I don´t know how I came to this island. I remember our ship being attacked. I see myself in a island. I don´t know this island. In other words I don´t know way back home. There is food in the island but I have family who is waiting for me. I must come back home as soon as possible.

But how?

Even if I build a boat I could be eaten. Boat could fall apart and finally direction could be wrong. No sun can be seen here.

Reason for it is kraken´s awakening. All sailors know kraken lives in these waters. That thing sleeps centuries and awakes to eat a lot.

Kraken´s spells block all light from the sky and no light spells can be used here. Basically no one can enter or exit this place without knowing their way. That spell is told to make everyone go circles. Thanks to this he can eat as long as he wants. Normally all live will be lost but there is great defence in my home island. It was made because of threat against enemies beyond the sea.

At least that is what I used to think. Everyone thought kraken was just a myth. Even if one existed it size must have been over exaggerated. It was even bigger than what was told.

It was told kraken was big enough to grap into mast and keep a hold until ship is turned around.

It was big enough to bind itself around the trade ship multiple times over. I wouldn´t be suprised it could throw a ship into the air in shallow waters. I would have died for sure if we had been in shallow waters.

As I scouted around the island I saw abandoned boats. They must have been leaved alone for a long time. This isn´t enough to return. I don´t think his abilities were exaggerated.

While I was looking place to sleep I saw great tower. I must have missed it because everything was dark. Why haven´t I seen or hear anything about this place? I choosed to enter after knocking.

"Come in." (Gargoile)

"Sorry for disturbing you. Could I spent a night here?" (Sailor)

"Sure. No problem. Stay as long as you want to." (Gargoile)

I saw gargoyle monster in front of me but I have no other choices.

He left me alone. I was grateful for it. I could spent night crying for my sailor friends, family and friends. Afterwards I felt better. I was convinced what I should do next.

Next morning.

"Can you help me to get back to my home?" (Sailor)

"At first. Could you explain your situation?" (Gargoile)

"I see. You surely understand I can hardly do anything for you." (Gargoile)

"I read this place rulers. I know this place could connect to my home island. Why aren´t you doing so?" (Sailor)

"I´m going to meet someone again today. It was arranged ahead of time. I can´t change my plans." (Gargoile)

"Do people lifes matter so little to you? Of course. You are monster. Nothing is going to be free to you. Should I pay with my soul? That is just natural to you." (Sailor)

"You sure can keep people around you happy. I´m sure you have never made anyone angry before." (Gargoile)

"I don´t need smart mouthing." (Sailor)

"What did you expect!? No one is forcing me to help you. Sure. There is change I could connect to your home but change is too low. I can only connect to places where I have been before and your home isn´t such place." (Gargoile)

"What should I do then?" (Sailor)

"All I can do for you is teach how to make compass. I understand you made me angry on purpose to gain my help. I understand you were in hopeless situation but next time things won´t go so easily. I hope we can meet again in better time. I can only give you a change. There is still one thing which I want from you in return." (Gargoile)

"And what is that?" (Sailor)

"I need knowledge from your world. Can you help me? Oh, compass is tool for navigation." (Gargoile)
