《Your Mundane Transmigration Into Another World》Chapter 17 Imagined Kingdom - Imagine

"She is warm." A girl dressed in black with white hair flowing down her shoulders pulled her hand back, startled by the temperature difference, her body was much colder than the person that lay on the ground.

"Who are you anyway?" She asked even though no one else was present aside from the unconscious person.

"What do you mean?" A voice came out of a necklace hanging around her neck.

"I know dungeons have their personalities, but they are closer to animals with little capacity for thinking. You are different." Irwen stretched her hand again to adjust the body into a more comfortable position.

"I was not born a dungeon, I have become one." Toby answered.

"Ah, how?" She was more curious than Toby liked.

"I would rather not talk about it." He could not reveal that he had been a part of Gloin for a time.

"Ah.. " She nodded like she understood his situation."It is fine, do you have bad memories from before? I do. It feels unreal, everything in the past."

"You can say I have. There are some things I would like to forget."

"Let's forget together, I mean the bad things." Her smile widened and surprised Toby, as he had thought that her undead origin would kill her emotions.

"Tell me, what do dungeons enjoy? Do you have a need to summon your creatures, or do you enjoy something else?" She asked him playfully.

"I would like to build something that lasts and that looks great, but what am I supposed to build as an undead dungeon?"

"Can you build anything you like out of stone?"

"Sure."

"Then dispair not, I have so many ideas!" She laughed and started presenting ideas to Toby, who eagerly listened.

"My head!" Sivian stood up while holding her forehead. To her dismay it was not a nightmare, but a good sign was that she was still alive:

"Irwen!" She called out but no one seemed to be around, after looking around for a while, she found out footprints on the ground and saw a new tunnel that had not been there the last time she saw the cave. The footprints in dust led into the newly carved out tunnel.

"Just great." She walked forward into the tunnel that sloped downwards and went on and on. When it finally changed its shape, it turned into stairs that descended in a spiral. Sivian would have been walking blind here long ago, if not for bright stones that were positioned in weird shapes at the ceiling. She continued to descend the stairs until her feet hurt, the stairs were not uniform at all, widening and shortening in irregular manner, the walls engraved with something resembling a story. At first the depictions were crude and ugly, but the quality improved as she went further down. At the very end, the tunnel suddenly opened up revealing a cave of immense proportions with something resembling a pyramid in the middle. There was a thin stream of water falling down at the top of the pyramid and cascading down, as there were layers of pools on the pyramid's surface that created the biggest and weirdest baths she had ever seen, the individual pools decorated with murals, statues and fountains of all kinds and often there were decorations and protrusions that served no apparent purpose other than being weird.

"It is said that at the beginning our forests were just an unfertile desert-like plain until Aisus fell in lowe with Niskai, the water spirit and they made everything overflow with water, giving birth to abundance of vegetation and life." Irwen was sitting at a stone ledge with her feet hitting the surface of a pool that was fed with water from above, where other pools were, with the topmost being hit with a stream that fell down from the cave's ceiling. Toby and her had found a spring underground and were in the process of transforming it into something spectacular.

"It is funny that an undead is telling these kinds of myths." Toby laughed while making a stone statue that looked like an elf. "Hey, I will make him horns, does he have horns?"

"The folk tales are quite liberal in his appearance, the only specific feature is his big dick really."

"Ok, on it. Still, I thought elves . . ." Toby stopped talking, as he had just made the statue's feature too big and it simply broke off.

"It is natural for original pagan cultures to focus on such features. . . Hey, you broke it! How is he supposed to make love to Niskai now?"

"Well, the horns still do hold in place?" The acolytes that were doing the actual work stopped motionless, as they were without orders for a second.

"That won't do!" Irwen jumped off the ledge into the waist-deep water and dived to retrive Aisus' pride. The water was very clear and it took no effeort at all to find it.

"Tadadaaa!" She reemerged with her prize held high in her hand.

"Ugh, the transition from water to air feels strange." Toby murmured and when Irwen heard him, a playful smile appeared on her face. She began repeatedly submerging her breasts in the pool with Toby still hanging around her neck.

"Stop it you bitch, I am dizzy! Stop it or I will order you to, to, to . ." Toby was gazing at the Aisus' pride and could not come up with anything sensible. " . . or I will order you to stop!"

