The sound of footsteps echoed, traversing up the stairs, with no time to think she looked for somewhere to hide, it was almost as an instinct she grabbed one of the expensive things, it wasn't much in her eyes a random bag and she ran into the closet shutting the door behind her, she hid behind the jackets and just as she made herself fully hidden, she heard the creaking of the door, as if someone endeavored to open it quietly, Mary couldn't be quiet though she was hyperventilating, her heart was pounding in her chest when she heard a sound

¨ another day, wait where's my bag and where is my cloak, I thought I left it around here somewhere maybe it's in my closet!¨ a thing said approaching the closet, opening the door, the thing moved his hand gently touching Mary's face, it pulled back Mary stepped out of the closet, looking confused only can meet the creature

It's yellow skin barely covering the muscles beneath, it's straight black lips and pure white teeth with small strands of hair Mary extended her hand

¨ well this is awkward, I guess I should introduce myself hi my name is Mary, it's okay to meet you this is the first time I've ever met someone like you sooooooooooooooooo what is your name¨ Mary said the creature extended his hand and started shaking it

¨ I call myself Adam¨Adam said finally stopping the hand shaking movement

Mary was flustered, for a creature that looked rough, it was smooth and calm like you could buy a beer with him the rain pounded against the window

¨ I came in here because of the rain¨Mary said with a sigh

¨ I could tell by your appearance you were tracking mud in through the door, why did you feel the sense to come here¨ Adam said pushing Mary's hair out of her face

¨ because of the rain, also because your shelter is the only place around here¨Mary said Shifting the bag to another arm the cloak was too big for her it was eight feet tall so was the creature in front of her she put together

¨ you need to get that mud off of you, you also need to wash your hair,I have some clothes that might fit you you can go wash up in the bathroom the footprints told me that you went in there before¨ Adam said giggling giving her some clothing that were just her size she took off her shoes and socks and walked to the bathroom

she took off her clothes, she threw the bag right next to the tub, pulling back the curtains and turning on the water the water covered her as she started loitering the soap on her body she felt a sensation that someone took the bag, Adam did it, it was his in the first place, and she assumed that once she got out he would have questions, she could easily lie her way out of it like she did every time after she was done she used a towel and Adam was waiting for her

¨ what were you doing taking things that don't belong to you?¨Adam said, dropping the bag and cloak down in front of her

¨ I thought it was my bag!¨ she said it was a lie and Adam could see right through her he pulled out something, a potion, it could control someone's mind once it is smelt after listening to five minutes of Mary's fibbing he took out the potion and sprayed it on Mary Mary became completely mindless drooling she fell onto her knees, and Adam looked on her

¨ you will listen to me.¨ Adam said Mary nodded

¨ you won't ever lie to me again.¨ Adam said Mary nodded

¨ when I snap my fingers you will wake up and answer all my questions truthfully.¨ Adam said Mary nod Adam snapped his fingers And Mary woke up

¨ what were you doing with my cloak¨Adam asked holding a lie detector test behind him

¨ I found it outside, I thought it belonged to someone else¨ Mary said it was the truth

¨ what were you doing with my bag?¨ Adam said

¨ it was an impulse¨ Mary said to Adam surprise it was also the truth

¨ are you single?¨ Adam asked

¨no.¨ Mary replied again it was the truth

¨ what is your lover's name¨ Adam asked

¨ Rosemary but I like to call her Rose.¨ Mary said it was the truth

Mary had texted her mother saying that because of the rain and it was getting dark she wouldn't be home for that night, her mother was okay with it though so she spent the night with Adam brake lines into the same bed because there's no other bed, as Mary slept soundly Adam tried his hardest not to moan he had a thing for people who are sleeping just how helpless they were turned him on finally he managed to fall asleep
