Week 4 day 2 since the explosion and Leon is still with us. Who knew that the engineer could finally find a way to solve this problem (Well he IS an engineer so actually it's his job - Georg) (But he used ROCKS Georg, fucking ROCKS - Dom) (I told you, thousands of books saying that special stones had a specific reaction towards mana - Leon) (Who knew he was right. Also they were NOVELS not science books - Dom & Georg). Well now he walks with a light-bulb in a key-chain around his neck but still impressive (Tomorrow you will be wanting another keychain if that prevents you from dying - Leon) (Ohhhh wise and kind Leon-sama remember this lowly programmer and gift him with that key-chain - Dom) (It's just a small block of quartz Dom - Georg)

Let me tell you (No you will not. This is MY impressive tale - Leon)

Ahem Ahem (It's a diary you idiot, you don't need to clear your throat - Dom & Georg) this impressive young man called Leon (Young man at 35? - Tom) (Shut up you have no permission to write here - Leon) asked his father to get several types of different stones with the specific objective to save mankind (only 197 people alive and with mana - Georg). Once the stones came he tried with every single one of them without fear for his life (Didn't you gave them to the ones that were stable from the other side of the room to check what happened - Dom) (Shut up, my discovery, my story - Leon). As I was saying, totally selfless courage to test by himself 'till the logically expected happened. He found that the quartz (a silicon-oxygen based mineral with chemical formula SiO2 - Leon) gave a subtle response (Yeah subtle. It glowed with the strenght of a thousand suns - Dom & Georg), that's when I knew I have solved it, a way to drain the mana from the body so you wouldn't use it in a stupid way and die.

Well psychedelic delusions aside he found a way to release most of the mana and so far the meditation group had the highest survival rates with a 75% mortality rate vs the 100% of the popsicles and the 120% of those that wanted to learn magic (yeah he managed to turn himself to electricity, so he could discharge the mana, but also made the electrical transformer, that they were using, blew up killing a friend in the process) (They deserved it - Georg).

Now Leon, the 2 surviving members of the meditation club and 42 workers more are all meditating 4 hours a die, taking anti anxiety pills and wearing round quartz crystals that glow continuously like a light bulb.
