《Stuff I write.》My Interpretation of Emily Dickinson's "Because I could not stop for Death."

I sat silent, looking out amongst the passing landscape. My Companion as silent as ever. He was an odd fellow, all dressed in Black, with Blue trimming, and I never seem to catch a good look at his Face.
I focus on the lands, for there seems to be None else to occupy my time. We pass a small field, tended to by a Farmer, toiling away. Oddly enough, the crops seem to bloom in Seconds, then Decay even faster, the Farmer steadily growing more sickly, until a Skeleton was almost out of sight and it smiled at the passing Carriage.
We pass near a small school, Children playing about while a Teacher stand in the doorway, smiling. As we pass, the Children become Adults, and the Teacher grows Old. The Adults Somberly walk out of the school’s door, one even in Tears. We pass as they start to turn towards us with a look of Dismay, then they are out of view.
We seem to finally arrive at our Destination, if the slowing of the Carriage is any indication. Turning to my Companion, he finally turns to face me.
His eyes are Empty, yet Filled with Emotion and Thought. His Mouth a twisted Grin. His Nose a Hollow thing. His bone Teeth grind open,
“We are Here.”
The door opens, revealing a hill with a door in it. Gingerly, I step down. My Companion seems to seep out, the door closing Behind me. He pulls open the door in the Hill, which opens to pure Darkness.
“Go right on in, We have all the Time in the World.”
I stop, and tap my Chin, “But why? Why am I Here?”
My Companion chuckled a deep Grating noise, “You didn’t want to stop for Life, so they asked I stop for You.”

I turn and see the Horses which had drawn our carriage, and see they are but Bones and Dust. They stare Past me, and into the Door that my Companion had opened For me.
“Please hurry, this is not all that easy on my Old Bones.”
Heaving a deep sigh, I turn and walk towards the Entrance, The Sun setting just behind the Hill, casting the area into shade and Darkness. As I near the Entrance, I regard my Companion, “You’ve been here for a While, haven’t you?”
He smiled a sullen Grin, his pale Lips tugging into a line, moving like Oil, “Longer than you could possibly Imagine. This is what happens when One never Ceases, then I must cease, to let Them pass Onward. I bid you Well.”
I hoist my skull up, then promptly step into the Door, with the last Parting words, “Well, no point Delaying, then.”
Death chuckled, a velvety sound from him, “Life said you never Faltered, but you really should Wait from Time to Time, and see the Surroundings. I hear they are quite Lovely this Time,” then stepped through the Door himself, only for the Door to close behind him.
Life watched, her gnarled Old hands clutching her Cane of knobby Wood. Her Dusty ol’ mouth crinkled, as it rose to a Smile, “Shame to see her Go, but he was all to Similar in his Youth. Well, the Work never ends, does it, Boy?” She says, then steps into the Carriage, whose white Stallions pulled it back to the Beginning with it’s two grand Passengers.

The Sleeping Immortal
It's my first time writing, I'm going to try a mix up of LitRPG and Wuxia. God killed me while I was sleeping, and now I have the power to become a God myself just by well... sleeping. Ironic isn't it? Let's say it came as a surprise when I, Fiend Yuki, got killed by God. God, not wanting me to die as easily next time, reincarnated me with OP sleeping powers. Before this, I was just your average bum living in my parent's basement, sleeping and doing general otaku things. Now I have to worry about getting killed by Gods, kinda came full circle didn't it? Or I could just sleep and worry about it later... Yeah, I'll just sleep... Sleep sounds good. Yeah, it was until I woke up and found out I've become a toothpick and personal claw sharper of the world's strongest dragon while I was sleeping... I don't like being awake...
