《Superficial Story》Chapter 3: Meeting the Other Gods

The passage for the Collective Hall is a portal which is everywhere and nowhere.
Basically that means I can go there whenever I fucking want to.
So I just wished for it and got transported to the Hall.
More specifically to a place which looks like an old greek agora, with thrones arranged on a circular patter around a big well with calm waters in the center.
I’m “seating”, as much as a blob of light can be seated, on one of the bigger thrones - right to the left of the biggest ones.
There are eight others.
The big throne at my right, which belongs to the king of all gods.
The other throne which is the same size as mine, and I believe belongs to the Queen of Good Gods.
And six smaller thrones - four aligned with the Queen of Good God’s throne and two aligned with the King of All Gods throne.
[Omniscience] tells me those are meant to show not only rank, but also alignment. Those on the side of the Queen of Good Gods are the Good Gods. Those at my sides, that is, no one, are the ones aligned with Evil. And those on the center are Neutral Gods.
Also, the size of the throne is meant to show differences in rank.
My own throne would be regular-sized, but the King of All God’s throne is at least twenty times bigger than my own, and the thrones of the other gods are twenty times smaller.
Not to mention the gods themselves are smaller as well.
[Omniscience] says we can change this if we come to an agreement, but at the first minutes of any meeting we are required to stand on this form by an order of the King of All Gods. He seems like the kind of person who values rank.
Motherfucker.
How can I become King of All Gods?
[Answer]: One can become King of All Gods if one is promoted. This happens either by merit, that is, getting all of the other gods to swear loyalty to your cause, or by receiving a direct promotion from the Fantasy Pantheon. If your King is promoted, you may be chosen to be promoted as well.
*sigh*
Corporate promotion system, eh?
~boooring~~~~
[Lewd Goddess] - Welcome, Evil One. I see you are the envoy of King of Evil Gods Marhlick. I’m Queen of Good Gods, Sophia. Good to meet you.
The one seating on the Queen of Good God’s throne is a pretty but lewd-looking woman. She wears clothing which looks like sado-masochist outfit covered by nun habit.
Oh.
To a mortal or lower ranked god it would look like she is wearing only the habit.
She is a closet goddess, eh.
I wonder what else [Omniscience] can tell me about her.

[Answer]: There is no interference to your analysis of goddess’s Sophia resumed background and history. All other contents are locked by interference.
Uhm.
I wonder if I should have locked my own information as well, by using Karma Points.
They seem to have chosen stuff to lock, so this would be a good strategic move, right?
[Answer]: There is no benefit on hiding your life history. By showing them everything it is possible to make the gods feel secure about your existence and position. It isn’t a good strategic move to do it.
Then, I suppose the stuff Sofia has kept unlocked for me to see is something she wants for me to see. And maybe something cool she wants to tell me. Is that what is happening? Can she lie or trick me?
[Answer]: There is no possibility of lying or tricking [Omniscience]. Rule 1 of the Pantheon Rules. Interference. Impossible to know the goddess’s motivations to show you her resumed history.
Okay then. Let me see it. Her resumed life history. And everyone else’s as well.
[Answer]: Goddess Sophia was born a succubus in her last mortal life. She ascended to godhood after achieving world peace by means of seducing and tricking all of the males, and then also most of the females, in the world. She then ascended steadily on the god ranks and currently is known as an always-virgin maiden with a compassionate rank, even if her dogmas secretly are all about sex. The mortals in the world do not know they are being tricked by the Supreme Whore. Goddess Sophia is a person who likes being used by others, but also getting comfort and things done her way. She’s used on being raped by the Evil God any time she wants to be fake-raped and will keep an open channel on the [Omniscience] system showing when she’s in the mood for rape play. She isn’t open to be raped when she’s bored, stressed or otherwise not in the mood for it. She was the main reason the last King of Evil Gods decided to leave the planet and universe. She likes you and appreciates your evilness and impulses. She’s all wet and ready to be fucked right here, right now, in front of everyone. She has fantasies of you showing dominance and power over everyone, to her pleasure. She also believes the other gods would see that as an act of disgrace and make you to be an evil, short-tempered, untreatable bastard who became god only because of luck. This would probably turn your relations with everyone else pretty sour.
God Ziphur is the god of metallurgy, craftsmanship and horses. He’s a good god which enjoys helping crafters all around the world. He was born from a myth made alive by the power of collective belief. He never experienced humanity.

