Kraant fights off a minor group of enemies, but has no MP to do so with. Gina explains how her class levels, and by extension how Pebl's levels should work. Kraant exposes a few troubles, but they are ultimately inexplicable for now.

Kraant is uneasy, and hopes that Nathaniel can answer his questions (about levlels and the gods). Nathaniel cannot, and has trouble explaining what is true in game versus what is true in "real life". this is his ifrst-ish clue that the two are more closely related than he thinks. Nathaniel begins to delve into the AI progression; he had made Clara, but she is not the onlty AI on the market.
