《Primal Cosmic Sage: A Marvel Fanfic》Chapter 12: Fulfilling Dreams.

Location: Khemi province, Stygia.
Time: 9 am, local time.
Ramun woke up feeling refreshed and spry, it was as if a heavy load had been lifted off his chest without his knowing.
He heard the sound of chirping birds once again.
Getting up from the bed he had fallen unconscious on, he walked out of the doorless entrance to the dwelling.
Stepping out of what he would call a hut, now that he was looking at in full, he breathed in the fresh forest air.
Ramun had unknowingly spent his first day and night in this new world.
He thanked his lucky stars that he was still alive, what with the timed bomb that had been in his head.
Once again taking great gulps of fresh air, Ramun noticed how different he felt, he noticed that he could hear the various forest sounds around him with great clarity.
And this could not only be attributed to how fresh everything was compared to his previous world, or how young his new body was.
No, surprisingly he felt better than ever, in fact his predecessor had never felt this good and rejuvenated, even with all the tonics that he had taken due to his bad habits.
Checking out his body, and doing full-body stretches while looking around warily he thought back to all the new information he had gotten since he awoke in this world.
Firstly, this world was a very dangerous one, no matter the era that passed in it, there was always a world-wide cataclysmic event occurring.
Secondly, his soul felt different, he didn't know what the system had done, but he was making no assumptions.
Although he didn't feel different, the eruption earlier was no coincidence.
The eruption of the boundless soul force from before, was the residual energy from the forceful refinement the system had made on his soul.
None of that energy still existed obviously, it had all been expended on that little mental trip around the world.
All he was left with was a unique soul, and a mind full of memories that were still vividly clear at the moment, but will rapidly fade over time, leaving him irrevocably changed.
Gone, or almost gone was the [otaku] in him which was replaced with a calm and mostly coolly collected individual, sometimes.
Alright, alright he hadn't really changed but he no longer looked at the world through otaku-tinted glasses. What he had seen and experienced had fundamentally changed him.
Thirdly, although the system had done all these with good intentions, his existence was ultimately different, he couldn't be sure if it had left any irreparable damages on his psyche, or if he could even fully utilize his unique soul.
Which was probably why it had left the meditation techniques in the inventory. As for the other manuals, well any world, in reality, is an inherently dangerous place, even a world filled with fluffy bunny rabbits has its dangers, talk less of any human world.
Fourthly, he didn't know what the fuck he was gonna do with those realm stones and fiend essences, but he had to think of something and fast too.

Fifthly, there was no way in hell his existence hadn't stood out like a light bulb to those abstract entities, cosmic beings, and immortal entities that lived in this lovely little corner of the Omniverse.
The only saving grace, was that the former owner of the body still had its aura barely shielding him from any form of scrying.
He had to fix that quickly, and seeing the items in his inventory it seems the system already had that planned out.
Thinking on all the thoughtful planning the system had made on his behalf, he briefly stopped and thought angrily of all the ways to fuck over Perpetua, but then thought it pointless, as he was still a weak little chicken, no, that's a lie, he was more like an amoeba, and that had to be remedied, also quickly.
Sixthly, the body he had transmigrated to while good, the country he lived in wasn't anything to be happy about, that also had to be fixed, quietly, of course, don't want to be sacrificed to any Gods or anything.
On the upside.....hmmnnnn
Damn it!
There were no fucking upsides.
He had transmigrated into an era where humans thought with their dicks/cunts as well as fists instead of their heads and hearts, and that sucked major ass.
Seriously thinking about it for a moment, he had to make a serious game plan if he ever wanted to even survive his second day in this world.
The last thing he remembered from his memories, was finishing within the cunt of that deliciously voluptuous temptress.
Recalling fondly of that moment when he emptied his load satisfyingly in her, only to shudder in fright when he remembered his death almost soon after.
That temptress! she had literally sucked him dry.
Looking around once again warily at his surroundings he knew from that power trip earlier that he was in the woods just outside the city.
Ramun had lived a sheltered life, never really leaving the city of Khemi, not that he would even if he could, his father, Khotan, would have whooped his ass if he ever left the city walls.
Ramun shivered, clutching his ass, while recalling the pain that had come with the sessions of ass-whooping anytime he was caught doing something wrong.
This was the first he had ever being out of the city, All his predecessor's time had been spent on the next juvenile activity he could be part of, in his free time, which was basically all the time.
The scrolls his father kept as a merchant contained various information about the world both natural and supernatural.
To run a somewhat profitable business his father needed them, but him not so much, as he had never actually bothered to be interested in his father's business, and as he was last born he couldn't actually inherit it.
"But before all that, yo system".
[Yes, host...]
"Is there anything else you might have forgotten to tell me. Please make a list of functions I mean, and this time keep it short."

