A/N: Here it is, at long last the first alt. ending to Old Bonds. In this ending Phyrra and Blake decided it would be best if they left you, both as friends and lovers. What will happen to Y/N now that he is alone.
Y/N's POV
I woke up in my dorm room. It was cold and dark. I turned on my lamp next to my bed and nearly jumped out of my skin. Ruby was sitting next to my bed. She looked... sad? Odd never thought of her to be the sad type.
Y/N: Ruby, what are you doing in my dorm? Where's Phyrra and Blake?
Ruby: I'm here to deliver this...
She handed over a letter.
Ruby: I...I'm sorry Y/N, I have to go. Please, don't hurt yourself.
She left the room in a hurry. What did she mean by don't hurt yourself? I'm just worried about Phyrra and Blake. God please don't let the be a coroners letter. I opened up the letter and began to read it.
"Y/N, I'm sorry, we're sorry. We're sorry that we forced you to decide between loving us. We're sorry we almost pushed you to suicide. It's best if we leave you. Both as friends and lovers. We hope that you don't blame yourself and understand we're doing this to protect you. We love you, but we don't want to hurt you. You're better off without us..."
Blake and Phyrra
What?! No!!! No no no no!!! This can't be! I need to go find them! I need to get them back! I tried getting out of bed, but something had a hold of my arm. I turn around and it's Jaune.
Y/N: Jaune? What are you doing?! I need to go find Blake and Phyrra!
Jaune: They're fine Y/N. But all of us think it's best if you don't go see them. They made a collective decision not to see you. It's for the better of both you and them. I'm sorry and I wish this wasn't what they decided on, but it'll be better in the end. I promise.

I felt my heart sink. I wanted to fight back, I wanted to hit him and run to them, but I couldn't. My body just wouldn't let me. I could feel myself lying back down in my bed as if my body was on autopilot.
Jaune: This is for the best Y/N. I'm sorry you're sad. I hope... I know you'll find someone special soon.
He left the room. Now it was even colder and darker. Though the lamp was on, I could barely see. I could feel myself crying, but couldn't wipe away the tears. Someone was approaching my bed. I couldn't make out the figure, but I could tell it was a woman with... white skin?
Y/N: Wh....who are you?
???: Who I am isn't important. I can tell you are suffering... would you like me to take that suffering away?
Blake and Phyrra had already forgotten me, so why shouldn't I forget them.
Y/N: Y...yes...
???: Good, now embrace your nightmare.
I felt my body begin to morph. I was transforming back into my nightmare beast amalgamation. I didn't want to stop this. For once I felt something other than sadness. It was...RAGE! This new feeling surged inside me. I want only destruction, I want only to raise hell, I want to KILL EVERYONE! I felt my body fully transform and stood up. I could now clearly see who the person was.
Salem: You'll make a wonderful start to the new world. Shall we begin to raise hell?
Y/N the Nightmare: Yes... let us KILL!
No ones POV
And so hell was raised. First it was RWBY and JNPR. Killing them was easy. Next came the destruction of Beacon. No one expected it to come from the inside. Especially from another student. Slowly over time, Y/N lost his humanity and became more of an animal. He could even tell his body was morphing into a Grimm like appearance. After the conquering of Vale, Salem turned Y/N into a creature of true terror, and sent him around Remnant as a harbinger of chaos. Through it all, Y/N never got the one thing he wanted, and after all was said and done, when only his monstrous form remained. He still was able to utter three words out of his mouth. "I am alone".

Teddy Bear
As it would stand, the truth of the matter was that aliens had visited Earth before. Roswell was neither a hoax nor unique. It was simply a consequence of a world growing smaller as communication systems became more and more advanced, partly a result of said visitations. For the most part, past interactions between one of the planet Earth's more intelligent species of lifeform and the alien visitors were along the lines of obscure scientific surveys and tests disturbingly similar to attempts by some human scientists to estimate the intelligence of simians. For any species capable of travelling the stars. Visiting planet Earth made about as much sense as backpacking through the Ural Mountains of Siberia with nothing but a flint and a compass. That is to say, most people would prefer to stay close to someplace within walking distance of a mall or a population density slightly higher than four sapient beings per parsec. Still, statistically speaking, there are bound to be some weirdos who find joy rides though a nowhere solar system fun. Just buzzing a frantic farmer or two and playing chicken with an F-16 for the heck of it. Maybe even bring home a bovine to show off to the guys at the office.
