《Never Bring Sword Into a Gun Fight》First Step

I'm standing on the road...
Of a new world...
After requesting my miracle, that deity immediately sent me here. Now I have a new young physique. About 16 years old-ish male body. I want to check my new, you know, down there. But as a gun-ota, I have something better to check.
But first, let's go find some better place so I can do an in-depth review about my miracle.
Hmm.. soo.. where do I go?On this dirt road, there are 2 distinctive that seem to be some kind of tire mark.
This is a cart track right?
I think I just need to follow the road. I mean if it's a cart track, it is always bound to go to a village or town right?
Anyway, I take my first step in this new world. I'm eager to check my miracle but before that, I need to find a decent place to check it. This is because while it's me who proposed the miracle, the system itself was built by God. So I need to find a place to take a look in detail to not miss anything.
30 minutes in, I find a three-way intersection. One to the right goes to cross a shallow river while the other seems to be splitting a jungle in a direction to the mountain I see earlier.
At the intersection itself, there's a small shelter with a signpost beside it. I think that's a good place to check my miracle.
So just use a mental image to bring my miracle window huh?! That God only gives me a vague explanation.
Well, true enough a semi-transparent HUD window popup in front of me when I think about it.
In the HUD I can see 5 tabs with the title Weapon Store, Accessory store, Ammunition store, Reloading Station, armory, and Status.

Finally!!
Guns! Guns for days!
In Weapon Store, it is separated by category: Handgun, Shotgun, SMG, Assault Rifle, Sniper Rifle, Machine Gun, Rocket launcher, Explosive, and even Artillery!!
It has both the military and civilian model from all over the world ranging from WW1 until the time I died. It includes various caliber models and also various cosmetic and performance upgrades from the standard mil-spec to the tactical and competition grade firearm.
I can use all of this right?!
That's what I think until I see some firearm locked under a black shade with 'weapon skill - handgun LV 2 required' written on it.
Well, I guess it's because of me that specifically request God for some challenges to obtaining the gun. But I thought it'll go as far as to put a price for it.
Speaking of price, an unlocked gun like a standard Colt M1911 is 8000G and I think on earth it's about 700 - 800USD for high-end manufacturers.
So G or Gon, this world monetary, have about 1/10 value of USD? Well, it isn't accurate to judge monetary value by just using the different prices for an item. I also need to consider the wage and the cost of living in this world. But yeah, let just go with that calculation for now.
Onto the next tab, you have Accessory Store which I can already guess some of the contents. It categorized into three parts which are:
- Attachment, listed bunch of bayonets, scopes, bipods, silencers, all the way from slings to grenade launchers.
- Personal gear, listed something like binoculars, gloves, armor, knife, backpack, and a bunch of apparel. Well to be surprised, it has something that seems to be period accurate in this world. There's some apparel there that I'm pretty sure has never been used even in WW1.

- Magazine, that.. well.. selling magazines. It has all the magazines for firearms ranging from a clip for Mauser C96 to some absurd things like this 75 rounds drum magazine for AK47. But as a bonus, everything comes fully loaded so that's nice.
Then ammunition store is ammunition store.
In Loading Station, there's a square area for dropping an empty magazine in. It seems to have a function of reloading and modifying a load arrangement in a magazine with whatever I desire, as long as I have that type of ammunition. This will work well for feeding belt-type ammunition that has tracer rounds at a certain interval.
Now then, let's open the armory tab and see what God gives us as a starter pack.

8 70Mordheim: Servants of The Damned (A Warhammer Fantasy Fiction)
“The Great Library,” Stated the stranger with a pause. “You know of it?”“Of course I do. In the Merchant’s Quarter?”“Yes, in the Merchant’s Quarter. I have gathered that there is an… artefact of importance within its walls.” Slowly, the figure produced a rusted key from the furls of his robes and held it in a black-gloved hand. “This opens the door to its chambers. It is the grimoire of Gunnar von Krugenheim, and I believe that it would serve better in the world than locked away in a dusty room.” Behind the cursed walls of Mordheim, warbands and gangs of all stripes are embattled in constant wars for resources and power. The cursed city attracts throngs in the thousands, searching for treasures, artefacts, power, and sometimes all three. The Cult of the Hidden Brethren is no exception, and when an opportunity to extend their reach is discovered, the cultists are eager to take the opportunity. However, not all is set in stone, and soon the cultists discover that the lure of power alone may not be enough to give them the drive required to see their quest done... --- Mordheim: Servants of the Damned is a fanfiction set in the world of Warhammer Fantasy, which is not owned by me but by the company Games Workshop. I of course, lay claim to nothing in this story but the characters I have created, and the core events of the story itself. This is my first true foray into fantasy writing, let alone Warhammer Fantasy, therefore any feedback is welcome. (It should be noted as well, the cover art is merely an artwork I found online and is not mine, therefore I do not lay claim to that either.)
