Varen " Master Xare please wake up its dawn and we have to go over where were going first and what we are going to do plus how to start the investigation."
*grunt * groaning Xare opened his eyes to see Varen leaning over him with a tray. Sitting up he groaned and with his fore finger and thumb rubbed his eyes while swinging his legs over the side of the bed as he accepted the cup Varen handed him.
After clearing his throat Xare stilled while thinking of what he wanted to say to Varen while occasionally sipping the cup of tea. " Are they awake?"
"No Sir they are all deeply asleep the main drain of the portal must have taken a lot out of them because none of them has so much as twitched"
" Huh well check on them sporadically and when they awake feed them and catch them up to speed. How are your brothers and sisters?"
" Still sleeping Sir"
" Wake them up they are going to keep this place clean and protected while were gone and pick somebody to have for reinforcements ."
Stepping back and silently bowing at the waist he showed his acceptance of the task he had been entrusted.
~ Three Hours Later~
So Commander William we will be traveling back to your home I want to see just what is affecting the young prince and if I can heal it. If I can't I can place him in stasis to see if that stops it from advancing."
" You mean you won't be able to cure it? Are you not a guardian do you not have immeasurable powers?!"
" I'm not saying I don't but that depends if its even really a disease in the first place but that's beside the point. Its time to go if we want to get there because we have a long journey ahead."

" Ye e e as we should go"
Walking into the library were Xare and Commander William were situated and studying the map as they charted the fastest way back. He announced that all the bags were packed and horse waiting outside.
" Commander gather your belongings and the others meet me in front of the castle."
*grunt* he just grunted in reply while walking off without a word.
As they all finally were gathered in front rechecking saddle bags and supplies Xare swinging upside his horse grabbed onto the reins. " Everyone ready? Good let's go" flicking the reins lightly he started off Into an even canter glancing over his shoulder he saw the group riding in an triangular formation behind him while Varen rode to his left.
"Well varen another day another battle" he said with a scary smile on his face with a strange light in his eye as if he was looking forward to bloody battles ahead.
Glancing at Care in discomfort he only said " I suppose at least it won't be like are last battle before your long sleep master ......well I hope. And please restrain yourself Gesth Mountain is now a lake. "
" Ahahahahah well see. "
~ Everyone else~
" What did he do?!"

What is a soul ? Is it your true self ? Would you be the same if your soul kept traveling from life to life but your memories faded for each new life you had ? Your education would be different each time, your growing environment would be different, your personality might change. So what is the purpose of the soul ? Mortals never got an answer for this question. Finding an exact definition didn’t matter for them, what they knew was that a soul allowed reincarnation. Even if they lost some memories, getting glimpses of their past lives was more than enough. Getting the possibility of a new life, a better life was what they thrived for. This became an even greater truth as progenitors, the first of their cycle, became scarce. As hundreds of new progenitors were born each century, nowadays, no more than a handful of them appeared every 200 hundreds years. As they represent a new cycle, they embody new opportunities: some progenitors have made kingdoms, others have been their doom. So when four of them appeared at the same place, at the same time, how can it not be perceived as a sign ? A sign that things were about to change…

A Mildly Odd Reality Breaker
Omar receives an unexpected visitor who comes baring a gift—a "registration ticket"—in the form of a small metal card. The ticket is itself an offer to participate in the game, "Reality Break." Accepting this offer means that Omar will be able to perceive the true nature of reality where there is not one, but two dimensions of time, and in this second dimension history changes (and somewhat "frequently"). Along with this, he will also gain access to the "chronopause"; another reality that is not so much parallel to our own as it is perpendicular, which acts as both a place and the natural boundary between non-sequential points on the timeline. Using the chronopause, Omar will become a chrononaut with the ability to travel through time, and as a player, he will be given a cybernetic interface and his own portable extradimensional storage space. It's a strange conversation, but due to Omar's dismally short attention span, he only consciously hears that last bit about the portable pocket space, and that's only after the physics-defying void is opened in his living room and literally waved in front of his face. Reality is certainly stranger than most people realize, but then again, so is Omar. Thankfully, he responds well to shiny things, and for better or for worse, his chronic inattentiveness is the least of his psychological issues. Omar also has a mild form of "Oppositional Defiant Disorder" which presents itself as an occasional, arbitrary need to disobey others (especially authority figures). However, his oddest psychological issue by far is his "abnormally hyperactive" subconscious mind. Outwardly and consciously, Omar is a lazy, apathetic man-child prone to mildly asinine behavior. Subconsciously, he's some sort of genius capable of extraordinary feats of cognition. Most of the time, Omar is a (technically) functioning adult, but in order to live as such, he must rely entirely upon unusual abilities he's completely unaware of, despite the fact that he uses them regularly. Up until now, his life had merely been ridiculous, but now it was also a game. Note: The narrative style is that of a reliable narrator with a "3rd-person sarcastic" POV. This story takes place in the Reality Breakers/Chronopause universe.
