V3 Chapter 69

[Congratulations, you have successfully tamed Persona Slime –Second Evolve- (Mutated)!]

[Persona Slime – Name: Cyan - Second Evolve (Mutated) – Water, Poison- Attribute – Unique Skill: [Mimic Predation]- Inherent Skills: [Amorphous Physiology], [Absorb and Dissolve], [Self-regeneration], [Multiplication], [Scattering/Reforming]]

[As you have successfully tamed a monster- you have acquired SubProfession: [Tamer]. Taming a Monster for the first time, Class level [Tamer] increased by 1.]

[You have obtained [Tamer] Class skill: (Capture), (Monster/Beast Language), (Pet Link), (Location Exchange)…]

Rain smiled, satisfied, at the system window that appeared in front of him. He manages to obtain a new Class, and it looks interesting as well.

“… Though it’s not as interesting as you,”

He said as he look at the Slime Girl with amusement. He reached out with his hand, stroking her soft, slimy hair as she continued to suck his member in earnest. It’s been a few hours since they started, and they had done it, a lot, come a lot, abandoning any thought and worries and satisfying their desire and hunger seem to be the only thoughts they had.

Now, they lazed around, a little bit tired. Though, the Slime Girl seemed insatiable and continued to suck his manhood as if it was never getting enough of it. Though, it was technically an unnecessary move - she was fully capable of tasting him from any part of her body - but it seems like she was being influenced by thoughts in her mind that she need to do it like this. Like that. And she seemed to do well. At this moment, she had, more or less, mastered a bit of the art of eating him out, as she always knew exactly where and when to lick, suck, or nibble. As her tongue massaged his shaft and balls.

Still overly sensitive from his climax, Rain groaned and squirmed as she cleaned him. She made lots of small squishing and squelching sounds as her slime wrapped around him, vacuuming up every single drop of his seed. She kept playing with him until Rain was sure that it was starting to become too much for him and stop her with a satisfied sigh.

She whined in protest, not yet satisfied, but when would she ever be?

“Come on, don’t be greedy. I still have something to do,” he said, stopping her begging whines.

He stroked her face gently with his thumb while thinking how wonderful she is to touch. Yes. Despite how she looked, how gooey she appeared to be, she was quite pleasant to feel. She was cool to the touch and had just the right balance of solidity to be uniform, but delightfully squishy.

The Slime Girl; Cyan, giggled with childlike glee as Rain sunk his fingers beneath the surface of her exterior.

"You're so...squishy!" he praised. "I've never felt anything quite like you."

‘Thank…love you, too…!’ Cyan laughed softly.

When her amusement faded, she looked deep into his eyes. The two held the gaze for a while, before he slowly moved forwards, bringing his lips against hers. It seemed impossible, but somehow, she felt wonderful even on his lips. They were kissing so much that saliva and slimy mucus started dripping down on their bodies, and his breath got heavy.

They made out like that for a while until Rain felt it was enough and stop. Though Cyan still wanted more, he cannot indulge and spoil the adorable slime girl and promised her more later. And that she waits. He then recovered his clothes and wore them back.

He look around the place where he fought the Minotaurs, but the one-still-alive Minotaur had disappeared. Probably escape already. He might have used the chance when he was having fun with Cyan. He took out his smartphone and opened the GPS map, and found what he was looking for. A red dot moving on the screen. He grinned and immediately went in pursuit.

While following the Minotaur, suddenly he found a medium-sized river. When, for no particular reason, he followed the river upstream and luckily discovered a large waterfall. The water was cold. Freezing cold. But it doesn’t bother him that much.

He decided to wash off his body in the small lake underneath it; his body was drenched with sweat all while emitting a unique odor from doing the deed. Well, not like he was complaining or anything, as it was certainly an incredible experience for him. And a very juicy one at that.

“Aah, this is the life,” he mused while resting his back against the rocks beneath the cascading water, his glossy black hair draped over his face, wet and clinging as he rubs his hand slowly along his cheek for a few minutes, trying to get it clean.

