Jack was moved from earth to the new world. He was born into the royal family of the Smiths. The Goldenlock Empire was under their rule and control mass amount of land and wasn't doing very well with all the greed and fractions of the Empire. Jack full name was Jack D. Smith. Jack only came to this 6 year boy mind. The boy look like Jack when he was 6 years old. The boy have black hair with black eyes that look like he have his short hair sticking out. Amazingly Jack have all of his strength and skill when was back on Earth. Jack was the eight and youngest son of the Smith family. He have 23 other siblings and is the 3 youngest. Due to the culture of having the royal family sons transfer to the certain regions where they like. Jack took the poor Pion region. It have a land mass of France but the area is border by mountains. The region also have alot of ports. However, there is not really a good area with mass famine and alot of homeless. The region only have to pay a low base tax since they almost have nothing to give and nobody comes to check in that region since the region is bad. The noble in the are is Viscount is Ben S. Law. For 8 years Ben follow Jack and created very industrial and part decmocracy. Jack have created a region that have about the technology of the post-ww2 era. In the Pion region the people really like Jack. He created industries, dry docks, libraries, blast furnace, roads, companies, military, schools, oil refinery, banks, skyscapers, etc. The GDP of the Pion region start from 100 Gold coins (100 Copper=1 Silver, 100 Silver-1 Gold) to 1,600,000,000 G. This is to the open trade with the growing demands of the other countries across the seas. The people in the capital or any of the other people in the empire doesn't know how powerful Pion is and continue the same base tax. Jack now 14 controls Pion like the back of his hand and the citizen of Pion follow Jack like a God.

Jack [Hey Ben, how is our economy doing]

Ben [The economy keep rising while our GDP grows 400,000,000 G this year]

Jack [Good, seems like the the business is doing fine]

Jack (There is going to be a relvolution soon because of the noble fractions and the king's fraction, while the countries that surround Goldlock are waiting to strike)

Ben [Jack are you thinking about something again]

Jack [Oh, yea...there is something big that we are going to do today]

When Jack moved from Earth to the new world he was confused. He didn't know what had happen to him or anything related to the matter that had been transported to another world. He shrink down to a baby size but retain most of his powers as an adult. He learned many things as a baby when the maids carry him around discussions that he can hear and the world around him. He learned that he was part of the royal family of the Goldlock Empire with his father named John ruling on top of the empire. He was the youngest and 8th son of the Goldlock family. So he had more freedom and nobody really care about poor young Jack (VERY VERY Old mentally). Being a black hair person with black eyes didn't seem appealing to most nobles and was thought as an average person even though black is a rarity for eyes and hair.

Two years later there born younger sisters of Jack named Lisa and Misa, this racks up the number of children for John to 24 children (Wow that is a lot of children). Jack still being disregarded as a throwaway child decided to learn about the world and the country that he lived in. Being two years old and having a small physique is not a big deal when your physical abilities rival that of Wolverine already. Jack's strength grew massively as time passed. Not only his strength increase but his mental ability also increased. Just by flipping the pages Jack can read and memorize most of the books that he read. He kept this up without any disruptions except for Lisa tries to get Jack to make him play with her.

4 years later the Goldsmith culture of sending their royal prince to another region is presented. His father thinks that he have no chance at the crown and instead send him of to govern a region. Jack picked the Pion region in which the Nobles agreed to because Pion is noted to be a useless territory in their eyes but not for Jack. Pion is isolated from the rest of the country and have the landmass the size of France. This is not a large amount of land compare to the total area the Goldlock Empire have. The mountains surrounding Pion makes it very hard to get to since there is only one land path to get in and out of Pion. The docks that Pion have is not really helpful since it's actually worse because of the currents force you to take a longer route or slower route which is bad either way. The ships aren't very powerful enough to make a big effect to the Pion economy so Pion is left to themselves with the elected noble Ben S. Law. Ben isn't picked by the King but is made Viscount due to the election process by Pion's people so the title wasn't rejected. He is a great manger especially compare to the nobles. So Jack made plans ahead of time and sent them tons of blueprints before he actually got into Pion.

