In Japan fighting is second nature. Fighting is life, to live is to fight. At the age of 15 Students undergo the "Spirit Animal" test. This test reveals the student's their Spirit Animal, and Fighting Style they will learn and live by. After which they are sent to a new school to continue their education, and Study their new Animal Art. The 12 Spirit Animal Arts are Toad, Scorpion, Wolf, Cat, Lizard, Shark, Qilin, Pegasus and the four Holy Beasts, Suzaku, Byakko, Seiryu, And Genbu. These students spend years or even lifetimes Cultivating their skill, Breaking through the Zytheron Layers. Layers are the thresholds of power that we all posses. Above all Schools and Fighters Stands One man. Koryu, of the Yellow Dragon Star Emperor. Reincarnated endlessly for the purpose of defeating evil and leading Japan against the forces of the Shadows. No one knows who or he is until the day he is needed when he shall emerge. However while our story may be about the battle for good and evil, with Koryu leading the side of good, he isn't out main character. Our main character is but a newly awakened fighter. One, who shall battle alongside Koryu for the fate of all japan. In the War of the Spirit Animal Arts.
