《Story of the twilights》[Book 1] Chapter 8: Azami's Key

AZAMI’S POINT OF VIEW
I’ve been in an empty place for quite a long time this has really I meant REALLY bore me out
Azami: Chair please
Then a chair popped out of nowhere for me to seat the chair was comfy and looks expensive
The only time I’ve seen this types of ultra-rare materials was when I met…
No it can’t be this might just be a coincidence
I sat at the chair, let me give you a hint on what’s going on, I’ve been trapped here in this place and whatever I asked for I can get easily too bad I’m bored right now
I guess the other gods’ disease got me but I will never ever try to uphold that deadly death then boredom rule
I value life and any other thing of great value for people like me by the very least I must repay my parents right?
…
What’s that door for? Instantly multiple pictures came rushing into my mind
Me holding a dog
Me seeing the dog get tortured
Me holding the dog
Me trying to bury the dog
Me being punished for helping the dog
Me mourning for the dog
Me seeing a door
I opened my mouth planning to speak but what should I say?
14th: Hello, it’s been a long time right? He, you even forgot about me
14th… the person who came from the door both in the past and in the present
14th: You didn’t realize it was me right? Has school been troublesome for you? I mean my whole Jouzen empire supporting you caught the envy of many right?
Azami: …You mean clan right?
14th: Yeah I mean clan anyway; I’ll get to the point. If you still want to get stronger just like before you only need to pass through this door and everything else will be taken care off

Azami: Just like before… then will I also get the remaining keys—
14th: Once you’ve reached my requirements, it’s going to be even more dangerous and you only need to bite what you can chew
Azami: …but may I ask why you brought them here?
14th: I don’t know maybe just to have a bit of fun
Then 14th disappeared with the wind as if 14th was made of dust
I sigh and looked at the door, I have no doubt about what 14th had just said after all I might have long been dead were it not for 14th
I opened the door and saw it another key
I looked at the key carefully still wondering what key might this actually be?
As far as I know the key would represent one of my cards since I am an earth card user
Well then, I will not know till I touch it…
The Earth…
Azami: I-It’s really the key of earth!
The key of earth can greatly increase my affinity for earth even if it’s for external use only
Wake up! Even with this key you’re still weak!
I need to get stronger using my own strength or else I’ll forever be looked down upon maybe even rin-chan will look down on me
I can’t let that happened
Maybe at this time I should try practicing my earth magic?
I sat on a meditative position and started spreading my earth mana in the ground, which was actually made out of clay
I guess 14th prepared this for me huh?’
Then I slowly tried to purify the earth mana I can gather
What I’m doing now is expanding my mana capacity and cleaning my mana vault the purer the earth mana the cleaner the mana vault becomes and the higher my earth affinity would be
Advertisement
The last time I’ve done this was a few months ago
It seems like my mana vault was cleaner than usual did 14th meddle in it? Yeah must have
Well then I’ll then just have to try formulate the new I taught of
By trying to fuse [Spell of Earth: Earth Wall] and [Spell of Earth: Hands of Earth] I tried combining the control I have in the [Spell of Earth: Hands of Earth] and the defense [Spell of Earth: Earth Wall] has
Theoretically, that would make it so that I could control the walls to be able to attack by using fewer earth manas to add a few things and just control the rest
Something seems wrong, the earth mana I’ve used should be fine right? If I put too many earth mana then the earth mana wouldn’t be flexible and controlling it would exhaust a lot more energy than just creating one…
Doesn’t that mean that controlling mana is harder than just releasing it? Then why does rin-chan do it like it’s that simple!?
Or maybe it was because by releasing mana it is by my control then…
I’m not getting to anything here! If only I could have exceptional understanding like Rin-chan
There could be two possibilities why it is harder to control
One is because the mana you release would still be under your control and is dependent on you and the mana around you is dependent on the surrounding
The next is that I have a clear image in mind when I’m using a spell other people has already used than something I’m just about to make and may absolutely go wrong
I’m still exempting the fact that everything I thought of can just be false…
It’s really hard to create a new spell why is it that when rin-chan created that [Spell of wind: Wingless Flight] when she was 10 years old it looked as if it wasn’t that hard?
Why is it that I’m always just above average? I’m really far behind all of the gods…No maybe even far behind the royalties
I’m really just going to be above average…
I can’t even help 14th with whatever it is that 14th plans on doing
Oh yeah… just what is 14th planning to do?
RIN’S POINT OF VIEW
Usagi: and so Azami just tried to train
I ordered told Usagi-kum to report to me what is going on with Azami-nee…
Now I know how to put strikethrough in words!
I was deeply jealous of my henchman#3’s skill being old….
Who’s my henchman#3? Tsk tsk tsk
As my followers how could you not know, well then I as a Goddess I shall forgive your naivety
Henchman#1—Akira-nee
Henchman#2—CuteUsagi
Henchman#3—TwilightPest
Henchman#4—AsuhiBank
Those are my 4 main henchman but for certain reasons Henchman#1 has become Yuu-chan
Yeah my 4 main henchman I have a lot more disposable toys… that didn’t sound well right? Wait I can just use the strikethrough skill!
Let’s try this again, Yeah my 4 ma—
Usagi: Rin, are you listening to me?!
This thing! I glared at him that made him shudder in fear
As I had willed, I blasted him using wind magic into a golden-silver wall that I made to slam himself into
I looked at where I just slammed him into and smiled at him
Rin: Ne~ as an apology why don’t you turn back to your real form?
Usagi: Ju(st what did I do?)—
Rin: okay be my doll~