"Uuuu, that would be scary, I will better be a good girl then." Irwen laughed and ceased torturing the poor dungeon, water dripping from the dungeon core crystal.

"Ugh, I hope she will not use me as a dildo next time." Toby uttered while looking at the missing Aisus' part.

"What is a dildo?" She asked like talking about a slice of bread and Toby knew it would be a bad idea to let her find out. The size of his core crystal was too close to take risks.

"It is a swimming aid for kids, I felt like one due all the splashing." Toby laughed awkwardly.

"Ah ok, by the way, have you noticed the order did not work?" She switched into a more serious attitude.

"I do not know, it might be because I have to mean it." Toby offered his explanation. He had too noticed that she had not been forced to stop, despite him saying it. Saying was probably not enough.

"Irwen, what are you doing here? are you alright?! Where is the murderous . . .agh." Irwen heard Sivian's voice and turned around, causing her to stutter when she saw the bright purple gem hanging around her neck.

"Sivian! I am fine, I am playing with my dildo here!" Irwen giggled and took the purple crystal into her hand, submerging it under the water several times. She wondered why he was silent this time despite complaining about it just a moment ago.

"You did what?! Did the monster order you to do it?" Sivian looked horrified for some reason.

"He ordered me to stop jokingly, but I have done it willingly anyway. I am not a bad person to tease him for long. " Irwen answered and made her way to the statue that had still a part of it missing. With amusement she kept submerging Toby under the water, he had to be shy in front of Sivian, because he was not saying anything.

"His voice sounded funny when he was submerged, you should hear him to . ."

"Its fine Irwen, I will trust you on this." Sivian said in a hurry, apparently not wanting to hear anymore "I will try to leave the cave to find food."

As quickly as she had arrived, Sivian disappeared again not even stopping to appreciate the two statues of Aisus and Niskai.

"I guess Sivian have never been into art, but she could at least praise it to make us feel good, right Toby?"

"Right." Toby sighed heavily.

"It is the devil himself, forcing her into twisted orgies! She is completely under his control!" Sivian hurried back to the surface, resolved to rather face the dangers of the outside world than to stay with the nefarious dungeon . . how was the name .. . Toby. At first she had intended to endure its company because of Irwen, but she was probably beyond saving. He had turned her into his creature and had her dancing on the palm of his hand.

The way back was worse and Sivian could not feel her legs when she arrived at the original cave.

"As long ass I have a weapon, there is a way." She said something one of her fighting instructors used to say. The worst case scenario would be that they truly were in the demon world, but she could not let her hopes be crushed easily, she would assume this was just some far-away region until proven otherwise.

Luckily, she still had quite a collection of weapons. Faeldin had intended her as a bodyguard for his niece and it could be said that she was armed to the teeth. Being an experienced warrior, she knew better than to venture outside tired and decided to rest for a while, but she was aware that she had not much time, she was already considerably hungry.

In the end she did not need to even go outside, hearing noises shortly after sitting down to rest.

Sniffing and growling, followed by silent footsteps.

Sivian sneaked into the darker corner of the cave and made sure she had the newly unearthed tunnel behind her back, as the last possible escape route.

Soon a dog emerged from the path leading outside, unfortunately it was not an ordinary dog but a demon hound with two rows of teeth, his body unnaturally bulky and tough. It looked more like a honey badger on steroids than anything else. Among all the kinds of demon hounds, this was the worst one to be cornered by, a species known as demonic scale hound, a type demons used in battles, not for tracking prey.

It looked around and immediately saw her, barking loudly and more barks came from behind.

Sivian gripped her sword more tightly and charged, she decided to try to kill the beast before more came. Judging by the barks, there was just a few of them, but even that was more than enough.

Slashing at its nose, the hound lifted its head, moving it away from the trajectory of Sivian's sword and swiped upwards with his clawed paw, trying to knock the sword out of her hand. The swipe touched the blade, but Sivian had not enough weight behind the blow to loose her weapon and she simply retreated a step away from the beast.

