i put down my phone and walked outside of the bedroom wearing pink pj pants and a grey t shirt, yawning.

"what is it loser?" i asked

"i hate you." pete said

"wow happy birthday to me" i said, spinning on my heel and starting back to my room

"wait margo" pete said

"yes?" i asked

pete handed me a card that said "YOU MIGHT BE AN ASS BUT ITS YOUR BDAY!" with a donkey on it.

"gee thanks" i said sarcastically

"open it" pete said

i sat criss cross on the couch and opened the card and a white piece of paper fell out.

"you're supposed to open that dimwit" pete said

"yeah i got that" i said, hitting him lightly on the arm

"ooo domestic abuse" pete said

"shutup" i said, rolling my eyes and opening the paper to see "carrie underwood- row one- seats 24 and 23"

"i hate country music but i -" pete said but i cut him off by hugging him

"THANK YOU!" i screamed

"jeez someone is excited!" pete said, laughing and hugging me back

i pulled away and tears were streaming down my face

"you love carrie underwood that much?" pete said, laughing

i nodded and hugged him again

later as i was getting dressed for the concert my

phone buzzed on the bed