[Acknowleged host....]
Ramun's System
System Level: 1
System Points: 1000 sp
System Functions: [Status Page], [Storage], [Map], [Radar], [Map Search], [Memo Pad], [Shop], [Augmented Reality], [Subroutine function], [Energy Manipulation], [Gene manipulation], [Force manipulation], [Matter manipulation], [Data analysis], [Scan and Copy], [Soul bound artifact], [Transcendent artifact].
[Host be advised, you will only be able to use the first three functions, unless the system is upgraded...]
[With each upgrade, a variety of functions are unlocked randomly...... ]
[The system is not like others that can bend reality at its or your whim.....]
[it requires energy and subsequent rules and laws of different realities to function effectively sometimes..]
[System has its own laws which it runs on, so there is actually no need to be worried about anything at the moment]
[All that is required for systems upgrade to upgrade to level 2, are Type II energy sources, and stored in the inventory are Type V energy sources.]
Type II??
[correct.. ]
[Those are sources of energy that a planet can use and store efficiently.]
"What about the Type V and the other types?"
[Type I: blood, spirit energy, chi, lifeforce..]
[Type II: elemental qi, energy radiation e.g. nuclear bombs...]
[Type III: Cosmic qi e.g. [Solar and lunar radiation, neutron stars, dwarf stars), Dimensional qi... ]
[Type IV: Fate energy, Reincarnation energy, curse qi, Samsara energy....]
[Type V: World origin qi, Universe origin qi, multiverse origin qi....]
And I am carrying one of those, like its fucking candy" Ramun asked in a squeaky tiny voice, cold sweat running down his back.
The insane thought of actually withdrawing one them took over his mind briefly before common sense won over.
But he thought to ask anyway.
Erm, system, is it safe to take a look at it, the realm stone I mean?
[Yes, host]
With a flash, an unassuming grey stone the size of an adult fist appeared in front of Ramun, dropping into his hand, he looked at the stone warily.
So, what you mean to tell me is that this little thing in my hands can power a whole fucking multiverse.
[No host what you have in your, can at most power a galaxy}
Sweet! Not at all bothered by what it was saying.
It's not gonna blow up or anything is it," he asked nervously, holding the grey stone gingerly.
[No host, its powers have been locked away by System Prima....]
"Uhuh, "Ramun looked at the stone thoughtfully, a wild thought brewing in his mind.
He looked up at the sky, his eyes looking as if it could pierce through them and see all the powerful cosmic beings staring right at him.
His head returning to its normal position, he asked the system;
"So you can literally do anything, as long as you've got the juice right," Ramun asked mentally, playfully tossing the rock up and down, as if it was not an object that was way more powerful than a nuclear warhead.
[Yes host...]
Returning the stone back to his inventory subconsciously;
"Anything huh," he asked the system absentmindedly the wild thought now a raging inferno.
So if I ask you, to scan and copy every living thing in this world that makes them different from me, can you do that?
[Yes host ]
And if I ask you to, combine your findings with every technique you have on illusions, body modifications, genetics, hypnotism, and energy manipulation, and meditation scripture in your database, that couldn't work in our world for some reason but could possibly work in this one, can you do that?
[Yes host]
Ramun trembled with almost orgasmic excitement.
And if I ask you to create a one of a kind technique that would possibly topple the power dynamics of this whole shitty universe, that I have fortunately found myself in, can you do that?
[Yes host]
And finally, if I ask you to make it so that it can't only be used in this world, it can be used in any world I ever find myself in, CAN YOU DO THAT?
Ramun waited tensely, hopeful that this fucking shitty experience will not turn more shitty, cause lets face it, he was like an ant facing a boot, as the boot falls down it stares stupidly while asking why the sky was getting nearer, only to get squashed.
Anyways that's if ants could actually think.
Assuming that all he had were what was in his inventory, he would have had to live centuries in hiding on one planet that was chuck full with gods and demons, that was assuming he lived that long.
He wasn't gonna pin his hope on some fucking plot armor or none that shit, cause he knew even if he got the technique, actually successfully completing it is another case entirely.
Reason being that this shit world, had fucking [Law embodiments] can you believe it?
Actual fucking [World laws] living and breathing, somewhat, Incarnations of fucking dimensions and universes with no actual restraints, yup the system better give him a positive answer or he is just gonna smash his head in right now with one of those grey rock thingies.
He had died abysmally in one world, no way in hell was he gonna croak like some bitch in another.
He remembered his ambition he couldn't fulfill in his former world, carrying his regrets even in death.
Now, this was a whole new world and nobody or being is gonna stand in the way of him living his dream.
[Yes host]
Fuck yeah!!
Ramun jumped up shouting happily, pumping his fists up in the air only to startle the birds that had been happily chirping, falling down he absentmindedly watched as they flapped their wings and flew away in fright.
Calming down he told the system, "Alright let's get right to it", but first let me get something to eat, I'm starving.

[IMPORTANT] I'm currently placing this novel on an indefinite hiatus. I want to get back to it, but I just don't really have the time. Also, if I do ever get back to writing this, I'll be rewriting the entire story with better planning and plot. You can read what's published if you want. Just know it stops at a pretty awkward place :/ *** What could you do if you found out you could time travel—no catches and no drawbacks?Go back in time to fix a mistake? Pass the night in a second? Run through the finish line as fast as a car?Damien had the ability to do all this and more, but before he could even learn to control this power, he was introduced to the second temporal dimension. Thrown through several worlds of the multiverse, he finds that in reality, anybody could manipulate time. This is the story of a boy from a world where time travel is only a fantasy, the travels of an adventurer who visited thousands of worlds, and the growth of the first being who obtained control of all time.

To save the Empire from another tiresome civil war, Sir Brand, the Duke of Orston, Dragon Slayer, all round hero and terrible poet, travels to the far away city of Sealmu Alu in an attempt to find his father, the infamous Butcher of Bergraz and persuade him to return home from his self imposed exile and take the throne. Matthias is a struggling writer finally able to move into his first solo apartment. He's thrilled to have a place free of roommates and siblings, even though the building is decrepit and is inhabited by an odd assortment of people including an intrusive neighbor, a little girl who wanders freely, and an overweight orange cat named Cheese. As Matthias settles in things begin getting stranger. Something vile is growing in the dark and it's coming from somewhere on the second floor... where Matthias happens to live.Author's note: this is me trying to get back to my roots: a character driven novella with horror elements. The story of people struggling against an inscrutable enemy, as well as the day to day trials of being poor in America. I have no idea how often I'll update or even exactly how this will all go down because y'girl is a panster. So strap in because this is the first draft and you all get to see it being born!Feel free to comment whatever comes to mind, and helpful critiques are always welcome.
