Mathgar's "training" with Nemesis basically consisted of him being put through torture. For one, the training area had an increased gravity, so he had a hard time standing, or even breathing. Second, it had an even smaller time speed than RR. He could spend a week in the training room, and it would be 7 hours in RR, and less than 2 hours in real life! Nemesis wasn't there in person to train him, just another statue. She had summoned a strong dummy that resembled a knight, and had it beat Mathgar senseless, repeatedly. Anytime Mathgar would get low on health, the knight would stop, and allow Mathgar the heal, then continued with the pummeling. Over the course of the first week in the training, Mathgar gained an additional 30 points to STR, 40 to VIT, and 25 to Perseverance, respectively. His AGI, strangely enough, increased by 15 points as well. Well, Mathgar assumed, at least this is a good way to boost his natural stats. He even managed to get some solid hits on the dummy (through dumb luck, which increased his luck by 5), as well, raising his Strength from Stone, Critical Hit, and Unarmed Mastery levels by 2. He must have done quite a bit of damage, to get that much experience.
Matthew got out of his pod, stretching wide. He could still feel the bruises the knight dummy gave him, and rubbed his shoulder unconsciously. He went to take a shower, and change his clothes before he jumped back in. But, Alex approached him with a grin, too big for even his face. "Matthew, guess what?"
"What? Are you going to say that I should go to the gym with you more often? I already said my personal training keeps me fit. I'm fine." As Matthew turned to leave, Alex grabbed his hurt shoulder. Matthew spun around and glared at him, reacting to the flare of pain. "This better be good, then."

He used his gloating, "uppity" voice, "I also have started playing Royal Road, and I am level 15. And I did it in my first day! I grinded the training hall in Morata, in the Arpen Kingdom, and the training master gave me a greatsword! I already know that I am better than you. Ha!"
"Really? Do you have a class yet?" Matthew retorted, condescendingly. "You know you can't leave the city, yet. You haven't been playing for a week in game time." Matthew knew that Alex would have tried, and failed to leave the city.
"Oh, but I have left the city. I started playing the day after you did. I just played when Dad went to sleep."
Matthew looked at Alex in query. When did he get the money to get the pod, and WHEN did he get that huge thing into his room? He hadn't been in his room, recently, so he wouldn't know, but he should have at least heard the movement of it, since it was so huge. "I'm going to ask again, did you get a class?"
"Oh yeah. The intelligence guild told me, since I prioritize STR, AGI, and VIT, and that I fight like a demon, they gave me the Berserker class." Alex concluded, as if it was nothing.
Matthew's jaw dropped in awe. The Berserker class was one of the rarest classes that he knew of. His brother was one of the three that he knew of. His brother's luck was boundless, it seemed. Alex took advantage of his awe.
"So, you know that my class is hyper-rare? BE AMAZED BY YOUR OLDER BRO!" He raised his arms to shoulder-height, and stood "magnificently".
"Cool." Matthew maintained his composure now. "What is your name? Conan? Rogbane?"
"No, but Rogbane sounds good, I'm sad now, since I didn't pick that. My character's name is Jorkama."

"Oh, so your typical moniker as well? I used Mathgar." Matthew finished.
"Pssh. You always use that, Matt. Think of something different." Alex waved his hand in front of Matthew's face, mockingly.
"Now that's calling the kettle black, Alex." Matthew chimed. "Anyways, I want to friend you, when I get back on here in a minute. You said you are in Morata? That is really far from Kallamore..."
"Why are you in an area with no major towns? I didn't even see one on the main map. Where the heck are you in Kallamore?" Alex remarked.
"In a town called Khurt. It is really boring there, trust me. All right, I'm getting on now. See you on the other side!" Matthew waved at Alex. He was still jealous of Alex's cool class. Matthew didn't even have one yet. But, he slipped into the pod again, and started RR back up.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"You want me to attack this dummy, with all of my might, and as fast as I can?" Mathgar inquired. The aspect of Nemesis nodded. Great, Mathgar thought. It was hard enough getting hit, but now he had to hit that insanely fast dummy, in this gravity altering room? This was going to be a tough, maybe even impossible, task. But, he was feeling really "carpe diem" right about now. He swung his fist as fast as he could, the gravity increasing his punch speed. He was surprised that he even got close, but not surprised that the knight just blocked his arm, and used the current force that he attained to accelerate him into the wall.
You have taken 360 damage. Your right arm is now unusable.
Once again, still taking punishment, but this was definitely worse. Even using Healing Spring just restored the health, and not the usability of the arm. He now carried dead weight. He went in full throttle with the other arm, and, by some strange coincidence, the SAME THING happened. Now, Mathgar was just over 50% HP, and he hasn't even landed a single attack. He decided since his arms were useless, using his legs was the answer. He rushed forward, arms dangling behind him, and somersaulted, connected a hammer kick to the top of the dummy's head, sending it flying into the ground. The head of the dummy shattered, and the dummy disappeared with it.

"Good. You have completed the first phase of the training. You may rest for now, and I will restore your arms." White light enveloped his arms, a jolt of pain surged through arms, and he could use them fully again. "I will also grant you a spell, to aid in your next phase of training."
