Jenkins and Walker got dressed. Courtney wore a white blouse, a black skirt, black tights and black heels. She put her hair into a high pony tail. Walker wore a white blouse, black trousers, a black tie and black shoes. He ran his hands through his hair. Sloane needed perfection at all times.
They took a taxi to a skyscraper; the skyscraper was the CIA's headquarters. They walked inside of the building and showed their IDs to a receptionist. The receptionist pointed to an elevator.
"Miss Sloane will see you soon." The receptionist explained. "Please go to Floor 15."
August and Courtney were in the elevator for ten minutes. Ten minutes of questions. Ten minutes of no answers.
"Floor 15." The speaker said in that boring, robotic voice.
August walked out of the elevator and held his hand out for the female assassin to take. Courtney quickly walked out of the elevator and declined hand holding, not wanting to cause any commotion between her and her boss.
It wasn't long until they were in Erica Sloane's office. Courtney bit her lip; she did this when she was nervous. August saw this and gently held her hand underneath the table.
"Good morning, Agent Walker and Agent Jenkins." Sloane said, sounding very sassy and badass.
"Good morning, Boss." August replied, his voice staying the same.
Courtney didn't reply. August gently slapped her thigh.
"G-Good morning, Ms S-Sloane." Courtney said. She stuttered when she was very nervous.
"I've called you here for a reason!" Sloane yelled.
"What is the reason?" August asked.
"The IMF!" Sloane said. "They want us to help some agents."
"Who are these agents?" He asked.
"Ethan Hunt..."
Courtney's eyes widened. "You mean the guy who got an MI6 member, that went Rogue, to join the IMF, right?"

Erica nodded. "Yeah... he's married."
August sighed. "Is his wife an agent?"
"No, she's hidden away from society. We're supposed to be working with three agents, if you're wondering."
"Is Rider one of them?" Courtney asked.
"Rider?" Erica sighed. "Oh... him. Nah, he isn't part of IMF. He's MI6; what you used to be."
It was a few hours later when Courtney and August left the headquarters. The male assassin looked at his partner. Jenkins was terrified.
"Courtney..." Walker said, causing her to look at him. "Are you alright?"
She nodded and sighed. "I'm fine."
"You sure? You don't seem fine."
"I'm fine!"
"Tell the truth!"
"I said I'm FINE!"
August stayed quiet. He did not want to get on her bad side. He sighed and looked away from her.
They were silent when they got back to the apartment. Courtney sighed and looked at August.
"Can I ask you something?" She asked.
"Umm... sure." He smiled slightly and looked at her.
"Why did she mention MI6?" Courtney asked.
She didn't like it when someone mentioned him.
August shrugged and said. "I don't know, Courts. Maybe she just wanted to make you feel terrified."
Courtney stayed silent, unsure of what to say.
"You did stutter." August continued. "And you were very silent when we got there."
Still no response. She looked away from him.
"Courts?" August sighed. "Can you answer me?"
Courtney looked down and closed her eyes. August gently placed an arm around her waist. He noticed a tear fall down her cheek so he wiped it away with his thumb. She sighed and rested her head on his shoulder while he tried to comfort her, more tears streaming down her face.

Julia had arrived at the IMF headquarters. She noticed a very familiar man of colour.
"Luther!" She walked over to him. "How's Ethan?"
Luther looked at her and said. "He's fine. Why are you here, Mrs Hunt?"
"I need to find him. Do you know where he is?"
"Home."
Julia smiled slightly and started walking away.
"Thanks, Luther!"
Knock... knock... knock...
Ethan woke up from his sleep by a knock on the front door.
"I wonder who that could be." He muttered to himself.
He looked in the mirror and fixed his wild hair.
Knock... knock... knock...
He ran down the stairs and opened the door.
"Julia?!" He had a small smile on his face. "What are you doing here?"
Julia walked inside, uninvited.
"I missed you." She smiled. "I didn't want to lose you. I had to find you."
"You need to leave."
"Why? I just got here?"
"I'm going on another mission. It's too dangerous for you to come."
"Ethan, it's too dangerous for you to go! Why can't you stay with me? Don't you love me?"
"Julia, I do love you but this mission is very important."
Julia slammed the door shut. Ethan's eyes widened.
"You always have missions after missions after missions. I've hidden away from everyone just so you could be safe!"
"Actually, you hid away from society so you wouldn't get killed."
"You can't go to the meeting, Ethan!"
"I'm part of the IMF. I have a meeting to attend tomorrow. Like it or lump it."
Julia sighed and walked into the living room.
"Can I stay?" She asked.
"Stay where?" Ethan looked at her.
"Here with you, obviously." She smiled. "It's our anniversary soon."
"Wait... what?! When?"
"Four days."
"I guess you can stay." He smiled slightly and sat on the couch. "It's been a long time since we've seen each other."
Julia sat beside him and nodded. "It's been a time."
She rested her head on his shoulder. He gently wrapped his arm, closest to her, around her waist and kissed her forehead.
It wasn't long until both of them fell asleep on the couch. Ethan had no idea how he would explain to Julia that he would be away for a while; a long while, to be exact. He just had to tell her tomorrow. She would understand, wouldn't she? He just had to make her understand him, even if it meant risking his life.

Magitech Awakenings
In this world of Terrapia, myth states that Dragons are caretakers of the chaos wheel, a band of energy that encircles the world, penetrating through the very fabric of the dimension. They tame and convert it, not only to fuel their primal magic, but also to gentler forms that man and beast alike can tap. But now they have faded away, being sighted less and less the past couple millennia. With magic weakening, science has taken root and in many cases merged in a symbiosis with magic. Guppy Bright, a 17 year old young woman, is a technomancer apprentice living in the bustling city of Nolusburg trying to make ends meet. Apprenticed to the enigmatic and somewhat crazy Technomancer Friedrich BrassTuner, she participates in an experiment meant to tap a new rich source of energy. However something goes horribly wrong and a rip in the very fabric of reality opens in the workshop, sucking in her mentor and ejecting a dying white dragon. The dragon, after examining her, takes a gamble and entwines their souls, an act that causes the dragon, Barthurthalomalew Dresnarian Kratomanger Harrowhew Objuslorow, the 5th, aka Batty, to regress into a baby dragon, sealing much of his powers and memories in the process. This act also has profound effects on Guppy, her own magic is now crazily changed in ways no one, least of all her, understands. Guppy is suddenly plunged into a world of mystery, intrigue and politics, where everyone either wants to control, or eliminate her. Armed with little but her courage and unpredictable newfound magic how will she survive and protect herself and those she loves when everyone from techno radicals, magic purists, politicians and guttersnipes are out to get her. And those may be the least of her problems if Batty's fragmented memories are any indicator.

#Call Cthulhu
An eldritch comedy. After Cthulhu is summoned into the world, the whole place goes to shit. Things really got out of hand after Cthulhu got nuked. Alex and Julius, a pair of brothers, try their best to make it in a North America reshaped by an eldritch apocalypse. “Stop right there Philip!” Julius interrupted, the vein on his temple starting to throb. “I do not want to hear another simile about what magic is. I have had magic explained to me by three cult leaders, a wizard, and a cannibal. I've heard that magic is like a rainbow, all its parts blending together. The human unconsciousness, powerful and unknowable. A body, you don't want to eat the heart straight away. I am sick and tired of people telling me what magic is. I know damn well what it is.” He drew a breath, interrupting his rant. “Magic is a bad joke. A whole lot of setup, for some nonsense punchline. This whole god-damned apocalypse is an eldritch comedy.”