On the day he got to Pion, Jack rule like a dictator in the good sense. The already famine country is in a poor state so with new technologicals and technique the country status got better. Food is the main issue of Pion so in order to create more food. Jack actually force the people who lived in fertile to move away and Rebuild their houses in the useless plot of land. The move was easy because they were promised jobs and new houses. This is easy if you are a dictator and can control everything. With this power he created industries, dry docks, libraries, blast furnace, roads, companies, military, schools, oil refinery, banks, skyscapers, etc. The technology for building things is in the 21 century but the equipment for some area is still in post-ww2. This took 8 years.

Within this 8 years Jack have met some very capable people and some very outgoing people. Two of which are Sol Fruck and Kelvin Sanchez. Sol actually came out of the Arpeggio of Continents which is unheard of. The ocean that surrounds the Western Continents is huge with compicated ocean patterns. There are mutliple big islands that surrounds the Western Continents but have no food compability. However, according to Jack they have tons of resources. The distance between Pion and the homeland of Sol which is Contranoble is 100,000 miles. Sol got here when he is 10 years old. He have superhuman abilities too and is strongest besides Jack at the same age. He is interested in Jack and decided to work for him. Jack makes him Vice President. His boat that came here is actually a magic powered jet boat that acutally use nuclear fusion. Kelvin actually came alone with Sol.

The superhumans besides Jack, Sol and Kelvin are John (Raiden), James(Deadeye) and Nick. Jack use Sol's boat to sent Kelvin, Raiden and James to recruit capable people who are left behind by the other countries. They actually brought a lot of superhumans. Which later form into super soldiers. The countries distrust people with such physical abilities to govern the country and instead is turn away as one of the lowest rank people in the country. Giving them the opportunities to rise in freedom and power they join Kelvin and the others to America. The Jack, Sol and Nick are the main ones who create and build the technology. This created industries, dry docks, libraries, blast furnace, roads, companies, military, schools, oil refinery, banks, skyscapers, etc.

The mass amount of technologies created lots of new jobs and the manpower to maintain is huge so automation is a priority. The new ships goes through the currents easily and can find shorter routes. The ships fly the American flag which look like a blue black ground with a star in the middle surrounded by a color and 8 arrows. They go trade with the other countries for food in return for equipment that can be easily mass produced by Pion. Some plants can grow more food faster and is able to grow in less fertile soil which improved agriculture. Most of the ships that are managed by Jack and Sol are going to the outer islands of the Western Continents as they have massive amounts of resources that can be used later. This takes time as they are far away but well worth their efforts.

In 8 years Jack have a 5 million personal military.

2 million Army 1 million National Guard 200,000 airforce 1 million Marines 800,000 Navy

They are trained to adapt to any situtation and to new equipment and fighting style. Unlike other militaries who focus on discipline, Jack's military is mainly adapting and intellegences. Along with unique intensive trainning this arguably makes Jack produce some of the best soldiers in the world.

The combat equipment is a little off but their support equipment is beyond their time. This is intentional as gathering as much resources is neccessary to uniting all the countries. There are blueprints for rockets and other weapons but only some where created in small quantities. The space station is already senting rockets up for satetilities. As for the Weapons for mass destruction and other ammunition they are built in small quantities until the conflict is about to set in. This started out as Duke Vega against Jack's dad (Emperor John) in a political battle and with Vega getting helping from the other Continental alliances. It started to form another Western Great War.

Jack [Hey, Ben it seems like conflict going to arise.]

Ben [You need me to manage the Pion.]

Jack [That's right. You're going to be a governor.]

Ben [So you going to conqueror all of the Western Continents.]

Jack [That's the plan but you don't need to worry about it that much just focus on Pion. Myself and the other will handle the rest.]

Jack prepare a month after war is declared to make a move since it takes time to move a large ass army from one continent to the other.
