot recommend this book to anyone."-oh well can't win them all Discord for discussion. Complain about Charlotte's nonsense! Ship the characters! Do a thing! Now entering the second arc, Power Play. Things are getting serious. We're heading towards something important. Charlotte is still largely clueless. But she is trying so hard.
