I watched her intently as she focused her eyes on the elephants.
"Ahh! Look at the elephants! They are so beautiful~" She said, pointing her finger towards them.
I nodded in response, then took a quick glace to the elephants before returning my gaze back to her.
This 'fake date' actually didn't turn out so bad. In fact, I think the both of us are enjoying it.
She suddenly grabbed my hand, then dragged me to the butterfly enclosure.
"Come on slow poke~"
"I'm not that slow"
"Sure" She responded, her tone in a obvious sarcastic tone.
We soon arrived at the wide, doubled doors, decorated with handles shaped like butterflies. It's structure was made out of stone, and had clear net as a roof, that let the sun shine inside beautifully, completing the look.
As we pushed the handles, and entered though the doors, we widened our eyes from amazement.
The place was absolutely stunning. Various kinds of butterflies fluttered around us, as some hung on a flower's petal in the glimmering garden that we were surrounded by.
I lingered my glance to Y/N. She was crouched down, examining a monarch butterfly, attaching itself to a bright, green leaf.
I lowered myself down to her level, and watched along with her.
She signaled her head towards a another branch on the bush. I looked that direction, and gaped, seeing a small caterpillar creating a chrysalis, encircling itself in it.
"That caterpillar doesn't look like much now, but one day, it will surprise itself by how far it will go.. it will be so beautiful.."
I smiled, "It defiantly will.."
We later left the butterfly enclosure, and Y/N seemed to have loved it since she was constantly talking about it. I was pleased that she did. Seeing her smile made me feel happy in and out.

I enjoy being in her company. If I had to be stranded on an island and could choose any one person in the world to be with on that island, it defiantly would be her. I saw her as a great friend, caring and bright.
But then the thought crossed my mind..
Even though we don't look like much now, could we actually one day surprise ourselves by how far our relationship goes. Could that be beautiful?
We continued to explore the zoo, going to see every animal we could see there.
Afterwards, we grabbed some ice cream, then headed back to her place.
"You don't have to take me home.. I can get there just fine"
"It's okay, I insist"
I looked back at her, with a wide grin on my face.
When we arrived, I noticed that she lived at an apartment, in a small room with not much space.
The place was a bit dark, and almost empty if I didn't consider the few pieces of furniture and appliances in the room. No one seemed to be here either.
So many questions flew into my head.
Where is her guardian?
Maybe... they were out somewhere?
Was her family in a bad financial situation?
I was a little worried about her.
We both walked in, and she led a slightly wider room. There was a tattered rug lying on the floor beneath us, but the sofas seemed to be in good condition. There was also a flower pot in the corner while the sun shone though the curtains, which contained some dark colored stains. It was obvious that they needed to be replaced.
Before we could even sit, I paused in my steps.
"Y/N, where are your parents?"
She hesitated a little, looking down then at me.

"Overseas. They are on a business trip"
I noticed her fingers fidgeting behind her back. I was quite sure that she was lying, since she was playing with her fingers. I found out over time that when she does this, he was lying, just as the time she didn't do her homework for Mrs. Chang, but said lied and said that she left it at home.
I couldn't let this slide. I was worried about her. What if she was here alone?
"Where are they really Y/N?"
She seemed a little shocked that I didn't take her excuse.
Y/N's eyes begin to pool up, tears going down her cheeks.
"I-I'm sorry"
She puts her hand to her forehead, wobbling on the floor, losing balance, while a waterfall went down her face.
I quickly rushed to her side. "Y/N? Are you okay?"
She nodded, seeming a little dazed, then passed out a few seconds afterwards.
I quickly caught her before she could fall and injure herself.
What was going though her head? Why did she respond like this to my question?
