"That's because someone close to me got sent to jail." You smiled, the news never left your mind. "But he's free now, so I'm not depressed anymore."

"He seems important for you to be depressed." He stated. "I bet he's your boyfriend."

"A plus for you-"

"But since he went to jail, I'm not approving of him."

You frowned. "But why not?"

"Check your senses Y/N. He's from jail, he did a crime. He's shit for you." He said. "Plus, I'm speaking on behalf of dad, a policeman. He'd really try to separate you."

"The ironic thing is, he's the reason why we met." You muttered, not really intending for Keith to hear it. Although, he did.

"What? How can dad be the reason why you met."

You explained it to your brother, resulting for him to ask questions until you were able to tell the whole story. In the end, he couldn't suppress a smile. "You've got a twisted love story, Y/N. You do know our 'rents are going to flip when they find out all the things you did for the lad."

"Keith don't you fucking dare tell them." You warned.

"But I dare hard." He smirked.

"And you very well know I do too, want me to tell them what's buried under your closet?" You threatened, remembering the stack of Playboy magazines you found.

"Okay fine, I can't risk staining my 'favorite child' title." His smirk grew larger. You rolled your eyes.

"Your ego is so fucking big, I can't see you anymore." He only chuckled before your conversation was drowned in silence. The silence was cut short when you arrived at your house. Your parents were waiting for the both of you, well in honesty, Keith, in living room. They quickly engulfed him in hug.

"Not a word." You mouthed to him when your parents weren't looking.

He only gave you a small grin before nodding.
