《Reincarnated As A Crocodile》Chapter 11: Day 5 “Escape Part 2 “ (Re-Edited)

Day 5
The trio were jumping platform after platform. The faun goblin travelled faster than the two dragons. After five minutes of running, they stopped at a set of pillars going across a chasm.
Dracul looked over to Rumi.
"So why aren't we flying, Rumi?" He asked the dragoness. They were just flying a good thirty minutes ago...
The dragoness glowed at him.
"Because you can't fly for very long!" Rumi pointed out. " Your wings look like it was never used before in long term flight... Heck, it looks like they have barely been used in seven days. Not to mention your flying technique is atrocious, and you seem to be malnourish." She said with a smirk.
"Ah..." Dracul replied sheepishly. "I didn't expect any of this stuff to happen so soon! Wait...? I'm malnourish?" Dracul panted as he tried to recall the last he ate...
So faun girl," Dracul say to the girl forgetting about food at the time. Now that he has a good look at her. She looks very pretty by human standards. How does a goblin become a faun?
"What's your name?"
He can't really call her faun girl, now can he?
"I don't have a name." She quickly answered. "All goblins are equal. We're all called 'faun' or 'goblin'."
"Well, I can't call you faun girl all the time, so I will name you now."
His comment makes Rumi and her stop and stare at the elemental crocodile dragon.
"Are... are you sure...?" the tribal goblin girl timidly asked.
"Dracul, don't make jokes like that!"
It was as if he'd simultaneously blown both their minds and made Rumi mad at him. Why is the dragoness so angry all the time?
"It's just a name." Dracul shrug. "Blossom. Your name will be Blossom."
As soon as he said that, a window pop up and voiced the prompt.
[Are you sure? Y/N]
"Yes... yes, it is!" Dracul smirked. "Now let's go. I want to get out of here." What's the big deal?
"What the heck?" Dracul said out loud. The moment he said yes, Dracul began to feel as if something inside him flowing through his body was draining out of it. His head felt dizzy.
"Naming other creatures will provide benefits and consequences to both the one naming and the one receiving. By gaining a Name, the monster becomes a Named Monster and obtains a higher status, becoming much stronger than before, even evolving at times. However, it usually requires mana to do it." Dashi explained suddenly into his mind.
Naming monsters actually requires mana?
Turning around, Dracul sees that Blossom has gotten taller...
She was five feet before. Now she is about two feet taller. Her head grew just a little bit longer too.
"What the heck happened?!" Dracul asked again.
"This... is the same girl, right? I also remember her fur being a lot browner. Now her fur was straight-on black with a lustrous sheen. Her white spots are now purple. And there a bird on her head now?" Dracul thought with slight alarm how fast evolution was. Why was his so painful then?
"Why is her hair purple? Why does she have black skin? When it used to be white..." Then he looked straight at her chest "Also, why the fuck did her bust get bigger?!"
She is still wearing that loincloth and that mid-riff top.
"Ooooo!" The girl speaks with happiness. "I can't believe I got a name! So is this wonderful Rumi!"

"Are you mad!?" Rumi roared at Dracul. Her voice was full of anger and a touch of worry. Dracul looked very confused at the pretty dragoness anger.
"What did I do?"
"Naming someone requires mana particles; most individuals refrain from doing so, as most of the time, the magical energy lost due to naming will stay permanently lost, leading to a permanent decrease in the Namer's total magic capacity. Sometimes, it is even possible to outright die due to excessive loss of internal mana!"
"Oh…?" Dracul articulated, confused not understanding a word of what Rumi just said. "But I'm not dead. So it's all good. I have huge reserves."
"It is good at all! But, you need to start thinking about your actions!" She poked my chest with an angry claw repeatedly. "And also you should realize by now that having high vitality, hard scales and hide, dense bones, and huge stamina reserves do not make you invincible!"
"Rumi..." Dracul started to whine. "Can we please put this behind us? I'm fine..."
Seeing the downright angry glare of the black dragoness tells him this was the wrong thing to say "Ah, I'm sorry, I..." Dracul expressed lamely.
"And stop apologizing!" Rumi cut him off harshly. "You're my partner! Act like a dragon!"
"Then what the hell should I say?!" Dracul thought in frustration.
"Thank... You?" Dracul says hesitantly. " For worrying about me."
The girl just Hmph!
"And don't you dare say anything more! Or else I'll turn you into a lizard food!" Rumi growled.
"Ah..." Dracul smiled awkwardly. "Rumi, I'm sorry for making you worried."
"I can't believe I evolved again." The faun said, taking Rumi's attention off of Dracul onto the faun goblin. "I must be getting stronger."
Both didn't expect a screen to pop in front of them.

