Chapter 01 - Being Born

Year 987

I don't know where I am nor who I am. Currently I am being held in the arms of a Woman, probably my mother. She has shoulder long curly brown hair, brown eyes and a face which currently is radiating happiness.

After my mother notices that she is currently looked at by me she gives me a kiss on my forehead, and is afterwards handing me over to my father.... I guess.

He got a sturdy body and the muscles on his body are all well trained. His short blond hair and his ice blue eyes and a scar under his right eye, are giving off the feeling of a warrior. But now he is just a bright happy face and is lifting me up again and again.

After a few minutes he had enough and held me in front of a cute boy who probably is my older brother. Most likely he was three or four years old, he had just like mom and dad a big smile after seeing me. Just like my Mother ,he had brown eyes and his hair was the short blond hair of my Father. He patted my had while my father held me in front of him and said something I didn´t understand.

My father then took me and put me into a baby bed, shortly after that I fell asleep.

I am currently 1 year and 3 month old. A year consists of twelve month with every month having 30 days and each day being 24 hours long. I was born in the second month of the year 987 and my name is Alex Peregontia.

My mother Lucy Peregontia is a Water Magic Lesser Mage, and my father Gunther Peregontia a Great Fire Warrior.

Magic and Warrior Ranks start at rank 1. Adept and the highest rank is 10. Magic King of or Sword King of but there is still a third ranking possibility which is also the hardest. Dual training they start with rank 1.Dual Adept and end with 10. Dual Swords and Magic King of .

My brother Dexter had half a month ago his fifth birthday and is currently playing with his friends in the village. But next year my parents are going to send him into the Royal Academy of Perigontia.

Now back to me, because I am more important than my stupid big brother who is running behind every girl in our village. Well if my parents are not listening I always call him "the next harem king" and this is not even wrong at his age of now five he already had two girlfriends.

But hey I forgot again to talk about this awesome me haha. Well like I already said I am currently 1 year old and I secretly read the books in the possession of my family, I already know about magic and swordsmanship and the different elements.

The elements you can use if you have affinity for them are Death, Life, Light, Darkness, Fire, Earth, Wind, Water and Blood. I know of the three ways for training and raising ones rank and already decided for which way I will go. But before that I should go to mom, my curly blond hair is hanging in front of my ice blue eyes and is blocking my eyesight while reading a book about Blood Magic with the title "Blood Magic - Easy Slaughtering Skills".

I stand up from the couch I was sitting on and walk towards the door of the dining room and go then, after leaving the dining room into the garden to see my mother. I still play the dumb and innocent child towards my family, so after I stand in front of my mother, I point at my hair and say [Hair... too long.... can't see] my mother after hearing this puts her hand onto my head and chuckles [ Fine mother will cut you a cute new hairstyle ].

She then walked while taking my hand, away from the garden and into the house. The house is a normal two stories building, my family is not poor but we are not rich either. Otherwise how could I read books which are pretty expensive.

So my mother brought me into my room which is upstairs in the house and then told me to sit down because she needs to get the scissor.

After she then came back and found me still sitting on the chair she smiled at me and began immediately to cut my hair, about five minutes after she began I had a new hairstyle and my mother told me to go to the mirror in her library.

Almost instantaneously I rushed out of the room and went into moms library to go look at me in her big mirror. Well what do I have to say, I always knew I was handsome but this.... well you can say I will become an even greater harem king than my brother haha. My blond hair was now in front of my forehead and did not obstruct my eyesight anymore, my hair was still hanging a bit over my ears but that was cute.

My body was still that of a one year old but I am having the feeling like I am already much older and I do not know why I think so. But about this I can still think at a later time now it is time to rush back to mom and to give her a big kiss on the cheek, mom did a great job so that is her payment. I hope she will be happy if not well..... then I start to sob.

I yesterday had my third birthday and my father and my mother were pretty happy that I was able to write and read. My mother told me that my brother was able to read at age of 5 and one month before he was send to the Royal Academy of Perigontia learned how to write.

I am still having the same hair cut like when I was one but I already finished reading every book about two month ago and I am currently increasing my mana capacity with mediation. I don't know which elemental affinity I have, but I think that a grater mana pool is better before I enter the Royal Academy at age of six. For the mediation I need to sit and then start concentrating and then I have to feel the mana in the air and need to pull it into my manacore.

Everybody no matter if human or beast is having a manacore and this manacore evolves with training. But Mages and Warriors are having two different manacores, and this is the only reason why Dual training is considered the as the hardest. Breaking through a bottleneck go advance to ne next rank alone is rather hard but doing this with both manacores is extremly uncommon because after you break through it gets harder to break through this bottlneck with the other core.

Still I have chosen to get a Dual Swords and Magic King and then maybe kill the Emperor James Andrew Gideas II, why you ask? Easy because I feel like it.I think I will tell my parents tomorrow that I have already read every book we got and that I want that father starts training me.

To clear things about my name I am telling you something, you may already found out that the Royal Academy of Perigontia is having almost the same name as me Alex Peregontia. That is because we are in the in the country Perigontia and my family is a branch family of the Perigontia family which is actually having the power to reign this country. That is also a point about how my family is able to have a house and books without working that much.

If my family knows that I am a genius maybe they permit me to go to the Academy of Magic and Swordsmanship of Gideas which is the best Academy on this continent named Gideas, because the first Emperor Gideon Andrew Gideas ordered the construction of the best Academy in his Empire.

Since this time 2000 years have passed but before the first Emperor disappeared he divided his Empire in seven countries and let around his Palace in the middle of the country be an eight country from which his successor would control the continent with the help of the new royal family's of these seven countries.

Hey I am sorry if I may rush the childhood but I want to get him to school xD I dont know why but I think I am going to have fun writing that arc. I am actually trying to explain as much as possible but well i think i am a bit inexperienced.
