Chapter 16 was finished today and re-edited for the full chapter up, so here's the *(very small) teaser for Chapter 17!

* my apologies for the small chapters, getting back into the story is harder than i thought... so much information i have to remind myself of as i write on the fly!

In unrelated news, did anyone else know that Spirited Away was wrote as whatever Miyazaki thought as he wrote it?

Was a cool bit of information, as my story is 'mostly' the same way, with the main over-arching story being the only planned part.

Alex woke to his feet in pain, and a horrible itch to them that he couldn’t scratch with his arms bound. He remembered the glass that he had stepped in when he ran from his now destroyed apartment, and could only smirk at his misfortune. He tried to scratch them against his pants, but small shards of glass he hadn’t found before sent acute pains up his spines. He gave up and decided to just endure the annoying itch, which was worse than the pain to him.

“You seem uncomfortable...”