Dracul and Rumi can only stare at the evolved faun hobgoblin. Dracul felt a little embarrassed. Her boobs were bigger... Way bigger. It was as if she had grown almost a foot taller and her bust had grown three inches in size.
"Uhmm..."
Where the hell is her painful transformation?! Dracul remembered his painful evolution so why didn't she get one?
Do all Monster evolutions happen that fast?!
"You're... A hobgoblin now," Dracul said out loud. Blossom is very hot... He still doesn't feel an ounce of attraction to her.
Both girls look at him again, but this time with more surprise.
"You have the power of a diving blessing?!" Rumi asked seriously while having her tail around his throat again. "How could not tell me?"
Well, this feels familiar.
"Later, Rumi, we need to leave," Blossom said. "We need to find a way out of here. This place is too dangerous."
"I want answers! The exploding ruins can wait... " Rumi said with a wicked grin.
"Uh-uh, no way!" Blossom said firmly.
"Blossom! He needs to answer my question!" Rumi protested. "Seriously, this guy shouldn't have mana!"

"True, but he does! So now let's go to the jail cell and maybe find our tribe. " Blossman counter-argued.
Her face turns away from them. "Oh, I hope they're alright," The faun girl said, worried. "I can't stand the idea of them being held captive. I really hope they're not being tortured or anything like that."
Rumi let Dracul go and grumbled out a fine.
Smiling at this, Blossom ran and jumped on top of the pillars, making it safely to the other side. Unfortunately, one of the last pillars crumbled away after she jumped off it.
"Did she just run across that thing in under five seconds?" Dracul asked.
"You!" The dragoness snapped, stomping towards him.
Oh, come on! Why is she angry now!?
"Maybe Kuzco was right about me pissing off girls."
"When did you plan on telling me that you have mana!" She poked his chest angrily. But, ah, even when angry, she was cute.
"For what it's worth, I'm sorry?" Dracul apologizes, even though he still doesn't see what's the big big biggy big deal.
Rumi breaths in deep for a moment before saying, "Alright, if this is your only way out then so be it."
"Now…" Rumi's claw closed his arm in a steel grip, "Let us head to the prison cells free them, get out then find a place where you can train."
"What? I'm already strong!" He argued.
"Your fight against the cannon fodder was a disgrace!" Rumi snapped again, a ferocious expression on her face. "Your dragon-style martial arts were horrendous; next time, I expect you to win such a fight without taking any damage!"
"What?! But-" Dracul tried to protest.
"I counted at least ten strikes missed! I counted at least three problems with your fire breath alone! Do you hear me? I'm going to train you until your moves are perfect!"
"But, you're smaller than me..." Dracul whined. "And I... have stamina and magic reserves that no other person has ever had!"
"No buts!" She denied, merciless. "You need to start learning the basic movements as soon as possible! I will not have a partner who does not know how to use his claws! Even more so when you're the boss, as your partner, that means you also represent me!"
"But..."
"I said, no buts!" She insisted, raising her voice and making him wince. The black dragoness looked like she was about ready to burst into flame. "You don't want me to kill you, right?" Rumi asked sweetly.
"No, I do not," Dracul replied apprehensively. "… Fine…" He sighed again and surrendered as he let himself be dragged by the black dragoness.
They were about the glide across; the golem re-appeared from the bottom of the chasm. It detached the pillar that Rumi and Dracul were standing on and shook the dragon duo towards its mouth.
"Oh hell no!" Dracul exclaimed shooting a Poison Flamethrower into its mouth. The toxic flames splashed against the stone golem, burning it away while letting them safely pass through it unharmed.
"ARHSI!" The golem roared violently. But, it seemed to have trouble forming words properly because all it could manage was to form an incoherent, guttural sound.
"It can still move even after getting poisoned?" Dracul asked curiously.
