I arrive at the cave again

The way back only took about half the time

Well, I knew the exact path to go as I´ve been marking trees diligently

And I was in a hurry to escape the cold too

Anyways I feel much better now after finally ridding myself of this hunger

Though my condition is still far from perfect

On that note, how´s my fever?

“Current body temperature: 37.6 degrees Celsius” appraisal informs me

It got better?

Eeeeh~

I thought my fever would definitely worsen after not resting and wandering around

Are those fruits really that amazing?

Honestly I can´t explain it otherwise

I´ll continue relying on the Groosha tree for the future then

I wish I could´ve brought some fruits back, but spending any more time outside is a bad idea

I enter the cave and feel a warm breeze on my body

Amazing how the temperature changes immediately

I spread out three big leaves I picked up on the way back

I´ve never seen any of such ginormous size before

I can easily fit my whole body on them

And that is, actually, the whole idea behind it

Although the interior of this cave is surprisingly comforting, I don´t want to sleep on rocks

This though should suffice as my bedding… for now

I lie down and immediately start feeling tired

It wouldn´t be so bad to let my body rest right now, but I still have some thinking to do

Let´s get it over with:

One of my main troubles is that I don´t know where I am

So much crazy stuff happened I can´t really evaluate my situation normally

Take my body change or receiving this appraisal skill for example

For all I know this all could just be a dream

Or maybe some mad profs are testing their newly invented VR system after kidnapping me

Or maybe I became the protagonist of a novel with a way too long name… (Author note: sorry)

Or what if I had an accident on my way to the subway and am just hallucinating?

“Maybe I'm really just hallucinating…” I´m honestly starting to believe that

Ahhh, Hell if I know!

For now I will treat this situation as real, I don´t have the leeway to care anymore!

So let´s move onto the next point on my list: Surviving this mess

Firstly, I need food and water

For now I luckily have enough of both with these “bucket plants” and the groosha tree

And yes, despite the fact that I only ate fruits I feel as if I have eaten a full course menu

Although maybe this will change after my stomach digests a little

I don´t have a clue for how long these fruits will keep me full

Well, either way, I don't know how long I can rely on the water-supply as the plants could just dry out next thing I know

This may seem a little extreme but I want to be prepared when worst comes to worst

I should´ve “appraised” the plant itself not only the water inside of it…

But other than water, once the fruits on the tree are all ate up I´ll need to search for another food supply

As I´ve found the fruit tree there probably are other foods I can find

It would be really nice if I were to discover a river or something

Water wouldn´t be a problem then

And I already miss fish…

For now it may seem like wishful thinking but everywhere where´s live is also water

So maybe I do have a chance…

Then again, I perhaps can try out hunting to get my hands on some meat

I actually saw some claw-marks on the trees I passed by which sent chills down my spine

They weren´t that large so it probably wasn´t a bear or something of that caliber, but I still have to be careful

To be honest I could easily turn out to be the prey with no equipment and all

During my outing I also noticed how abnormally weak this body is compared to my… well, previous one

I had barely enough strength to throw a measly stone

Although I am weakened with my fever, I´m pretty sure that my overall physical condition is not the greatest

If the animal which left the claw-marks runs into me and locks me as prey I´m gonna have a real bad time for sure

I have to find some countermeasures as soon as possible.

The third issue would be the cold weather, but thank god I found this cave…

I cuddle up into a ball as the warm atmosphere surrounds me

The only drawback is that I would probably be cornered if something were to enter the cave while I´m inside

I can´t really do much about it at this point though

Maybe set up some traps?

No, I´m just missing the strength to do so

And even so, what traps do I even know of? Digging a hole is too difficult and neither do I have materials for making other kinds of traps

Maaan…

The more I think the more hopeless it seems to become

I probably should just sleep for now and recover…

I slowly start feeling drowsy and before long drift off into dreamworld.