Goddess Nina is the goddess of firewood, home and family. She’s secretly one of Goddess’ Sophia’s children. She’s also a gigantic whore and would love to be raped alongside her mother. She also knows this would make you a double enemy of all the other gods along and feel joy on making you suffer by being impossible to scape her playing. She also will use as much karma points as needed to make you unable to tell the others about the deal between she and her mother to make you suffer with sexual desire.
Goddess Amida is the goddess of knowledge and books. She likes to read and teach things to people. She believes Goddess Sophia to be an example of discipline and focus producing wonderful results and hopes you will behave better than the last King of Evil.
God Jaur is the god of the sun and summer. He’s a good god which likes to give good crops to people and influence the weather. Since it takes a lot of energy to do so, he’s constantly in need of sacrifices. He wants for you to be a better person than your predecessor and believes you could be a good person based on your life history. He has high hopes and expectative for you.
God Sunnis is another god of the sun. He’s a neutral god which is both feared and respected by many peoples in the planet, mostly those who thing Jaur is a sissy or live in deserts and other places where the sun isn’t a dandy boy doing good stuff to people and can be deadly. He hopes you have honor and will only accept you once you prove to be useful to everyone else.
Goddess Mia is the goddess of night and despair. She’s a neutral goddess which is mother of dragons, beasts, rape and murder. She’s one of the primordial gods of this world, formed when the Fantasy Pantheon made the world. She was originally the consort to the King of All Gods, but they got their differences and split ways. He has been oppressing her ever since. She thinks your predecessor where arrogant idiots who couldn’t do anyone true justice. She should be the one on your throne. She should be the one being the Queen of Evil. She will do her best to make you a forgotten god. This is war.
Now, the good thing about getting all of this information at once is that I avoided getting into a trap.
The bad thing is that most woman here either hate me or want to make me suffer somehow.
Very Freudian.
(self-advertising: Go read my other novel, Ode to Freud)
I wonder. If I had received the information about Sophia without receiving from others, wouldn’t I be raping her right now?
And getting myself fucked up on all sides?
Yep.
“You bitch.”
She’s smiling.
God Jaur is murmuring something like “tsc, tsc”. He may spit on the ground some of these moments.
[Sophia] - Worry not Jaur. He’s the one who will receive the evil ones of our world. Shouldn’t it be expected for him to be a little rude? Maybe even dominating? Look, he even wants to take down our mighty king already.
[Nina] - That’s how it should be. The King of Evil always desires for more. That’s why we give him the sinners and home-destroyers. So he can make them repent for their sins.
[Jaur] - Tsc.
He just won’t stop, will him?
Well, that said, I should get myself some protection.
These guys can even look on my Search History on [Omniscience]. That’s definitely a bad strategic move.
How can I stop this?
[Answer]: There are many ways of creating interference with the other god’s powers. The most basic of them is to seal all information about you except the one you desire to show. The most used is to seal all information except basic information.
Which is the one used by Ziphur? He seems to be the one which gave me less information, is this right?
[Answer]: Interference. Denied. Rule 1 of the pantheon. Ziphur is using the basic interference pack. Interference. Impossible to know if he’s the one who gave you less information.
That should do.
Done.
How can I make it so I know if other god tries to undo the interference I will be putting up?
Is that common? Do these guys do it frequently?
[Answer]: Interference. Denied, rule 1. You will be warned when your interference is being rewritten and will be given the option to allow for it to be so or increase the amount of karma expended to keep the interference. Interference. Impossible to know how frequently the gods of this realm overwrite each other’s interferences. Interference. Impossible to know how the gods of this realm see overwriting one another’s interference.
It must be Nina, that bitch.
She’s the karma bag Sophia uses after all.
I will just expend something like… let’s see, 10 karma points.
This much should be enough.
This way the basic package is in place.
[Warning]: Interference overwriting detected. 100 million karma points used. Would you like to overwrite the overwriting?
AS IF I HAD ENOUGH KARMA TO DO THAT!
[Warning]: Your basic interference package has been overwritten to .
BITCH!
What’s different?!
[Answer]: Interference. Denied. Your sex life and mood has been kept open to Goddesses Sophia and Nina to know.
That’s…
That’s all of it?
[Answer]: Yes.
These…
Motherfucking bitches…
They are toying with me!

Good Guy Necromancer
Necromancers are murderous, repulsive, utterly ungodly creatures. And then there's Jerry. Jerry is a novice necromancer who treats his undead warmly, seeks to befriend people instead of harvest their bodies, and doesn't mind cracking a skull or two when needed. He genuinely is a good guy—too bad nobody believes him. Jerry tries to settle down, wanting nothing but a peaceful life for him and his undead—and, when that doesn't quite work out, he sets out to adventure. He will make friends, each unique in their own way, and together, they will travel through a variety of striking environments; from a tiny village, to the land of the dead, to a jolly archipelago, to a kingdom on a beanstalk. To save a world that shuns him, Jerry must stand against a large organization of arrogant, mighty wizards. He strives to become stronger while maintaining his kindness, only to realize that, maybe, gentle hearts make the greatest necromancers. This is the story of a delightful man in a harsh world—full of warmth, action, and wise-cracking bone puns. Chapters are usually 2-3k words, and updates are 3/week: Mon, Wed, Fri. If you're looking for another fun, action-packed adventure, check out Cultivator vs. System by yours truly, available on Kindle, KU, and Audible. But read Good Guy Necromancer first.
