Turning around, the cat closed its eyes before the sight of the teeth that took lives close on it. It knew there was no way out and it deeply regretted on riding something so dangerous on its first day being reincarnated.

It felt the jaws close but there was no pain, only the howling of the wind outside...

The cat opened its eyes as it saw its feet leave the grounds before moving forward while hearing loud footsteps.

It seems that the wyvern somehow decided to keep it as a pet! How cute is that?

But the said wyvern is only the prince of this place so it had to ask permission from its- Wait a minute...

I'm not supposed to spoil that bit so forget the last stanza.

Anyways, the cat was safe from the wyvern but there is something fundamental the cat had missed: it was hungry...

Fortunately it had a certain method to satiate itself: It will eat the wyvern.
