《They came by the dozen (Dropped)》Op-Weapon Smith The Beginning

Hey guys I'm back and I'm gonna ask you guys which of this story's version is better.
As I stood there regaining my consciousness from the shock of slipping and falling into a manhole. Let's go back a bit shall we.
My Name is Nino von Sound, I am seventeen years of age, my family have been soldiers and nurses or rather my dad's side have been soldiers since ancient times which can be traced back since the renaissance period, while my mother's side have predominantly specialized in medicine and can be traced back since the asian version of the renaissance period where advances to medicine were happening.
As such because of my heritage I have been taught both medical and martial arts knowledge that have been passed down from generation to generation. Which I was thankful for but at the sametime which I hated as it took away most of my childhood but has been a great benefit for me.
In weapon's training I have always loved using the greatswords and longswords but that doesn't mean I wasn't proficient in using the other weapon categories like polearms, bows, hammers, axes, small arms like daggers and knives and the more exotic weapons like whips, chakrams and modern weapons. I am the fourth oldest in my family but I am the most brutal of us five brothers but at the same time the friendliest.
I wouldn't say I'm a genius in terms of intellectual studies like languages, sports, music, arts, technology and such but I could be counted as experienced considering the harsh teaching habits of my family. I can write and converse in several languages such as English, French, German, Filipino, Gaeilge, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and Latin but compared to the second oldest who can converse like a native in thirty languages and tech language which I am kind of jealous but at the sametime I am better at things than him so it evens out.

I have had a fascination in how weapons were made in ancient times, thankfully because of my family's influence I was taught how to smith weapons and armour but I prefered making weapons the armour smithing just came as a bonus.
Anyways back to the current events and how I think I died. I was walking home from my part-time job at the butler cafe, just because my family is rich doesn't mean we are spoiled we have to work as well because we don't get any allowance or rather anything after we turn sixteen but we are still provided with a lodging that we have to manage and look after.
The lodging I manage is an apartment building that is more like a dorm considering that all the tenants are students, with financial problems or other reasons. I made a rule for the tenants which is actually working out and that rule is "Ask for help when needed but don't think it's okay to be needy." I know it's kind of a weird rule but who cares it's working because we all eat together when we don't have any other plans so yeah.
Okay back to the story as I was jogging back to the lodging I happened to slip on not one but two banana peels and fell into a manhole and that's all I remember wait there was a bright light and were back to the beginning.

Will You Be Alone? After The End? Don't You Know We're All Still Here?
More than a century ago the world was devastated, but that doesn't matter. Nobody cares about the past, stories from that time are as wildly conflicting as they are ridiculous--when any stories exist at all. There are problems in the here and now that need to be dealt with, bringing the past into things isn't going to help anyone. The fact is that young people all over the world are developing mysterious powers, and the public reactions to these powers are far from positive. Fair enough, you might say. Who wants a young man around who can conjure heat from the palm of his hand? How deeply undesirable is a girl who can bend your emotions to her will? What use, I ask you, is a girl whose very essence crackles with lightning? No use at all, I'd say. As for this so-called Mr Fin and his grand ideals, well, all I can say is that his clothing is of better quality than his plans. Vague allusions to a 'sanctuary' and a 'mysterious and powerful statue' are all very well, but when it comes to solid results I fear you may find him somewhat lacking. Mark my words and mark them well, following one such as him will only lead to tears. All in all, I'd say there's not much you could reasonably expect from a world such as this. Conflict, perhaps. Hardship, certainly. Despair, heartache, loss... ...hope? No, don't be ridiculous. Where could one find hope, in this ruin of an existence? Honestly, I am asking. Where?Discord

Saga of the Space Marines
HARVEST! BUILD! DESTROY! Total war until annihilation. This is the story of the end of the human race. If it sounds like fun it’s because it is. The Saga relates the events and personal histories of the men of the 3rd Marine Space Expeditionary Force and their bitter MAXWAR (mutually assured eXtinction war) against the alien Krag Subjugation. Told from the view point of the warfighters on the front lines, the blue collar workers who build and maintain the infrastructure that supports them, and the scientists and engineers who develop the technologies that power their victories on the battlefield. This mission, The Maggot Colony, relates the first part of the adventure, where their capital ship, The Good Shepherd, is critically damaged, and a small force is sent to establish an outpost on the surface of a nearby planet to secure much needed emergency supplies and fuel. The situation is desperate, the fighting is brutal and the technical challenges both in space and on the planet surface seem insurmountable. Fans who enjoy the intellectual challenges and intricate storylines from real-time-strategy games such as Starcraft II or the pure destructive awesomeness of first person shooters such as Doom, Halo and Gears of War are encouraged to check out the Space Marines. It’s not for everyone, but it might be just what you are looking for. Best of luck in choosing your next read, and if you don’t pick the Saga of the Space Marines today please consider us next time because reading great stories is time well spent.
