《Dungeon of Apples? (Completed)》Chapter 2. Dungeon Creation

That was a good nap... How long was I out for?
Innver: "Only a week. You gathered up quite a lot of power... Enough to get an entrance and 3 rooms. Basic starting dungeon things."
Oh good... Basic stuff. Shall we get going then Innver?
Innver: "Yeah. I have a feeling that adventurers will come here. Especcially to see what was gathering up power."
Oh... What should I do to make an entrance and rooms?
Innver: "Focus. Just imagine making a staircase down and 3 rooms."
That easy? Focus...... Something is happening...
Innver: "You made the entrance and 1 room. Good. Now make the other two rooms."
Ok... Focus.... Focus... Something happened again... New rooms... What should I do now Innver?
Innver: "Summon new Apple Mobs. Adventurers should come soon."
Ok. Summoning apples is easy...... Hmm? I summoned about 15 apples. 5 in each room I guess.
Innver: "Now for a boss mob."
Boss mob?
Innver: "Remember that first apple you summoned? Gather some more power into it. Focus on it."
Ok. Focus... Gather...... Done? I guess? I felt power go into it.
Innver: "Good. Now watch the apple change."
Ooh... The apple is turning bigger and... Changing? What is it doing... It's growing twigs from 4 spots.
Innver: "It's making itself mobile and bigger. It's easier to move and attack that way."
Oh ok. It seems I get what mobs and boss mobs are now. Anything else I should know?
Innver: "Not yet. You don't have the power to get traps yet. And we shouldn't either. The more lethal a dungeon is the more people gather and the more chances of being killed. Also... Have you looked at your body?"
No... What does it look like?
Innver: "I can't see what you can't. I can see what you can see only... We can't look at the body we have yet. Some dungeons have really cool cores. I can't wait to see what ours looks like."

Innver... I can feel something walking on the staircase.
Innver: "ADVENTURERS! YES! SO SOON! MORE POWER! YEEEEES!"
What? Why are you acting like this?
Innver: "When a dungeon kills a being inside of it what isn't its mob.. It gets the power aka mana from it. And adventures this soon will think that the apples just fell in here and won't suspect anything. Easy power for us."
Let us see then.
--- One of the Adventurers POV. ---
Hmm... This new dungeon popped up recently. Damn guild sending us to look at a new one. This is really simple... Is that an apple?
Adventurer: "Oi! Is that an apple I see!"
Adventurer's friend: "Yeah. That is an apple... I haven't eaten an apple in so long..."
He picked it u- WHAT THE! IT'S EATING HIM!
Adventurer: "DUDE! LET GO OF THE APPLE!"
Adventurer's friend: "I can't! IT'S EATING ME! IT HURTS! HELP ME!"
I rush towards my friend... Aand I hear screaming behind me... The other 2 from my party stepped on apples and are being eaten too.
Adventurer: "Hit it with your swords! They are just apples! But why apples!"
Adventurer's second friend: "Hitting it with swords doesn't help! It only makes them eat me faster! We don't have any mages with us! Run! Leave us! These apples are mobs! Report it to the guild!"
Oh no... They are... Being eaten... The apples are just eating their arms and legs whole... I gotta run! I can't do anything for them!
I run and run up the staircase while hearing my friends being killed... Why....
Adventurer: "WHY APPLES!!!!"
I see the guild house in the town... Gotta report this... That dungeon is dangerous! It killed 3 C ranks... Out of 4...
Adventurer: "Mayu! Report this to the master immediatly! That new dungeon... It killed 3 of us! I'm the last one surviving! The mob it has is APPLES. And those aren't regular Apples! They are monster apples! They devoured my friends alive!"

