"Hey Eddy, who do you think is gonna win today?"

"Man... Not again."

"Oh. Come on, tell me... Manchester or Madrid...?"

"Listen Pete... for fuck's sake, don't ask the same stupid question again and again."

"Ohh. Come on, dude. That's not funny. Tell me, who do you think is gonna win?"

"Manchester United, Manchester United, Manchester United. Happy now..."

"Yea, but why?"

"Listen Dumb ass, if you speak one more word than I am throwing you out."

"Really... then tell me what happened to your girlfriend?"

"Ok... That's enough. You are getting out."

"Woooo... Woooo... Chill dude."

"Fine... but I am changing this stupid song."

"Don't..."

"Why not...?"

"Cause I said no."

"Come on man. You are the only one alive in this world who listens to this."

"So what if I am?"

"Calm down, dude. You are on edge since the morning. Relax a bit."

"I am calm."

'Song Changed.'

'Song Reverted'

I am Sydney from CNR reporting live from Southern highway where a deadly accident took place, killing over 4 people. A massive steel carrying truck hit a small family car head on.

The police have apprehended the injured driver, who is identified as Eddie Brock, and another person, whose face couldn't be identified, has been found dead just outside the truck. It appears that he was inside the truck in the meantime and was thrown outside by the sudden impact.

Only one member of the family driving the car has survived but is heavily injured and is rushed to hospital. He is identified as James Macarthur.

As you can see here.... (muffled voices.)

...

After 6 months.

Hello ladies and gentlemen, My name is Clark and you are watching CNR live.

Today, after six painful months of waiting, the jury has finally ruled out the verdict for the tragic accident, which killed over 4 people on the spot.

The suspect named Eddie Brock, who was driving the truck, has been found guilty for 3 deaths and has been charged with 3 counts of involuntary manslaughter and will serve 20 years in prison.

Another man whose face was not identified at that time has been identified as Peter Jones, who was crushed to death by the truck. He was present inside the truck in the meantime and was not wearing any seatbelts. Eddy was not found guilty of his death, as he was not directly responsible, because he was thrown outside by the sudden impact and could have survived if he had worn the seatbelts.

Also, the company life transport who owned the truck and handled all the operations in that region has been found guilty of violating over 34 road safety laws and is fined for over 11.9 million dollars from which 7 million will be paid to James Macarthur the sole survivor of the Macarthur family and another 2 million will be paid to the family of Peter Jones.

The people who died in the crash were.

Peter Jones (28)

Jonathan Macarthur (40)

Kate Macarthur (38)

Jessica Macarthur (13)

May their souls rest in peace.

But the crucial question is, was it avoidable...?

Yes... it was. And if it was avoidable, then how?

After their investigation, the forensic department concluded that they found no significant problems in either of the vehicles involved. Every part of the vehicle was working just fine. But then how a fatal crash which took over 4 lives happened.

And the answer is human error, human incompetence.

The driver named Eddie Brock accepted the fact that he was distracted by the time of accident. He was changing a song. Is a song more valuable than someone's life?

Also, another fact to be noted is that the local authority had warned him over six times for over speeding and drunk driving. Certainly it was not his first time doing something like this.

This whole tragic accident could have been avoided if Eddy had put a little more focus on his steering than on the song. It's as simple as that.

But what now?

Will we... (muffled voices)

"Mind telling me what the hell you did here...?"

"I...I..."

"Answer me, God damn it." James' voice grew louder with every word, which again attracted unwanted attention, but at this point, he was beyond that.

"..." The fat man tried to say something, but no words came out. As if his throat was getting increasingly dry with each passing minute.

"I asked you... What the fuck you did here?" asked James, moving closer to the man's face with a terrifying expression. He didn't know what was taking over him, but he certainly was getting furious.

This guy ruled over this land for god knows how long and didn't even think about fixing basic hygiene habits, did nothing to improve the life of the common people.

But this hygiene topic was just a front to vent the accumulated anger.

James was sitting there speechless when the judge ruled 40 years of prison time.

But was it enough? He got a whopping 7 million dollar money. But once again, was it enough?

Did it bring back his family?

No. It didn't.

He wanted to kill that guy with his bare hands, but couldn't. Because of a freaking song, a whole family was killed.

If that guy had just focused on driving for at least a couple more seconds, then they have passed the truck and the accident would have never happened. He would have never cried for hours sitting in that lone apportionment. He wouldn't have to go through that time.

If some Govt. officials had warned him more strictly or had cancelled his license, then he could have learned his lesson and had driven carefully, but they didn't.

It's ironic that all theses chaotic things happened and changed his life for the worst because of a stupid 3min song. Just how fragile this life was. It was like a bubble which could burst at any moment from a little touch. Everything was ruined in just a couple of seconds.

Now seeing the man in front of him who ruled over this land, but did nothing to help the people who suffered the consequences of his action. He would never know how many people died because he did nothing and kept enjoying his life.

James knew how it feels after losing someone close to you because of someone else's silly mistakes. And these nobles who ruled over these lands like it was their god given right did the same thing. Because of their silly mistakes, people were dying.

But what about the people who were facing the worst because someone thought that fixing the hygiene was a boring a thing and it would cost money and they could do party with that money.

"I...am sorry..."

"Saying sorry won't bring back the people you killed, you son of a bitch?" James's voice was getting increasingly louder. He did not know that people had died or not, but the anger was just getting out of hand.

"I am... Sor-ry Lord... It's my fault... I wi-ll... fix..." said the man. Seeing Leonhart's terrifying figure so close, he was getting scared to death. That guy really had the power to wipe him from the face of this empire and no one would dare to point a finger at him.

"Oh... Really. How the fuck do you plan to do that...? Huh.... Tell me...?" This time James' anger got the best of him as he grabbed the man's collar and pulled him towards his face. It was as if he was seeing the truck driver in that man. Because of that driver's silly mistake, he lost his entire family in the blink of an eye.

Seeing the interaction, the entire group was startled. Just a moment ago, the man named Leonhart was acting all calm and composed, but now he was a completely different person. His eyes were filled with hatred and rage. It was as if he could kill them at any moment.

But how in the world a simple hygiene topic turned so violent? Leonhart was not acting like this was only a matter of improving people's daily life. It was beyond that. Something had snapped inside him.

Moments ago, the entire area was peaceful, but now a crowd had already gathered to see the heated interaction. And the first one to act was Hansh, who rushed between the two people and calmly removed Leon's arms from the man's collar and stood facing Leonhart. He knew it was a risky move and the man in front of him was irrational and could kill him and nobody would ask him why? But he still did it, cause he couldn't let this shit show go on anymore.

James had completely forgotten where he was or who he was. His logical side of the mind was not working anymore. He just felt only hatred and rage. He wanted to kill that guy. But before that, the commander approached him and removed his hand from the man and stood in front of him.

"Lord Leon... Please calm down."

"What the fuck do you think you are doing?" shouted Leonhart.

"Calm down and look around you..." said Hansh with an equally loud voice.

As James looked at his surrounding, he saw countless people staring at him with fearful expressions. And suddenly the realization struck him. Just what he was doing? He just got blinded by a rage for what... a hygiene matter.

"I am... Sorry. I am sorry." said James, moving back a couple of steps.

Taking some deep breaths, James calmed himself and looked at the man who was standing behind Hansh with an extremely paled expression. It seemed like he had peed on his pants out of fear.
