《The Half Interesting Life of A Blood Angel.》Chapter 8: Training part 2 "is it?"
I am once again splitting this chapter. I decided to focus entirely on emotions and magic for this chapter. This part will also show a bit more of Asiz's past which I have neglected up to this point, and will also show that this fic ain't just a comedy. There will still be comedy though.
Also if u have any questions about some of the weird shit I wrote in this chapter. Write a comment and I will PM you an answer.

Chapter 8 part 2
Asiz flew through the air on his new wings. Every once in awhile a glob of gooey blood would ooze from his wings and fall far down into the Zorn forest. In this way Asiz flew for about 30 minutes. Nothing worthy of note happened during his flight.
Asiz finally stopped mid air and hovered above the forest.
‘This ought to be a good place.’ (._.)
Asiz lowered himself down into the forest. He had found the ideal spot to train in an open clearing in the middle of the woods. It appears to have been the victim of a forest fire not to long ago, but still long enough that the first trophic level(mice, insects, small plants) of animals and wildlife had been allowed to grow back.
There were a few large boulders on the ground that could have various uses during experiments or training excursions.
Asiz looked back at his skills and stats.
“If I'm gonna test out these skills I may as well test out the most generic one I see.” \(^o^)/
The skill Asiz referred to was of course mana manipulation
Mana Manipulation
Focus your consciousness on your inner mind to control the natural energy known as mana. If you are wondering how this works don't think about it. Just close your eyes, scrunch up your face, and strain as hard as you can. If you don't accidentally take a shit it will probably work. I mean if you can control the force with that method why not mana? Also emotions equal different elements or something.
‘I guess I'll try it. But this gets me thinking, can blood angels shit?’ =_=?
Squatting low in the center of the clearing, Asiz closed his eyes and strained his innards as hard as he possibly could.

Element Aquired:Fire
Due to your sudden and unexpected outburst of anger you have Acquired the affinity for fire manipulation. Use your anger to drive you and fuel your inner flames. The angrier you get the more destructive the fire. So basically think of anything that annoys you.
Elements Acquired (2/109834)
‘Dayum that's a lot of elements. And they are all activated by emotions?’ (@[email protected])
Element Acquired:Teleportation
Due to high levels of surprise you have gained teleportation magic. Teleportation magic is a sub division of dimensional/spatial magic. Until you Acquire dimensional magic your teleportation may be limited.
Elements Acquired (4/109834)
Asiz exited his state of meditation.
‘Even though acquiring new elements is very appealing i find it quite annoying that I still haven't actually been able to sense mana. At least I know what I am supposed to do now.’
Asiz re entered his zen and once more focused his mind.
‘Use your emotions.’ (>_
Asiz thought of fire, his new element. He needed anger.
‘Focus your anger.’ (>_
Asiz thought of his previous life, abandoned and orphaned. He thought of starvation, rats as large as chihuahuas, and his only friend succumbing to the plague.
The old anger which he had forgotten for the most part when he died was remembered. His hatred of ‘them’. Slavery. Corruption. Comrades dying for rich man's greed.
The anger boiled inside of him slowly melting his wax personality.
Then, he saw it. °O°
An orb. =_=
It had just the slightest tinge of color. A smoldering red burned around its curved edges. It was so vague that it could barely be seen, yet the color was undeniably there.
The orb zoomed out and revealed that it was not the only orb. Thousands of dull coloured balls were situated evenly inside of one giant orb.
Though many of the orbs were uncolored. 3 of them did emit a faint glow. The first was a slow burning red that felt warm and comforting yet at the same time hungry and malicious. The second colored showed a faint trace of vortex purple. It was a deep color which makes one feel as though they could stare at it for hours on end without break. And finally the last orb was a rich Crimson it had a majestic feeling emanating from it which at the same time masked a hidden savagery and bloodlust.

