{Mage class obtained.}
[Mana control (passive)] skill has been obtained.
{Swordsman class obtained.}
[Unstoppable slash(Active)] skill has been obtained.
The two friends jumped out of bed at once. When their eyes met, they looked at each other.
“Dude, I got a new class.”
"Me too"
“What class did you get?” said Arden.
“[Swordsman] also has skill. and you?"
“[Mage] " They both forgot their tired bodies and started talking excitedly.Matt was too excited to wait for tomorrow. The two had gone down to the back courtyard of the inn and began testing their skills.
Matt came to the middle of the courtyard. And he was left with a sword in his hand. A wind sweep to dust on the ground.
“Dude, do you know how to use ability?” said Matt.
"I have no idea."
The two just stood there in the courtyard. Arden spoke last.
“Try thinking about the skill while swinging the sword, maybe it will work.”
Matt decided to try what Arden said. He raised the sword up and swung it down, thinking of the skill. As the sword moved towards the blade, a hard-to-see blue light appeared behind it.
“That was awesome”
“It felt great,” Matt said quite excitedly.
“Try again,” Arden said.
Matt again raised the sword and waved it the same way. But nothing happened.
"What happened?" said Arden.
“I don't know, but I felt it took a while to use it again”
“What does your skill do?”
“Arden tried to create a vortex in his body. He realized that when he reached for the mana around him, it was much easier to control. The vortex remained stable. He had finally succeeded. The vortex was not breaking up.
"Dude, the Vortex isn't breaking up." he said, turning to Matt.

The duo continued to work on the skills they had gained in the darkness of the night. They continued to work in the courtyard for an hour and then decided to sleep.
-----
“Are you coming today? Arden,” said Ava.
They were out of class and talking about what to do.
"I didn't go yesterday, I need to see the state of the inn, hang out without me today"
Arden left Matt and the others behind and started walking towards the great gates of Petra. Soon he was walking on the path behind the walls. Outside the walls it was quite different. When the sounds of the city disappeared, the sound of birds and insects could be heard. While walking peacefully on the road, he was studying what he learned in today's lesson. He had learned elemental control and began to move a few pieces of earth that he was holding in his hand.
Time flew by as he dealt with land control and it came to the construction of the inn. Workers were working on the construction of the roof. Mr. Alex was following the progress of his construction.
“Mr. Alex, that's incredible,”
The construction had been going on for 1 week. But the rough construction was almost over.
"Haha, I told you, didn't I?" said Mr Alex, puffing up his chest.
Arden had learned the reason why the construction progressed so fast, of course, in the course of time. Employees were sometimes able to lift weights that were impossible for a human to lift. He had once seen a worker throw 10 nails into the air. The nails were set at regular intervals, and they were all sunk into the wood with a single thrust.
“How is the construction going? MR Alex”
“Our roofing works will be finished today, then we have to finish the works such as the assembly of the doors and windows, and we can finish them in a few days.”

Alex realized that he had forgotten something.
“Oh, as we will get your help on the construction of the bath, your guidance awaits the construction.”
“Can we tour the building? ”
"Sure, come first"
Alex and Arden entered the doorless building. The lobby of the inn was full of materials as construction was still going on.
Arden looked around. The lobby was quite large. There was a bar counter just opposite the entrance door. To the right and left of the lobby were the stairs leading to the upper floor. They came up to the stairs, looking around. As they climbed the stairs to the second floor, Arden looked out through the doorless opening to the right of the stairs. These were terraces that were added later. When he came out of the door, there was a magnificent view of the lake in front of him.
“Wouldn't it be great to have a cup of tea against the view, Mr.Alex?” said arden
“Hahah, I'll stop by for a drink when the inn opens, Mr. Arden.”
“I'm always welcome” he smiled and said.
After watching the scenery a little more, they entered the building again and began to examine the rooms of the inn. Although the rooms were not very large, they were rooms where 2 people could stay comfortably.
After touring the entire inn, Arden and Alex went out.
“Mr.Alex, any news from the Higgs? Are the items ready?"
“We spoke in the morning. Everything is ready except a few things. He said they could bring the items as soon as the construction was finished.”
“Then we are very close to the opening, I am coming tomorrow for the construction of the bath, you can go back to your work MR alex.”
After Arden made sure he had enough information about the state of the construction, he began to tour the Site. The inn took up a quarter of the land he bought. He was planning to build a garden after the construction was finished. He was planning to build a garden after the construction was finished. But the weather was already starting to cool down in petra, and winter wasn't far away. Garden construction could have been delayed until after winter.
Arden took a deep breath and looked at the area he would call home from now on, and smiled.

The Rowan Fox, Tail 1: The Missing Children
Deep in the Maple Woods sits a mountain of old. Humans have claimed it and today a city called Redlog covers it from peak to foot. Meet Josei, one of many medicine makers living in the city of red roofs. Hers is the start of many tales, home to a very special fox. Like foxes often do, this one finds himself plenty of trouble. (Thought I would be gone forever did you? I'm back again! This time with a book that actually has an ending. I know because I've written it. I will be editing each chapter then releasing it here as they're done, probably once or twice a week. It's a shorter tale than what I've written before but that was the goal from the start. I really need to learn how to finish a story so this was a big accomplishment for me. I'll be writing The Rowan Fox in several parts instead, short but hopefully sweet.) (This story is a combination of some of my favorite things: folktales, foxes, ancient forests, and feel good slice of life. I hope you like it!)

Tales from the Triverse
Tales from the Triverse is part detective drama, part fantasy adventure and part space opera. I’m influenced by the likes of Iain M Banks, Isaac Asimov and ND Stevenson and work including The Wire and Gotham Central. It begins with an incident two hundred years ago which crashed three parallel universes together. Portals open up in 18th century London, sending England down a very different path. We pick up events in the 1970s, with the Metropolitan Police having established a new department to handle portal-related criminal activity. The story is about intolerance, immigration, multiculturalism and power. It’s about what happens when incompatible viewpoints are weaponised to seed discontent, and the efforts of some to create a fairer world. In the tradition of the best science fiction, fantasy and crime fiction, I’m using the setting to examine themes that matter to me in the real world. Who is it for?If you like science fiction or fantasy, or a mix of both, this is for you. It’s my first foray into crime fiction, but I hope if you’re a fan that you’ll enjoy yourself - especially if you’re looking for something a bit different. I write fiction that is optimistic, progressive and empathetic. Bad things can happen to good people in the stories, but the overall arc tends to be hopeful. Note that if it were a movie, Tales from the Triverse would be a 15 certificate in the UK.
