Greetings travelers. Can you find all the dank memes and "political" commentary in this short chapter?

I might have to edit this one later..... but I'm not depressed enough to get into the zone for writing this kind of story.

I'll work on it more throughout the week.

Ice. Ice for miles and miles.

Sometimes I think its beautiful, this desolation.

Other times I feel alone.

Like I'm the only thing with substance I can see.

It wasn't always like this.

Once, I was a sentry for my clan.

Everyday I would patrol the feeding areas for predators, then return home to my mate and children.

Happiness, simple and naive.

But that all changed when the Whale clan attacked.

It started with one or two hunters going missing.

Then whole groups.

Finally they started attacking the Drift.

punching holes in us and eating anyone near the holes.

I lost my whole family.

I think thats when we all went crazy, when they started attcking the families.

We fought to the last wing.

I.... I'm all thats left.

But the whales died.

And so I exist in this artic wasteland.

A bird, reduced to a single feed.

Fish.
