《Library Magic》Chapter Nine: Foreboding

"Is that one of them? Is he still alive?" My father asked while directing killing intent to the unconscious bloody male that I'm dragging towards them.
"I don't know. He was the one who used 【Lightning Explosion】 in the living room. I put him inside my domain before the magic exploded and healed him. Though, I think he will be unconscious for another two days." I told my father while looking at the aftermath of the one-sided battle.
I've improved my【Dominion: White City】 while I was practicing it at age 12. I can put people and things inside there and still move freely. The person who is locked up can still release mana to get out, he/she will be free when the capacity of mana inside the domain overflows. It's gonna be hard to do that, though, as I expanded it's capacity to over 50 times a normal humans mana.
"Hahaha. You always know what to do Yuki. It will be easier to get information about the attackers. I'll take him to the Necromancers Guild in Zariel so we can get the information. Then we will destroy them once we find out who the people behind this attack." My mother flashed a wicked grin.
"No, we shouldn't take this matter to people who aren't related. We don't know who our enemies are, so we need to keep this incident to ourselves. At least, until we know who we're dealing with." My father said while he signaled Raul to take the man away.
"Yes, we should do as father says, mother. We have a little to no information about what we're dealing with, and the Demon race should not be eliminated from the candidates of suspects."
"I assure you Yuki, the Demons are not one of the suspects for this crime against us. Nobody from the Demon race will attack a Devil because it is one of the rules that Death God Zenith imposed upon the Demon race." My mother while looking at me seriously clarified.

"Yes, a demon can't attack a Devil, but it isn't the case for another Devil. Do you remember what Meria Zenith tell us every time she comes here?" Argued my father.
"That's... She was warning us didn't she? There is no way that Meria is behind the attack!" My mother argued back and unconsciously started to release her magic essence.
"Calm down, Rena. I am not suspecting her, if she was the one who is behind the attack, then she wouldn't come here three times a week that year, and wouldn't still visit once a week. I'm just wondering how did she get such information."
Was the reason Meria was coming to our house this? Did she warn us that something like this was going to happen because she knew something? It looks like I need to talk to Meria once she gets here tomorrow.

8 100That time I got re-incarnated in Fire - Red
Ben Stiller did not expect to find himself waking up inside the Pokemon Fire - Red game. He also did not expect to find out how badly a game like this translates into real life! What to expect:- Some comedy, light, dark or otherwise whatever I feel like.- Some interesting twists in the story as I personally play through the game for reference IRL :)- Blue screens... maybe for the MC, definately not for you guys though :p- I don't think there will be all that much in the way of romance, the MC is in the body of a 10 year old.- Also, there won't really be any disturbing shit dispite what the cover might suggest.- The MC is not overtly bad or a psycho or anything, but is a bit 'care-free'- Honestly I just wanted to write something randomly for some stress relief!

Nathaniel has used what money he had to buy a VR cocoon and to pay off the next few months' worth of bills. He has two ways to move forward in life- to find a new job, or to hope that he can make enough money playing Final Escape to feed his meager, human body. He has rolled randomly, as only a fool would do, and finds himself playing a Kobold magus who wields the power of life itself. Hopefully, his role-playing is entertaining enough to generate revenue, because the game is changing his real self... or else, his real self is changing the human-shaped shell he used to wear.