Once his hand slides across his face without feeling anything sticky, he lets out a sigh and progresses downward, grabbing his still, hard shaft, needing to at least try to clean up his little brother as well.

“Brrr,” he shivered from the rush of cold water and lets out a comfortable, relaxing sigh against the bottom of the stream.

He spends a fairly good amount of time cleaning himself out but he eventually finds himself mostly clean and relaxing in the running water.

Truthfully, he had already cast lifestyle magic called [Cleanse] and [Wash] to himself- simple but very convenient skills, so only his meticulous mind was worried about dirt on his body. He even cast [Deodorant] to eliminate any unwanted smell off his body.

He took a few moments to enjoy the soothing sensation the water brought him, closing his eyes in pleasure. He turned towards the large boulder at the bank and saw the Humanoid Slime sitting while watching him.

Apparently, Slimes dislike large water bodies like this. It seems to do with how water dilutes their bodies and considerably weakens them. Well, just thinking about it, if they fall into large bodies of water, it would surely be dangerous for them.

Feeling her gaze, Rain stood up and walk towards her.

‘Done?’

She asked via telepathy.

“Yeah, done,”

Being naked in front of her had become somewhat a natural feeling. Perhaps, it’s because she’s also always naked? Or was it because his sense of shame had already disappeared long ago? No matter what the answer may be, Rain felt that he had truly somewhat changed from before. And it surely is because of the Lamians he loved very much.

Though he didn’t know if the change in him was good or bad, still, he understands at the very least, that his views on particular things, including sex turned somewhat loose. He didn’t consider himself a pervert before, but now… perhaps, he’s already become a massive pervert without him realizing it?

Hehe, though he can only laugh at that.

When Rain stepped over the land, Cyan immediately scooted over, much closer, and suddenly licked his face. Looking at her, he smiled wryly, and placed a hand on her forehead, stopping her.

“I just washed, so not now,”

As dangerous as the Lamians, this Slime Girl’s appetite seemed to be bottomless. If not for his quite strong willpower, he might be drained dry by her.

Cyan smiled sweetly, letting out her tongue adorably. Rain laughed, and then withdraw his clean clothes from the Grimoire. He wore them immediately and took his phone out again.

“Hm, it seems like the Minotaur is moving again.” he mused as he saw the red dot on the screen moving southeast. “I guess it’s time to work,” he said and turned towards Cyan. “You coming with me?”

Cyan nodded her head without hesitation.

“Let’s go then,” Rain nodded his head, appreciatively.

Having her with him is reassuring. After all, he knows that a slime she may be, she’s actually very powerful. As a second evolved monster, she’s above most monsters in the Desolate Cave. Just that, she’s a newly evolved, not knowing clearly her power... and that she was weakened when she met the two Minotaurs, resulting in her total defeat. But given time, she would be an incredible, powerful monster.

And with his new Class and Skills, he can help her raise her strength easily.

‘What are we going to do?’

Cyan asked curiously, as she followed behind him.

Rain thought for a moment and then said; “Well, let’ see… we’re just gonna follow this one guy, pick up some girls, and perhaps, we’re just gonna do some bad things to the people there,” he muttered with a smirk.

‘Bad things?’

“Yeah, really bad things,” he grinned.

Cyan doesn’t seem to understand, still, she nodded her head happily: ‘Bad things! We’re going to do bad things!’ she repeated with a sweet voice.

“Hahahaha,”

Traveling through the forest, Rain continued to talk with Cyan, seemly in no hurry at all- the mood around them was as if they were just walking through a nature park, if not for appearances of monsters that suddenly rushed at them from time to time.

Rain killed most of them easily, while the other, he let Cyan kill them, increasing her level and mastery of her skills. Most of her opponents were easily defeated, but some pulled her into a difficult fight. He noticed that despite the Slime Girl’s strength, and incredible magic power, her attack patterns are quite monotonous, making it very easy to predict. And her movements seemed slower than what it should be, he thought.

