Me, Iris and Jil are currently at the Guild. We are picking a quest to complete because we finished the goblin one.

We also became C-class adventurers.

The adventurer ranking system goes like this (Lowest to Highest): F, D, C, B, A, AA, S, SS.

Apparently the Goblin Quest was a D-class quest but because of the Goblin King we got more rewards. I don't know how we could just walk out of here with that quest but no matter... What's done is done.

"How about this one? It says just to bodyguard people in an academy due to a recent attack. Seems simple..." (Jil)

"Yeah, it does. But look at the Rank it is given. A-class quest." (Ethos)

"I think it's a good idea though. Ethos, you will protect us if things go wrong. We could also train at the academy probably." (Iris)

"True... There probably are low-leveled monsters near the academy... There also might be training dummies in the academy... Fine, let's pick this quest. But if something goes wrong, don't blame me." (Ethos)

"We won't. We picked the quest after all." (Jil)

"Let's go then." (Ethos)

We grab the quest poster and register it so we are doing that quest. The person who was helping us register it constantly asked us if we didn't pick the wrong quest and I answered her No all the time...

We finish registering it and leave the Guild House.

"Jil, Iris. You need better weapons and armour." (Ethos)

"Yeah, we do..." (Jil)

"Armour shops first. If the enemy kills you before you can kill it, no use in a strong weapon." (Ethos)

"True. Let's go then!" (Jil)

We head to the Armour shops at the Blacksmithing district. I don't buy anything for myself but I buy something better than the basic armour it gave to Jil and Iris when they spawned...

After our little shopping in the armour shops Jil had light-armour because we can't afford better without me using my own summoned gold and Iris had a blue robe that reached to the knees.

The blue robe helped water magic power and the casting time decreased.

We head over to the weapon shops in the blacksmithing district and get Jil a longsword and Iris a mage staff.

"You two look a lot better now." (Ethos)

"Indeed... These stat boosts are good aswell compared to the basic armour we were given before." (Jil)

"Yeah... And I like this much better..." (Iris)

"Let's go and meet the headmaster of the academy we are supposed to bodyguard. They should arrive in this town by carriage in a few minutes if the quest is correct." (Ethos)

"Yeah, let's go." (Iris)

We go to the center and wait for a bit and a decorated carriage stops infront of us. An old man with a beard to his waist walks out.

"So you three are the people who are going to bodyguard my academy huh? Jump on, adventurers." (Headmaster)

We get on the carriage and ride somewhere while talking to the Headmaster. Our duty is just to protect the students because the teachers can handle themselves in a fight... And we can also destroy the Academy if it protects the students.

It's either a royals academy or the headmaster really cares for the students...

We ride for a couple days and reach a huge academy with walls and a gate, behind the gate I can see maids and butlers already there and a fountain behind the maids and butlers.

We get out of the carriage with the headmaster and the carriage goes somewhere else. The gate opens and we walk in with the headmaster.

"Welcome back, Headmaster!" (Maids and Butlers)

"I'm back. Mind showing these people to their quarters? They'll be protecting us from now on. The person clad in black clothing seems to be very powerful because even I cannot decipher a sliver of his power." (Headmaster)

"Hahahah! Headmaster, you should know... I am a god." (Ethos)

"Surely you jest... No way a god is adventuring with mortals." (Headmaster)

"But that is what is happening. If you don't believe me now... You'll believe me later. Now... Which class has the most trouble-makers?" (Ethos)

"We split our school into three classes. It's funny how there are three of you and three classes. I didn't catch your names in the carriage though..." (Headmaster)

"I am Ethos Kuran, God." (Ethos)

"I am Jil, Swordswoman." (Jil)

"I am Iris, water mage." (Iis)

Jil and Iris bow but I don't.

"Still insisting on the God status huh... We'll see if you are just very powerful or a real god. I am John by the way. The maids and butlers will help you during your stay here. They'll also escort you to the classes." (John)

"I want to go meet my class right now. I don't need much sleep or food or drink." (Ethos)

"Maids, show Ethos to the class he is going to bodyguard." (John)

"Right away! Ethos, please follow us." (Maids)

A group of maids comes to me and leads me away. I see the butlers and the rest of the maids showing Jil and Iris to a house nearby.