Witchbone: The Goblins Winter
Themes found in these stories include friendship, found family, defying negative expectations, trying to figure out how to be a force for good in your corner of the world, doing heroic things even if you don't look or feel like a hero, and that being different isn't necessarily fatal. Summary: A spell of arctic weather. A mysterious death. The reading of a will. Strange tracks in the snow. Eleven-year-old Danny Hallow accepts his life, such as it is. His father is dead, his mother left years ago. His three Keepers are the only people aware of Danny's erratic and not-very-impressive psychic abilities. He has no friends, he's been suspended from school, and he's responsible for the life of a small brown bat that's ended up in his care. When Danny's estranged Uncle Enoch dies under mysterious circumstances, he and his Keepers are called to the town of Eddystone, New Hampshire for the reading of the man's will. Traveling four hundred miles from his dreaded hometown to attend, Danny is happy to get away, possibly inherit something interesting- and maybe find out more about his family while he's there. Arriving at the crumbling family estate of Gnomewood Home, he finds it to be hauntingly familiar, a bit creepy, oddly comforting, and possibly alive. When his uncle's will reveals that he's inherited Gnomewood and everything in it, he's determined to stay and make a happier life for himself in Eddystone, somehow. But at Gnomewood, he finds more questions than answers to his family's secrets. Disturbing old memories come to him in dreams. His psychic abilities begin to grow stronger, and as a result he becomes aware that a horde of cryptic creatures are plaguing the town of Eddystone, seemingly drawn out by the spell of an unusually frigid February. Toothy little goblins that are sneaky, vicious, and hungry. Goblins that take a particular interest in Danny. Will the emergence of the alien, and potentially dangerous, power he's inherited from his peculiar family tree help Danny survive the goblin infested winter, inadvisable attempts to befriend a terrifying boy with silver eyes, and a new school? Only if he learns to control them before they put him and everyone around him in danger. Before they convince some people that he should never have been allowed to exist at all. Before he becomes just another twisted tale in his family's bizarre history, kept hidden for centuries within the ivy-covered walls of Gnomewood Home.

Re:Skyrim
In the world of Nirn, on one of the continents, Tamriel, at the northernmost province of the continent, Skyrim, there was peace. But storms are a brewing, with signs of war peaking and the people of Skyrim anxious, peace might not last for so long. With dragons coming back from the dead, vampires going out of their caves, assassins and thieves running wild, how can Skyrim have her peace when even her own children are bickering amongst themselves? But this is not a tale about Skyrim, this is a tale spun for something else. Something, not quite from Nirn, or even from this Kalpa. _____________________________ *All copyrights belong to Bethesda, I just want to add a little character of my own into the mix. *Title, synopsis, chapters, and cover picture are subjected to changes, at anytime *Like with the lore and the Elder Scrolls series, I don't own the picture, if the owner wants it taken down, please message me I take some lore, and then I twist it a bit, or I don't at all.
