CHAPTER 1;
It was a regular day for Calliope Torres, she was working her usual night shift at Grey Sloane Memorial Hospital, it had actually been a very quite night which was super rare for that hospital. She knew there had to be something coming in any time now, before she could even start to think about what could happen Meredith ran past "lady, 26, serious accident, major injuries. come on lets go". Calliope, Callie as people called her, started running towards the ambulance getting a little excited. That sounds weird, but Callie always got an adrenaline rush every time a trauma came in. She waited for the paramedic to explain what was going on, "women, 26, name Arizona Robbins, serious car crash, injuries range from broken arm to internal bleeding" Callie and Meredith ran inside and started working on Arizona. From what Callie could see of this women she could tell she was stunning, she was covered in blood, but Callie kept looking at her and admiring her beauty imagining how gorgeous she would look if she wasn't in this kind of shape. "CALLIE" suddenly she was snapped out of her thoughts. "Callie, we need to take her to the OR now, she's in rough shape" Meredith was already on her way to the elevator. Callie just nodded and followed Meredith to the elevator. They paged Amelia, Bailey, and Owen to the OR. They all scrubbed in, and started getting to work, Callie couldn't stop looking at this woman. She was just breathtakingly stunning. In what felt like forever the surgery was finally over, and Arizona was moved up to an intensive care room. Callie didn't know what came over her, but she just felt this urge to stay there, and sleep, in case Arizona woke up. So, Callie just sat there admiring Arizona's beauty until she eventually fell asleep.

Callie POV;
I keep hearing these noises, but I ignore them thinking its just a dream. I keep hearing them, and it finally clicks with me. Its not a dream, its Arizona screaming these things.
Arizona POV
My eyes jolt open and the first thing I see is that I'm in a hospital bed. "what the hell happened to me?" I thought to myself. I looked around my room wondering what floor I was on, and what had happened to me. The last thing I remember I was driving to work. I kept looking around until my eyes locked on the most stunning Latina just lying there in a chair, sleeping. She had long black curly hair, and caramel skin, she was just stunning. I couldn't stop starring at her. I must have started day dreaming about her because the next thing I hear is "Arizona?"
Whose Arizona? oh, wait, thats right, my names Arizona. "Arizona" I hear again. I finally snap out of my day dream to see beautiful dark brown eyes starring into mine.
Callie POV:
The next thing I know I'm starring into these beautiful blue eyes. I couldn't stop looking into her eyes they were almost as beautiful as she was. is the key word there. A part of me wants to just kiss her right now, but I can't do that. I don't even know if she's a lesbian or not. I should start to ask her some questions, so I try to stop starring into her eyes but I can't. All the sudden I feel a hand on mine. I looked down and see that its Arizona's hand. Her touch sends electricity through my body. The good kind of electricity. I'm finally snapped out of my stance.
Arizona POV:
Her eyes are so beautiful, and not lets get started on her lips, dear God, her lips are so luscious. A part of me wants to just grab her face and kiss her right on the lips, but I stop myself.

You don't even know if she's a lesbian. I think to myself. I put my hand on top of hers and I see her eyes snap out of whatever she was day dreaming about. I'm secretly hoping she was day dreaming about me because I sure as hell was day dreaming about her. "Dr. Torres?" I ask starring back into her beautiful eyes.
"uh, um, Calliope" is what she can manage to get out of her mouth. God her voice is like an angels. Its so angelic and beautiful, and oh her name, oh my god. Calliope, its so unique.
"Calliope?" I hear myself say.
Callie POV:
oh my god the way she says my name sends chills down my spine. I don't like anyone calling me Calliope, but theres just something about the way Arizona says it that makes me love it. Her hand it still on mine, and this point its becoming more and more difficult to not just bring my lips to hers and kiss her.
"Do you know why you're here?" I ask her
"If I'm being totally honest, no" is how she responds
"You were in a car crash this morning" I begin to tell her
"what? How?" She looks at me with confusion in her ocean blue eyes.
"You were driving to work this morning, and a truck pulled out in front of you, and hit you" I tell her. "is there anyone I can call that you want to be here with you? Parent? friend? anyone? I ask hoping she will say no because quite honestly I don't want to leave her.
Arizona POV:
Calliope asks me if theres anyone she can call. "I do have people, but I would rather you just stay with me instead of anyone else" is what comes spilling out of my mouth.
oh my god did I really just say that I think to myself. She looks at me with her beautiful brown eyes "I was secretly hoping you would say that" she says smiling at me.
I think I like her. I need to start getting to know more about her, her family, and things like that.
"Calliope, can I ask you some things?" I say.
Callie POV:
"I would rather you just stay with me instead of anyone else" that line that Arizona said just keepings replaying in my mind. She is just so stunning, and I cant stop looking at her. I think I like her.
She asks me if she can ask me some things, and to be honest I get a lump in my stomach thinking its going to be something bad.
"of course" I reply back to her.
What came out of her mouth next is something I would have never imagined.