The exchange was enough to tell Sivian that she was in trouble, this hound had experience fighting against swords and its speed and strength were her match. She suspected that it was also guarding its eyes and mouth against stabs. Her suspicion was probably right as her next two stabs were countered by claws, not by the hound's teeth. She could not inflict much damage to its paws, not enough to seriously wound it before the other beasts arrived.

She had to run, or at least block her sides with a tunnel.

With this thought in mind, she quickly retreated into the tunnel leading to the megalomaniac bathing complex. It was in the nick of time, another four hounds pouring into the cave.

Now she was pretty much stuck in place. Further down the tunnel was wider and the hounds would be able to circle around her, which would have been her death. This way only two of them at most could stand side by side and attack her, but she was not sure of being able to defend against two of them.

The right one was the one from before and held back, swiping its claws from time to time just like before, its attacks annoying and defense impenetrable. The one on the left was young and more aggressive, it kept trying to bite her legs off.

She was forced to retreat for a while, but when the left one went for one of his aggressive bites, she managed to pierce its eye, going all the way to the brain. The beast was dead, but when her weapon was deep inside its head, the older beast tried to bit her hand off, using its teeth for the first time in the fight. Sivian had no choice but to retreat with haste and leave the sword stuck in the dead hound's skull. She thanked all spirits that she had two swords and immediately drew her second sword.

She was not enjoying her victory for long, as the beast replacing the dead one was very similar to her old acquaintance on the right, meaning she was completely unable to cause any substantial damage to the hounds and was being constantly pushed further back into the tunnel.

"Fuck! The stairs!" Sivian cursed in frustration. She could not believe she had retreated this far, unable to stand her ground against the superior power of the two beasts.

She knew she would not hold on for much longer.

"Hey, pretty stone!" Irwen splashed water on Toby, who was hanging around the now repaired Aisus's pride. Was he angry after she had hung him there?

"Mm?" Toby did not mind, watching all their creations, finding a strange source of joy in doing so.

"You sound like an old man, you hated water at first." Irwen was a bit disappointed by his reaction.

"I was just thinking. Water is not that bad, I am used to it now."

"About what?" She was awfully curious for an undead and drew closer to Toby, playing with her straight long white hair, curling it with her finger.

"About why people keep fighting."

"And what have the philosopher's stone of mine found out?" She had stopped curling her hair with her finger and while asking the question, she began wrapping her hair around the artistic object Toby was hanging on.

Why would she do that?! It was too distracting.

"Most people fight to not feel pain. Hunger brings it, damage to your body, thirst, most people fight to not feel any pain, to feel only bliss."

"And the rest?" She tightened her hair-noose around the object, only her brain understanding the goal of her doing. . . . .or maybe not.

"That is hard to tell, but I think those who do not care about pain or bliss fight because those who fight eradicate those who don't and through simple probability are left. Those who fight have higher probability to persist, the reasons are irrelevant."

"It basically means that those who want to usurp for themselves, will. Those who let others take, will have something taken. It sounds everyone gets what they want." Irwen ended Toby's musing. "You wanted statues, so you have statues, what do you want next?"

She tried to get her hair back behind her back, but too many had gotten entangled in between the necklace's chain and Aisus' penis.

"Everything." Toby said and in response he heard Irwens hysterical laugh.

"Everything?! Where did that come from?" She could not stop laughing, the content of the sentence was simply too far removed from Toby's persona. Well, maybe she was also trying to mask something by her laugh.

"I mean, when I look at what we have created, don't you see the wonder? The beauty? We could create so much more! We can build a city, a mountain, we can build a whole world! "

"I do not know where this cames from, but you cannot believe this yourself, there is but the two of us."

"I just . .. imagine!"

"Well, we can start by claiming Sivian before she starves to death. " Irwen pretty much ended the conversation.

Irwen coughed lightly.

Toby ignored her deliberately, leaving her trapped until she coughed once more.

"I am kind of stuck here, as you can see." She shook her head lightly, because a certain Aisus' influence allowed her no more room to move.

"I can." Toby stated, not following with the desired action.

"Please, pretty please to a gorgeous pretty stone, help me out here!" She blinked at him with her blue eyes.

"God, just behave like a lady next time and do not wrap yourself around a first stick you can find." Toby grumbled and was in shock, when he really began to sound like an old man.
