Lawson Wright was a retired lawyer who has forgotten everything and is also the epitome of chaos. 5 years ago he was the best of the best. Then he got enough money to drown himself in and also he hated his chaotic lawyer life so he went and retired and forgot everything because he didn't flex his brain enough times to hit the minimum bar of "I won't forget the stuff". He also read a lot of books.
Fantasy books. And I meant the High Fantasy stuff. He loved the shit. In fact, he loved it so much he got an account on royalroadl but in the end he didn't write anything what a waste of a life.
Almost everyday, he felt like something was missing from his life. Was it his stubble? Was it his masculinity? Was it his sister who always poked fun at him and actually made him write a suicide note and the only reason why he decided not to jump was because he decided he needed to make her life a living hell instead and so got her engaged with a horrible husband and always invited the family over every now and then and watch the light continue fading out of her eyes bit by bit and goaded her husband so he can beat that light out of her eyes a little more they say hell has no fury like a woman scorned but hate... that domain has not been clamied by anyone. Heck, the only reason why he didn't take a gun and bang bang everyone was because he didn't know that was an option!

But anyways one day he got a text from Pyrezi. And it read, "I'm calling in that favor."
And Lawson decided that he was fucked.
Putting aside the story where he nearly got mauled by a bear, Pyrezi would pester him all the time, and thats not a very good thing.
So Lawson decided he was fucked.
Honestly, he didn't really know why exactly he was fucked, the reason he gave was a little shaky and frankly a little empty. It's just, there was a gut feeling that well, he was well and truly fucked.
Pyrezi sent: "Go support Joseph King. Teach him everything you know and be his advisor and if you ever decide to betray him I'll free your sister from her relationship and teach her how to be a happy lesbian."
Lawson understood really well that in order to have power over someone you need something that that someone truly cared about, and honestly?
Lawson didn't give a shit about his sister. But he did care about that favor, so he bregudingly decided to go and do as Pyrezi told him because of the favor and nothing else, no excuses here that he subtistuted for something he cared about, no sir!
