A frail-looking girl turned the other side arround in the dirty clothes that made up for her bed. She was naked, as she had nothing to wear. Her once beautifully pale skin was now full of bruises and scratches, covered by filth. Her hair was so dusted and stained one could barely distinguish its original color.

Her state was deplorable. Anyone who saw her, curled up in bed, would doubt if she was even still able to stand up...

Her face, however was the total opposite of the image she gave.

Her cracked lips were curled up in a mischievous grin, akin to that of the playful child playing a prank. Her eyes, even with those purple bags below that seemed to have become permanent; shone with amuse and excitement.

Just how many times in her life had she been broken? She couldn't recall.

Just how many people had made her suffer? She didn't remember.

Just how many nights had she spent, wishing for death to come and finally grant her peace? Too many to be counted.

But that was all behind her now.

She was there. She was alive.

And she was in love.

Little did it matter how many obstacles got on her way, she would mercilessly tear up and beat down everything and turn it into the path to her blue prince...
