ABOUT A WEEK INTO CLASSES
Ember sighed as she looked out the window next to her seat. She felt a hand on her shoulder and quickly whirled around to see Bakugo standing next to her. "Can I talk to you?" He whispered into her ear.
"Should I be nervous?" Ember said with a small smile but stopped when she saw the look on Bakugo's face. She quickly got up and followed Bakugo out of the classroom.
Outside the classroom Bakugo led Ember up to the roof. "Why'd you take me up here Kacchan?" Ember asked.
Bakugo looked at Ember his eyes were filled with worry. "I'm worreid about you. I overheard the conversation between you and Aizawa. I thought you had someone. And what did you mean by episode?" Bakugo asked.
Ember looked confused. "Since when have you cared?" Ember asked.
"Ive always cared... I'm just not good at showing it." Bakugo looked down. "Can you please tell me what is going on."
Ember thought for several seconds and then lifted Bakugo's chin up to look at her. "I can tell you what is going on."
Once Ember was done explaining everything to Bakugo and was shocked to see that tears were sparkling in Bakugo's eyes. "I'm sorry." Bakugo said with a sniff.
"Don't be." Ember said with a small smile.
"So is that why you got so defensive when I asked what the collar was?"
Ember nodded. "That's my health collar. There's 4 different colors to signify how my health is. When it's green it means I'm healthy, when it's bright yellow it means that I could have an episode, when its orange it means that I'm having an episode, when it's red it means that my vitals are dropping." Ember sighed.

"Oh my god Ember! Have you told anyone?" Bakugo asked.
"No, I haven't told anyone. The only people that know is Mr. Aizawa and the rest of the U.A teachers." Ember looked down.
"So Izuku doesn't know?"
Ember nodded. "I want to keep it that way."
Bakugo nodded. "I still think you should tell other people but I will keep your secret."
Ember looked up and rushed over and hugged him. Realizing what she had done, Ember quckly stepped back away from him. Bakugo smiled at her and pulled her into a bigger hug. As they were hugging Ember whispered, "Thank you so much."
