Lee activate Stealth and illusion control which are two netural techniques. Lee follow the group without making any hints that he is there, spying on them. The servant open the door and inside Jin is waiting for them. The twins sit down while Jin is there sipping on some tea.
Jin [Xie, Xing congratulation on your rise to black belt. You will be a great asset to the Chen family if you keep this up and maybe move onto Martial Ancestor.]
Lee (They will be stronger than a Martial Ancestor with the right guidance.)

Lee (Seems like I can't always bother my little siblings now)
Jin [Xie you seem to have some thoughts about something?]

Xie and Xing and pay attention to Jin closely to what Jin is going to say next.

Jin tells the twins of talent and attributes which is really long and to be honest really unnecessary, but it left a bitter taste in Xie and Xing mouth when they heard this.
Jin [This is why Lee can't cultivate, he's a talentless person who can't escape fate of this world.]
Lee (This pointless. Anybody can achieve boundless infinity no matter the condition. It seems like I have to correct that mistake later otherwise my younger siblings will feel sorry for me.)