Mayu: "ALIVE!? APPLES?! WHAT THE HELL!? Are you joking!? Where are your friends! This is a prank isn't it!"
Adventurer: "It isn't a prank! That dungeon is dangerous! Hitting the apples with your swords makes them eat you faster! It seems like the apples have an infinite abyss inside of them and razor sharp teeth what don't let you go!"
Mayu: "This... What the hell... Apples are that dangerous... Thanks. I'll report this to the guild master of this area... That dungeon is dangerous... How far did you get?"
Adventurer: "We couldn't even get past the first room... We went down the staircase and one of us picked up the apple. It started eating him. Then my other friends stepped on them and then the apples ate them too... What shall we call the Apple mobs?"
Mayu: "Apples. Why should we call them otherwise?"
Adventurer: "Apple plus mob... Apobs?"
Mayu: "We will just call them apples. Well I have to get going... If any C-class or lower adventurers go in they will die..."
--- MC's and Innver's POV ---
AAHAHAHAHA
Innver: "That was hilarious! They got eaten by APPLES! And one of them ran screaming! HAAHAHAHAHAHAH"
I've never laughed this much in this or my last life! HAHAAHAHAH
Innver: "They should be in panic by now! Hahahahahaha! That was priceless... These apples... I like them already."
Yeah... Never mess with nature I guess. What should we do now?
Innver: "Gather more and more power. You start consuming the power from the apples what ate the adventurers. We can make traps when you are finished."
Hahahaha... I wonder what they will call me? I have no name yet.
Innver: "Yeah... The name Innver just came to me for some reason but I don't know what your name can be. We just have to wait till the humans decide on something."
Innver... What happens if a dungeon has a human soul.
Innver: "Well... That has never happened... You are... Oh yeah you are reincarnated. I forgot. You are the first being ever to be reincarnated as a dungeon. I don't know what you will turn out like. Other dungeons just appear out of nowhere and have a hivemind what controls them. And then the inner voice just tells them how to do things until they get it themselves."
Yeah... This is going to be fun isn't it. By the way Innver... I can feel like my body a little. It's like a human body but crawled into a sphere...
Innver: "Weird... A humans body as a core... Maybe it came from your last life? Because you have a human soul... I don't know. Too many mysteries what a new inner voice can't answer. We don't know everything instantly. We just remember it when we really need it."
Oh. Well... I'll get to my mana feast then.
This tastes quite good actually....
But these were only males... I don't know what will happen if a female were to come here. Well... I'll find out what I will do when a female one comes... No reason to think about it now... I'll just eat the mana and rest for now...

The Yes-Mage
Plenty of people have stopped and asked what it'd be like to simply have everything, and Sylvain Henry Camille Johansson was no different. He was a man who had a lot of things going on, with a name that'd make a supervillain blush and a family who'd make even the useless of their rank into someone important. It was a shame, then, that he was slapped with a dreadfully unfortunate condition that kept him from living up to any of those already low expectations. Stuck living a life where magic is everywhere while he's left working with nothing more than a moderate intellect, a little bit of whatever influence he could get from his family, and a lifetime's practice at making himself the ideal subordinate for his bosses' boss, Vane was still beating the odds and slowly working his way up in the world. When the cunning yes-man finally got a chance to really make a name for himself, he leapt at the offer, taking his first real step onto a road he knew he was always meant to walk. His goal? Nothing less than finding out why he and too many other unfortunate souls are barred from the wonderful world of the higher energies, and with any luck, fixing it. Of course, life has a knack for interfering in even the humblest of plans, and Vane's lofty ideals were anything but humble; he was practically a walking bullseye for disaster. The funny thing about catastrophe, though, is that nobody can ever say what form it's going to take. That’s why, when it all went wrong for Vane, he'd gotten everything he'd ever wanted foisted onto him, and Everything else, too. Watch as a man so used to saying 'yes' to everyone above him finds himself stuck with the power to make reality itself say it back.

The Triumphs and Tribulations of Kai Jameson
Kai Jameson is an average everyday young man. He still lives at home with his parents after having just graduated from college. He loves playing video games and his job at the local Buy More is tolerable. Of course that all changes the moment the system arrives and the Earth is connected to the Nexus. Turns out Kai was trapped in time for about eighteen months while the people already here got a headstart on him. He lucks into being rescued by some people from a town called Donnyton and learns that if he wants to survive in this New Earth he'll have to work harder than ever before. The rewards are worth it. This is Kai's story, the moments of his triumphs, and the moments when he feels that things couldn't possibly be worse. Thanks to puddles4263 and his story The Legend of Randidly Ghosthound for the inspiration on the world this is set in. If you have never read that I highly recommend it, and if you have read it and enjoyed that story then I hope you'll enjoy mine as well. This is the first story I'm ever putting out for public consumption so reader beware on that. Any constructive criticism is always appreciated, simply leaving a half star review tells me that you're a moron who doesn't know how to use words. I'm constantly trying to improve my writing and feedback and criticism on what works and what doesn't is the only way to do that at the point I feel I am at. Last, I just marked all the content warnings because you never know where a story will take you and I don't want to exclude anything (though there will never be a harem). I am going to release 1-2 chapters per week on Fridays. Thanks and enjoy.
