Anyway, it's not that I fell out of love with Super Novice, but I hit a wall and realized something, the plot was going nowhere, I literally had no idea what I wanted to do with these characters, if I could even call them that, besides fighting Atlas have him win, show how awesome he was, and then it occurred to me that while I had some general guidelines for a plot in my head, all I was doing was laying down the tracks for some bigass train of wish fulfillment. I wasn't making a character I was making a Marty Stu.
Super Novice, this story is dead. Now I'm going to remake it and try to make it better. Not write by the seat of my pants anymore. Don't expect a rewrite anytime soon.
Apologies again for how long it's taken me to put this out there. If there are any of you out there that still wait for an update.

Exponential Mana Regeneration
When the Change occurred, humanity suddenly found itself with superhuman constitutions and the ability to use mana. All the government leaders had known about it beforehand and had made an announcement, so there was little strife and instead excitement to loot the dungeons that the Change had created. Kyle Anders was incredibly excited when he saw his starting skill, called Exponential Mana Regeneration, but his excitement quickly waned when he realized it was almost useless with his starting mana pool of twenty. I have decided to continue writing the story instead of going back and editing the beginning. I hope that despite all its flaws you will still find my story enjoyable.)

Mana, Chi, Divine, and Demonic, those four powers, which come from their respective entity, are the basis of all creation. For something to exist in this world, this thing must have either of them if not all four of them. The entities they come from could be considered as Gods. But unlike popular believe, they aren't "intelligent" beings. They act based on something unknown to us. This very thing which gave birth to their children. If the "Gods" couldn't be considered "intelligent", the same thing couldn't be said for their children. All of them could think and act on their own. And that's what they did. They quickly realized that among all the other creations, they were unique. Their abilities were nothing like the others. Even among them, siblings, some were clearly above the other ones. Thus, some of the weaker ones, feeling upset about their inability to oppose their siblings, decided to flee. Somewhere very far. And they managed to find something they had never seen before. Something which would change the fate of all of them.