We walk for a bit and then reach the main building probably. We enter and go to the Third Class... It litteraly says Third Class on the sign above the door.

"You can already meet them. Class is not in session so you can easily introduce yourself right now or with the teacher." (Maids)

"I'll introduce myself later... Right now i'll just enter and sit down somewhere overviewing the entire class." (Ethos)

"As you wish. We will go and help your fellow adventurers." (Maids)

I nod and they leave. I open the door and walk in and close it and then I walk to a corner on the opposite side of where I am standing and on the side the teacher should be at because of the elevated platform and then I sit down on the ground.

All the students look at me and then start whispering about me, asking who I am and if somebody knows me and I heard a bunch of girls say I look amazing and then they discuss about coming to talk to me.

I can hear everything...

Fifteen minutes pass and a bell rings. The teacher enters the class immediatly and everybody sits down. I get up.

"Hello students, we have a new person with us today... He won't be studying with us but will be protecting us instead. Please introduce yourself." (Teacher)

She shows towards me and I step up a little.

"I am Ethos Kuran. Nice to meet you all. Just a little note... I can hear everything you are saying." (Ethos)

I bow and go back to sitting in the corner I 'claimed'.

"Do you want a chair, Ethos?" (Teacher)

"No need." (Ethos)

The class goes by fast and because I have god powers I already knew everything but they were talking about the political situation in this world. At the end of the class the teacher leaves and a bunch of girls immediatly come to me to speak. They were even discussing that topic in class...

"Umm... Hello. I am-" (Student)

"I do not need to know your names. I also came here with two women already. I am only here to protect you and not establish a relationship. I am sorry." (Ethos)

The students seem furious and run off towards the other classes. A lot of men also run to my class and run to me and one of them tries to punch me but I grab his hand and twist it around and get up.

"Hmm? Are you mad because Jil and Iris refused you? Seems so... Nobody else should know of me in the other classes except Jil and Iris. If you want to fight me... Let's not do it in this class but outside. I'll show you what I can do." (Ethos)

Well... What my other self can do without killing you...

Me and all the men who are mad at me because they were rejected by Iris or Jil follow me outside.

Outside they all start attacking me at the same time...

"Oh... Look at this..." (Ethos v2)

I grab the closest man and start swinging him around knocking everybody else around. The weird smile I have comes back and a lot of men immediatly stop in their tracks.

"Come on... There's one of me... And over a hundred of you it seems?" (Ethos v2)

I teleport infront of them one by one and hit them in the stomachs knocking them unconcious. In a few minutes every man who was attacking me is unconcious.

*Click*

Hah... Nice job, my other self. I look around me and see unconcious male students littered all across the ground. I walk over them and back to my class where I sit down again.

I stay the entire school day there and when the students leave to their dorms I leave to the small house the maids told me to go.

Iris and Jil are already in the house and established dominance over the only two beds in the entire house...

Guess the couch is my new bed.

I enter the house and Iris seems completely exhausted and Jil is tired.

"What happened?" (Ethos)

"A bunch of girls came to fight us... We didn't want to hurt them too much..." (Iris)

"Hahah! I took care of my problem. The ground was littered with men after the first class. Mainly because of me knocking them all unconcious." (Ethos)

"Let us... Sleep on the couch today... I'm too exhausted to move... And Jil seems tired aswell..." (Iris)

"I'll carry you both upstairs. You worked hard today I see." (Ethos)

I pick Iris up in a Princess carry and help her to her bed on the second floor. I then go downstairs and I pick Jil up in a piggyback ride and help her to her bed.

"Have a good nights rest..." (Ethos)

I go downstairs and get comfy on the couch and fall asleep...

The bodyguarding duty seems easy for me but hard for the girls... I'll need to help them somehow tomorrow.
