《Queen of thieves》Chapter 3

And so, just like that Morgana left the next morning. There were no adoring crowds to send her off nor any loyal officials, afterall although some people sought safety in exchange for work from the queen of thieves, in a city of thieves having one less competitor, especially where she was concerned, could only be seen as a good thing.
Had she been a less notorious thief it was certain there would have been those who attempted to steal her belongings or the recently "liberated" ocean gem she wore openly around her neck, but with her being who she was alk potential thieves knew only death awaited those who tried. And so it was that at seven the next morning Morgana left unhindered, a bag on her back marked with her signature cherry blossom.
She could have bothered trying to disguise her face but seeing as no one had ever seen it before they would probably just assume it another disguise, besides it's not like she was coming back so soon that keeping her face secret mattered anymore.
Walking straight out the city Morgana looked back and sighed, although she had not been raised in the city but it had been her home for the last four years and she did have some find memories there. However even Morgana knew her potential would be wasted if she continued living there and so giving one last rueful smile she continued on the main road out of the city limits towards the largest city in the country Aegis, the capital city.
Although Morgana was filthy rich after her years in power she found it funnier to leave most of her money back in the city to be fought over in the power struggle she had probably created for the next person who attempted to own the seat of the king or Queen of thieves.

Instead she had taken with her a middle-class pair of travelling clothes (which she was wearing now) as well as a similary looking, although slightly nicer, pair of spare clothes, the ocean gem and enough money to last her a year without doing anything all hidden in a high quality bag that had been disguised to look low class.
Of course wearing the ocean gem openly was a sure fire way to attract bandits and thieves so the easier thing to do would be to hide it, however Morgana found travelling boring and what was she to do for entertainment if not destroying a couple of bandit holdings on the way?
A sharks grin emerged on her face and the unlucky thief lying five meters away hiding in preparation for an ambush had a sudden premonition that maybe this was a terrible idea, of course by the time he'd thought it it was already to late.
Moving faster than the mam could track the girl attacked in a fluid motion and a split second later the poor thief's head fell to the ground, Morgana laughed "I wonder how many people will be stupid enough to attack me today?" she mused aloud as she continued on her path towards Aegis a smile still on her face and a hand on a weapon, not that anyone could see or tell so much. Time to conquer a new city.

The Nightcore Trilogy
Going to space was supposed to be the adventure of a lifetime, but for Reece Danielson and his crew, it was only the beginning. As the fresh astronauts aboard the Zhengzhou International Space Station start their on-the-job training, Reece is shown a discovery that changes his entire worldview. It isn’t long before a tragic accident aboard the station sets off a series of events that not only puts the crew in danger but at odds with each other. The events quickly escalate into a man-made apocalyptic incident on the surface of the planet. A virulent plague is prematurely released which transforms everyone into flesh-eating undead, and that is only the beginning of the troubles. There are far worse things down there than zombies and possibly a few of them lurk on the station itself. The Nightcore Trilogy thematically begins with a heavy sci-fi feel coupled to a gritty space-based horror mystery. The story's layers are slowly peeled back, evolving into something much more supernatural, mythological, and high-fantasy-based. It's a mix of elements from survival horror, zombie apocalypses, ancient mythologies, supernatural stories, and harem anime. It contains semi-descriptive sex scenes (traditional and non-traditional), descriptions of gore, profanity, and adult situations, so I recommend it for mature and open-minded audiences only.
8 190To Sleep, Perchance to Dream
Dying was unpleasant, but coming back to life? How was that even possible? And what are these words that keep appearing before me? This...isn't how life works. Maybe I'm insane. I guess it's time to find out. If I die, will I come back again? Thanks for reading! Please leave a rating or a review! Knowing people are enjoying the story really encourages me to write more. Also, I apologize for the typos. When I get the time, I'll go back and fix them, but they may linger at times. I don't have lots of time for writing, so I'm not always able to do much editing before posting.
8 158The Chronicles of The Green wizard
Garion Greensleeves always was an oddity. The first son of High-Wizard Garius Greensleeves and Adricor, a Noble woman of well renown, he would of stood to inherit much. However, on the night of his first full moon, as a baby he disappeared from his cot. His parents, after much frantic searching, found the babe crying in a small clearing of trees, a large feline creature pacing defensively around him, the bloodied corpse of a fox resting at its feet. As the parents approached, the beast transformed into a small owl and flew around the clearing before perching on a low branch of a tree nearby. From this moment on Garion's fate had been decided. Only those with magical blood could be capable of calling out to such a being as this. As Garion grew older, the transforming creature remained by his side. Wizards from all the continents visited the glade to see the child who had bound a familiar to his will as a babe. At age seven, Garion left his home glade and travelled the world studying to become a recognised guilded wizard. After many years he was granted the title of Wizard and was sent forth to advise, learn and ponder on behalf of the guild. After a while, Garion was assigned to a small nation within the vast continent mainly populated by man-folk known as The Patchwork kingdoms.