Asiz reached out for the warm red orb yet could not reach it. He was blocked by the glass cover of the Giant glass orb. Asiz let go of his consciousness and his emotions took charge.
Anger, lashed out and melted the glass with a rage. ლ(ಠ益ಠ)ლ
Joy, sent a cool breeze to harden the glass and make it brittle. (●^o^●)
Fear, sent a gust of frantic wind and caused cracks to make spider webs up the side of the orb. ( ゚ Д゚)
Pride, sent a wall of solid energy to smack the wall with all its might. ( ̄ー ̄)
Many emotions sent their various elements to pummel the glass sphere until the final emotion sadness came. u_u
Sadness emitted a deep longing. It had long since been forgotten in Asiz's mind and brought with it all of the painful memories of his past. Sadness stood in front of all the other emotions each represented by their respective wave of feelings and memories. However sadness started to change, the formless blob of memories morphed until it became the shape of a woman. One who Asiz had long since forgotten. A heartbroken smile adorned her pretty face as she lifted her hand.
A line of energy shot from sadness’ hand and shot straight into the decimated orb. It pierced straight into the glass causing it to shatter.
With a rumble huge chunks of glass began to fall into the abyss of Asiz's consciousness.
The elemental orbs which had previously resided inside of their glass cages vibrated until they cracked, sending even more glass spewing into Asiz's mind. A large shockwave formed and pushed the emotions back a considerable distance.
The elements were finally freed from their cages and became a large swirling mass of energy. This mass of energy surged forward and slammed into Asiz's emotions mingling with them and becoming a large sea of energy.
Sadness however remained in the form of the woman and stood on an invisible island all alone in the middle of a raging sea.
Suddenly the massive sea became deathly still and silent.
An ominous silence passed over sadness’ island. A shadow slowly slithered under the passive sea.
The shadow silently moved through the water, circling the island. Water slopped up on the shore quietly.
Two ice cold eyes looked up from the shadow. They were half open and looked lazily at the woman on the shore.
He forgot about you.
She frowned.
The shadow seemed to smirk. It dived back under the water and circled the island again.
Hisssss We both know that his happy facade will melt. As It hasss before, but thisss time I will consume him.
The creature continued its circle around the island.
Even her memory cannot sssave him.
The things head surfaced. It had a generic shape but beyond that could not be defined any further.
It's mouth opened to reveal a mouth filled with giant teeth.
I will consume him, but firsst I will consume you.
A wall of darkness surged forward and engulfed the woman.
Ahahaha so weak, so pitiful. Is this all the power you have?
*BOOOM*
The darkness slowly expanded into a symmetrical sphere shape, and exploded.
The creature hissed as the darkness was disintegrated by a bright white light, which radiated from a single point on the island.
In the center of the light stood the woman. Her eyes were closed as the heavenly light shone around her.
Her pink lips opened.
~Begone.~
The light expanded and engulfed everything. The creature reeled and hissed in pain.
Bitch, you cannot protect him forever. (╬ ಠ益ಠ)
It dived into the water and was gone.
The light faded and left the woman alone on the rocky island.
She pointed her hand at the sea of emotions and magic below and shot a beam of white light at it.
Immediately the sea began to swirl again. Breaking the ominous silence.
Sadness smiled and slowly faded into Asiz's conciousness.
----
Outside of Asiz's mind
“Oh wow the nostalgia is incredible, I really did feel angry though.”
Asiz and just exited his inner mind and his legs were still bent in a deep straddle position.
Asiz felt a wetness on his cheek. He lifted up his arm and brushed the wetness off.
‘Are these...tears?’
Asiz looked at the small droplets that had streamed from his eyes.
He shrugged.
‘Now that I have mastered my anger let's burn some stuff.’

Is That A Wisp?
Author’s Note: The start of the story is very slow and cliche. Give it a chance until the wisp reaches the human cities. It’s at that point that the book’s charm shows itself (Around chapter 20, all free!).

The Werewolf Cheerleader
Being a cheerleader is easier than being a werewolf. Jessica Tumbleleague is a typical teenage girl who loves being a cheerleader at Moondale High. But after an encounter with a werewolf in the woods, Jessica discovers a frightening world she never thought is real. Dangerous magic, deadly fierce spirits, and other malevolent creatures. Now Jessica must fight the forces of darkness to protect her hometown while balancing her supernatural life with her high school life. But can she control the beast within herself? Note: This is a rewrite of the original with the same name. I decided to change the third-person style to first-person because I liked Jessica's voice better. She is funny and very strong. With the story only focusing on her, I can keep the mystery suspenseful and the reader can experience what Jessica is experiencing. It is a typical YA style, but it is fun to write as your main character. There are changes, but the first and second books will be similar to the third-person chapters. Let me know what you think and I hope you will enjoy this new version of the Werewolf Cheerleader. I will post the chapters every Friday in the afternoon. P.S, there is a Werewolf Cheerleader short story published in the Tales of Dungeons, All Hallows book. Titled The Werewolf Cheerleader: Castle and Ghouls. The short is also in first-person, which made me decide to change the book series into first-person. The link is below if you want to check it out. https://www.royalroad.com/amazon/B08MCS82R5

The Huntsman's Quest (An Urban Magic Quest/RPG)
Jon Whitaker went to summer camp expecting a nice relaxing time as a newly minted counselor in training. He was not expecting to fight an army of monsters, work with a serial killer, enter a one-sided friendship with an eldritch horror, or study under a competing witch and dark lord. But regardless of what he was expecting, his summer is over and he's made his way back home where he can try and return to a normal -for him- life. Too bad life rarely goes as expected. --- Please Note: This is forum quest/RPG I run in the same city/setting as my other stories Hacking Reality and Get Ink'd, meaning that while a majority of the plot is made up by me, the major choices as well as what each chapter is about are usually made by the actual readers in forum votes. Additionally, given how this is essentially a story version of a Tabletop game there is also a background RPG system that while the characters aren't necessarily aware of, the readers can see these stats to know how each chosen 'Action' effects their character's development.

The Dangers of a Double Life
Arthur Tracz is an IT technician, a loving husband and excellent friend. Aoife Brosnan is a courier, good daughter, and a volunteer. Gary White is a detective, ex-husband, and a father. They appear to be your average citizens, yet they harbour secrets some of which are so dark that if they were to be revealed they would end up on the top of the news on the international level. These people have no connection to each other, yet their double lives will lead to their fates interweaving. Their lives will never be the same. That is... if they survive. This story was originally supposed to be game, but due to me working on more important project and because most likely I would never have time and funds to do it. I decided to write it as a book which gives me more options in pursuing its narrative. Chapters will be released one a week, Sunday, 14 am CET.