It’s like, giving an old car with a high-horse powered engine- despite the incredible power of the engine, the old car was moving with limited speed. Sometimes, there were even lagged in her actions. Cyan is like that, not yet familiar with her new body along with her power.

Knowing that Rain made a decision. Walking through the forest, he started teaching the innocent slime some moves. Truthfully, most of Cyan’s action for fighting is just trying to devour her prey, relying on the density and flexibility of her body.

Suffocation is good, but it can also be fatal for her. After all, aside from the fact that there’s no sane person that would just let their bodies be devoured by her without putting any fight, there are also enemies that can attack from a distance. And without any means of attacking far away enemies, she would be at a disadvantage.

Furthermore, if she failed to cripple the enemy before devouring them, her core would surely be the one endangered. Of course, her core was inside her body, and it would be like inviting the enemy to your weakness. It’s not an efficient and safe method of offense.

Though, Rain can think of several attacking techniques that only a slime could do after reading novels and playing games back on Earth. However, since most of them are still unsuitable for the current her, he could only teach some simple and basic ones, most relied on sneak attacks and traps. As for others, it can only depend on how she grew in the future.

Still, even without it, as a second Evolved Monster, it doesn’t mean Cyan was extremely weak.

Even if Slimes are treated as one of the weakest monsters, it doesn’t mean they would still be weak after evolution. In most cases, the weakest could become one of the strongest. Isn’t that something like a template already…?

Perhaps, that’s because they have many necessary evolution factors to meet that they became weak? But once they fulfilled every one of them, they would then become too strong.

It’s like overcoming the hardest method only to obtain more rewards.

Cyan was not an exception.

Although she still has a hard time adjusting to her new form and capabilities, she is still a fearsome second evolved monster. Furthermore, like all the evolved monsters, Cyan also obtained a Unique Ability that made her above her race or any other monsters in the world. Even Rain felt envious of it.

Unique Skill: [Mimic Predation].

A unique ability that enables her of transforming into what she eats, just like how she was able to take form into a humanoid girl. She had become a [Mimic Slime]. Though, only to monsters and creatures, she had eaten.

The ability itself was not so overpowered. However, just like Rain’s Predation, Cyan’s Mimic Predation would also become stronger the more she eats and devours. With this Unique Ability, one can easily predict that Cyan’s future is limitless.

Well, that is if she learned how to adapt her ability to different situations, and circumstances. The moment she can do that, she would truly become strong.

Cyan saw Rain looking at her with eyes full of expectation, though, not understanding why, still, she smiled, and approached him. She snuggled against him, rubbing her head on his chest. She looks like a spoiled child wanting for a mother’s warmth, that Rain subconsciously reached his hand to caress her hair.

Even without a direct connection, he felt as if some of his emotions were passed to her, as he also felt sweet and happy feelings coming to him from her, making his heart feel satisfied. By becoming his familiar, Cyan seemed to have become even more dependent on him.

Yeah. Rain had turned Cyan into his Familiar through the use of his Taming Skill. And thus, finally, and officially embarking the path for Tamers.

[Taming] skill, is an exclusive skill for Tamers. By using tamed beasts, or those they called Familiar to fight for themselves. They are one of the Classes that rely on numbers to fight. Though one can use different Enhancement Type Skills and Magic, however, Tamers are quite weak personally.

Without their tamed beasts, even with enhancement skills, they are only as strong as elite soldiers could ever be. They only become truly strong by accumulating or training Familiars, and the stronger the monster they tamed or enslaved, the stronger they also become. However, still, it doesn’t mean the Tamers can take in as many monsters as they can. There is still a limit. And the number of familiars that can be made depends on the level of the Taming Skill.

Taming a monster is like giving the monster a part of the user’s soul, acting as a brand mark to control them. Thus, in a sense, controlling that small soul with the bigger part, which is the user. However, the more familiars created, the lesser the user’s soul becomes, and at the same time, reducing the ability to control the minor souls.

