《So I guess this is a Video Game World.》Chapter 4: The Quest.

I decided to move the camp, trying to encounter them really was too dangerous. It could get myself killed or even slavery. At least that's the things about most novels I've read.
I took absolutely everything from my camp and placed it in my inventory. Expect the fire for obvious reason. And started to walk. Running was the worst thing I could do in this case. They would spot me if I do too much noise. Even if I'm fast. I want to do be as sneaky as I could.
Chosen the "Coward" Route
Oh don't you fucking start you programmed troll! It's called strategy! Not being a coward!
The real problem is, I only know that the adventurers were going in my direction, but not WHICH direction. I even could be heading towards their positions... Damnit! Why does this have to happen!
After some times, I encountered a single wolf, why he was single? Even the author doesn't know. But the most dangerous thing was that he was in a fight with what seemed like two adventurers, They two seemed older than me... Yup. The hell is my luck. But they didn't spot me. So I bypassed them and after that didn't stop sneaking. I'm not gonna die... Not gonna die... Then some friend of mine, Fear, decided that running was the best option .So I ran like hell. I don't know if the adventurers spotted me but now it's too late. I'm running and nobody gonna stop me besides Fear if it decides that there's no need to run.
After some times, I finally stopped to run. That was exhausting. But I think I'm safe now.
Quest complete!Gained XP, "Coward" option chosen, no Friend Menu Unlocked
Level up!
...Well the Level Up is welcomed I guess.
So now, I sit down and took a much-needed pause... If I learn in some way that they didn't have any intention of killing me I swear I... Don't even know what I would do.

Meanwhile, at the adventurers party
-He is dead now.
-Yup.
The wolf disappeared in the usual light and left some fur and money that the adventurers took.
-But still, the wolf doesn't explain that they are a lot less slimes in the entrance of the forest.
-We must keep searching. If they rally and form a King Slime, then we will need of all the adventurers possible to stop it.
-I know that, why do you don't stop recalling me that?
-That...Sorry. I'm just so used to newbies adventurers who don't care about danger.
-Yeah sure... Let's keep searching. They could have started the formation.
-Right.
Back at the MC
After this time of pause, I stood up and resumed the walk. I was still tired, but I must keep going on...
After some times, I was out of the forest. Problem is, I could see a city nearby. But really nearby. At like 10 meters... Agh! If it's not the adventurers it's a City! What is my luck today... Suddenly, I could hear a voice.
-Hey! Isn't that a Kitsune?!
-Mhh...I think it is one. They are somewhat rare in the region. What a luck!
-So what do we do?
The voices came from the guard in front of the city.I could hear them... Cause of my ears?
Gained "Improved Senses"!You race make you automatically level 10 in that skill!
I didn't care about the message. Even though it doesn't make any senses that I didn't receive it before.
I suddenly panicked. Fear did come back, but I didn't run. I was too scared. What should I do? Now they know I'm in the forest...
-What a question. They are sentient monsters. If they don't cause trouble, we welcome them.
-Wait really? In my country, all monsters without exceptions are killed.

-Oh yeah. You came from Grandedge right? I forgot that. A reminder for you. Here, sentient monster can live their lives peacefully if they don't cause trouble. Like humans.
-That... I don't know. If find this pretty dangerous.
-Certain monsters are adventurers you know! And really good ones! They save lives!
Their conversation keeps on going, I was at the same time relieved and really angry against myself. I did all of my hard work to go unnoticed for NOTHING! The adventurers wouldn't have attacked me! Escorted me to the city. And I could have gained XP from the wolf! Damnit!
At least, I now know that I'm safe here, but not everywhere...
