Lullaby was somehow standing up with on one leg with no arms. My flames finally burned through his leg. It couldn't support its own weight and broke with a cracking sound.

I watched as the flame-ridden boss fell down. It screamed as its face hit the floor. Dylan tumbled out, laughing.

"BEST THRILL RIDE EVER!" He screamed, spread-eagled on the ground. I walked up to the fallen boss. It was down but not out.

I raised my katana and activated my finisher. Sword of the lightning flame dragon fell. It cut one meter into the 'neck' of Lullaby but didn't go any further. I raised and swung the katana again and again until finally, the head broke off the body. The red eyes dimmed and finally faded away.

*Ding* Congratulations on beating the boss! You have reached reached level 29! Please assign stat points! Stat points available: 40

"Please assign my normal ratio." That would be the best for me. He looked at the siblings and found that they were standing strong and not breathing heavily; they had leveled up as well. They were also level 29. Suddenly the boss made a creaking sound akin to a tree falling and I turn around, ready to fight. Instead of a boss ready to fight, the boss in question broke apart, revealing the drops.

My eyes widened in delight. More money! I sheathed my sword and walked up to the pile. This drop clearly expected a a full adventurer expedition to defeat it. There was enough money for 24 people.

Usually, one party is comprised of six people. If two parties join together, it is called an scouting expedition. This type of composition is, as its name suggests, used for scouting and generally full of the lower levels of the expedition. If four, proper party making 24 people join together to conquer a dungeon, it is called a full adventurer expedition. These were normally only created by guilds to fight particularly difficult bosses. Hence, the ridiculous amount of drops.

I scanned the drops and decided to spread it equally until-

"You guys can have my share." Dylan shouted, still lying on the ground. "Fine"

There were three skills books, three good coins and one weapon. I examined the skills books first.

Vine whip: A whip made out of a vine is created, allowing you to wield it for ten seconds or it is broken.

Wither: You draw the life force from plants, healing yourself in the process. Type of plant absorbed

increases effects.

Entangle: Tree roots coil around your opponent, immobilizing them for one second.

I made a quick decision. ""Mitsuki, you're getting the entangle spell. Yu, you're getting the vine whip and I'll have the last skill."

"Why do I get the whip?" Yu incredulously cried. "Well when you summon your cannon you have an arm free. Mitsuki doesn't. Thus you can wield it. Also, Mitauki's bow needs to have good accuracy. It is better if her opponent is immobilized. You don't have to worry about accuracy; you just point and shoot. She has to." I reasoned. He seemed convinced and dropped the subject. I looked at the weapon drop. It was a book? "Why is a book a weapon?

"Anyone want this?" I held the black book up. All three shook their heads. 'Mine to keep.'

'Hello there young man.' A female voice resounded. I looked around; Mitsuki was too busy trapping her brother. It obviously wasn't her.

The hell? Are there voices in my head?

'Congratulations on contracting me!'

'Mist be going crazy. I will put this in my inventory and study this later.' The voice suddenly became panicky.

'NONONO I AMALEGENDARYGRIMOIREDON'T PUTMEAWA-'

The voice shut up as soon as I put the book into my inventory. 'Oh well. I'll examine it later.'

I stood up. "Oi! Yu! Mitsuki! Time to start your lessons." I beckoned to them. "I will show you what to do but then I will have to go." I pulled out two bandit swords.

"Catch!"

I threw the swords at them and they caught them. They gripped the hilt and tried to imitate my stance. I chuckled. They were obviously amateurs; their stances were clumsy and they were off balance. They gripped the hilts with too much force and Yu had his sword held too high, whilst Mitsuki held it too low.

I approached them and true to improve their stance. "Hold you sword, not too tightly, in two hands." They improved their grip. 'They're faster to improve than I thought.'

"Yu, lower your sword. Mitsuki, hold it higher. That's better. Now. Stand shoulder apart, with your right foot further than the left.. No no. No that far... That's great. Swing the sword once."

They swung it. Their posture was good and their swinging action was also good; No wobbling when the sword swung down.

"Alright. Now. I want you to swing it 100 times, without stopping. Make sure you take your time for each and every swing to be perfect. Then, run around a bit. Build up your stamina."

They nodded. 'Good.'

"I will sleep for a bit bit before we go to Magnolia."

I logged off.

The next time we set off, we would be heading straight to Magnolia.