That was the truth behind the Taming Skill, according to the Arc Grimoire. In this world, every single person has different sizes of souls, some call it the power of one's spirit, or will- some big, some small, which, in a sense, having a bigger soul means they are much above normal people- one that they call, Chosen Ones, or Geniuses.

Among Tamers, having bigger souls is better as more Familiars are allowed to have. However, this breaks the concept of Fairness, thus, the Gods in Ancient Times, have introduced a common limit by using Class Skills. With the world as it is, Classes and Skills became a kind of restriction for a few, though, for many, it became an opportunity to rise in ranks.

The number of familiars now depends on skill level, and that’s without any exception. At [Taming] Lv1, only two Monsters can be tamed at most, while at Lv2, four, and so on. Of course, it doesn’t mean the size of souls has now become useless, and that everyone is now considered in a fair competition, as a matter of stance, there is no absolute fairness in the world. Always, Geniuses will be born that rose superior.

A powerful soul is still relevant to Tamers as they increased the chances of taming monsters, even powerful monsters higher compared to normal Tamers. In addition, the soul is also considered the vessel of magic, hence, the more powerful soul one has, the more magic one has.

With greater magic power, even a Tamer can become a powerful force that could intimidate anyone. It was even said through history that a Powerful Tamer can even enslave a Dragon.

Not only that, but a Bonus Effect of all Tamer Classes is also that, they can take their tamed monsters’ growth experience as their own, immediately raising their growth speed to a level incomparable to other professions. It was like having a helper or assisting in raising one’s level. An advantage that the other Classes didn’t have. Thus, despite it being quite a weak Class compared to many powerful Classes, many strong rankers didn’t dare underestimate a Taming Class Profession.

With powerful monsters at his beck and call, a strong Tamer can well be said to be a Lord of Monsters.

Though, because Rain was not truly a Tamer, the effects of the Taming Class on him were reduced significantly. Still, because of the power of his Class, [Fate Changer], which even now he has yet to completely understand as even the Arch Grimoire has no records of it, he was able to retain the basic effects of every different class he has, including the Taming Skill.

As they were walking, suddenly, Rain’s brows twitched. Instinctively, he ducked by bending his waist. Woosh. It was then, an unknown object wheezed past his head, missing it by an inch. He turned around and frowned. Behind him was a group of skeletons running toward them.

Undead Birth. A phenomenon where after a creature dies in this mana-rich land will suddenly resurrect and become an undead monster. Though, it mostly happens to human corpses.

As for why it is, from what he knows, it’s because humans, unlike magical beasts and creatures would not be reduced to magic particles. Since they are not inherently magic creatures, their bodies, bones specifically, absorbed magic power rather than the opposite or being turned into magicles. And thus, the magic power accumulated inside it, becoming a new source of the undead's life.

Furthermore, among the creatures of the forest, they are considered pests. Well, after all, due to their innate hate for living beings, no matter what creatures they encounter, they would charge in and attack indiscriminately. They are even worse than Goblins and Gremlins.

The Desolate Cave which rarely has human visitors didn’t have such a problem. Well, that was up until now. Was it because of the Princess Group…?

Damn, they should know better than to litter corpses around here. Disposing corpses or burying them should have been a common thing. But why are these undead monsters appearing again?

Weaker than Goblins or Slimes, ordinary Skeletons not only have the strength of a normal human, they are also very slow. Though, some elite skeletons might appear among them- undead that retained some of their power when they were still alive. And those undead monsters are the most troublesome.

But looking at these skeleton monsters, they should just be normal skeleton warriors.

And they are quite a lot of them at that.

... ...

Rain felt troubled by the sudden appearance of the Skeleton Warriors. Though weak they may be, Undead have troublesome traits of rapid evolution as well.

The moment they are left alone, they would quickly multiply. Furthermore, two troublesome traits would appear in their road to evolution-

In most cases, an Undead that is capable of creating undead would appear, something akin to a Lich, in these cases, most often, they came from dead mages, while the other in the path of strength, Death Knight. Though this would take quite a lot of time to accomplish, given time, Undead would slowly become stronger, evolved, and become a terrible foe if not solved properly and immediately.