In frustration, the golem smashed the pillar's surface against an opening above the one that Blossom went through, sending them rolling inside the next corridor.
"Geez, why does that thing keep coming after us?" Dracul asked, getting up from the ground. "How many times are you going to chase us?"
The dragon girl got up with him, looking very angry herself. "What if we have something to do with this?!" She pointed to a piece of paper attached to a nearby wall.
Ape boss was fuming. His men had failed to find those stupid dragons, and those three idiots have died. He now had to report to Kong, leader of all the Apes and one of the sector bosses of the Dark Armies.
"Oh man, the boss isn't going to like this," Ape boss groaned as he wandered through the hideout. Soon, he reached Kong's main chamber, which sat far away from the exploding Catacomb stronghold. The Sector boss was waiting for him.
Kong was massive and intimidating, with his face covered in warts and scars and one eye replaced by a green jewel. Both that and the real eye was glinting in a demented manner. He wore dark purple armour, and a horned helmet and carried a pair of scimitar swords on his back. In his hand, Kong held a long Elemental War hammer.
"Well, Ape boss, did you capture any more dragons?" Gaul growled.
"No, sir, well we did, but..." Tukekar said.
"You did? Great," Kong looks happy. " Then WHY IS MY STRONGHOLD EXPLODING?!" Kong growled angrily. "So you tell me that you captured two strong dragons, but you failed to hold them in place?! Not only that! They are most likely going to the prison to free the Dino's and other non-named dragons!"
"Sir, my men are searching everywhere. They won't rest until they're found. But are having trouble finding them. The Beast is going mad, sir!"
Kong thought for a moment, stroking his beard. "No doubt, the two dragons will most likely put down the Beast and free the prisoners, so they will also be taking The city with them! So put out a bounty on both of them; the highest possible reward for their capture."
"Yes, sir!" Ape boss said, saluting.
"And make sure the people are willing to comply. Tell them that failure to report sightings will be severely punished."
"Yes, sir!" Ape boss said, with a smile that revealed yellowed, broken teeth. "Should I still my men to kill the prisoners?"
"Yes. I don't expect much, but they should do it. Plus, I was going to kill them for their failure anyway."
"Yes, sir!" Ape boss hurried off to give out Kong's orders. Just then, another figure approached Kong; a large, lithe black dragoness with black eyes, a white underbelly and wing membranes, three white ram horns on either side of her head, and bracers on her neck and wrists. In addition, there were blades on the end of her tail and the carpals of her large wings, and tattoos on her forehead, back, and shoulders.
"Kong, the energy crystals are ready for use. Shall I begin extracting the prisoners' powers?" Her voice was smooth, almost seductive, and oozing with menace.
"Of course, my mistress. We'll need to act quickly. You know our master doesn't like to wait. " Kong said.
"Don't worry, Kong; Like those two have any chance of stopping our master," hissed Cynder, the Terror of the Skies. The dragoness began absorbing the powers of all the Dino's and Dragons she had killed in the past days; one by one, the beasts turned into more powerful creatures or were absorbed completely until the whole room became a chaotic mess of magic and blood.

Yet, what left her in shock was the fact that Ewan said one thing: "Oh, no thanks, I'm pretty happy with being dead." ~~~ I must point out, there will be some 18+ stuff going on in this! So, if you don't like swearing, intercourse or anything related to such nature... Well, this book isn't for you. :$~~~ Okay, after seeing my most recent poll XD... if you also have issues which the concept of incest, please stay away! ~~~ I'll mostly use this book to try and improve my writing(albeit weirdly) and try and experiment with a few ideas and plot points. If chapter releases seem to be far apart that either means I'm busy with something or I'm trying to work on a chapter without the points seeming too rubbish.