Especially in this mana-rich land, a Lich is not impossible to appear.

“I guess, since they are coming to me, I’ll just clean them up,”

As Rain thought about that, before he could even move, however, Cyan had already rushed towards the charging skeleton warriors. With a solemn expression, her body suddenly wriggled, expanding rapidly, and eventually turning into a two-meter boar-shaped beast.

Mad Boar.

The appearance of the mad boar that she had become, was like a crystal-sculpted giant boar, with a shining, almost translucent blue body. Still, the power and strength of a Mad Boar’s charge is the real deal. The incredible power of Cyan’s Mimic Ability. Her body might seem soft, but with the use of the mimicked beast’s skill, she can replicate their strength as well.

It’s like using H*ki Armament in *ne *iece Universe, Cyan’s boar head was coated with hardness effect the moment the skill was invoked.

Because of this unique skill of hers, Rain had told her to focus on mastering this skill before learning anything else. The stronger her unique skill, the stronger she becomes as well. Thus, it's better to invest first in the Unique Skill she was given.

Eating and Transforming- though sounded easy, it’s not that simple. Especially Transformation. For it to become a strong power, Cyan’s mastery needed to increase. And Rain thought that it would be better if her transformation was done in an instant.

And from then on, increasing the difficulty, until she can easily, and freely transform to anything she wished without any problem. Even becoming a Chimera monster where she can incorporate the creature’s best traits and features, she had eaten into one would be the best goal, which is what he wanted for her to achieve.

Though, whether that is possible or not is still yet to be seen.

The Mad Boar’s Charge is one of the strongest skills of a Mad Boar. It’s like a tank running at full charge, and everything on its path will be mowed down. Even Rain would not dare take it head-on. Only Granite would dare not step away in front of it.

The moment Cyan had completely transformed into a Mad Boar, she had already arrived a meter away from the skeleton warriors. And as expected, like watching a bowling ball blowing pins away, the skeletons were sent flying. Some were pitifully crushed by her stomps.

Still, Cyan couldn’t stop, and she continued charging whether she liked it or not, and crashed against a large tree, causing it to tremble, and almost fell. That’s one of the drawbacks of the skill. Once the skill was activated, the Mad Boar would become unstoppable, and it would charge straight without any fear. Well, for Cyan, however, such a drawback is barely noticeable. Not only the impact would not stun her, but she can also offset any damage she might get once she had hit something. After all, the vibrations of the impact of the skill would just pass through her soft, slimy body with a problem.

Rain nodded his head. Good choice. Though skeleton warriors are weak, they are quite troublesome to deal with. Slashing them with a sword, or stabbing them is ineffective. Blunt attacks are better. But even if you can break them apart, they would still be able to fight and move, even reconnecting the broken part. Thus, the most effective method for killing skeleton warriors is by crushing their bones, most especially their skulls.

Mad Boar’s strength is a better choice as its strength can easily crush the skeleton warriors' bones.

Well, I guess she would not have any problem against these low-level skeletons.

Rain watched as Cyan continued to rampage while being a Mad Boar, her stomps even causing slight tremors on the ground. Though, slowly, her form started to falter. It seems like the duration of her transformation also needs to be increased, he thought as he took a side-step, dodging a sneak attack from behind. A tattered sword slashed him from behind.

The transformation didn’t come without effect, even for her. It consumes magic power. And the stronger the monster she turns into, the higher the magic power needed. Well, the control she has of her magic power is also an issue though. It is still sloppy.

Rain turned around, and lashed his leg, kicking the skeleton warrior behind him. The skull cracked, as it was sent flying. Then another came, this time, holding an ax. However, just when the skeleton swung its ax at him, he acted first and grabbed the neck of the skeleton.

“Annoying flies,”

He said coldly while exerting his strength and pushed the skeleton forward, causing it to lose its balance.
