《Savior University》Mistakes I Made and A Few Info
Advertisement
So, I've noticed after quickly checking some of my past chapters, I might have wrote some mistakes about portraying such things.
First off, Akira's way of calling girls.
Akira never calls girls beside his family their first or last name.
He calls them by their last names rarely, and he should have never, never called them by their first name except for the cute hero chapter.
Secondly, Mitsuko's way of speaking should be elegant.
She becomes scary when she's angry, (keeping her elegant smile while having an intimidating aura), but she should speak like royalty.
Third, Keima's way of calling Akira.
He usually calls him 'moron' or 'mongrel', I wanted to make him call him 'neanderthal', but another anime already did that.
He should be the prideful, gaming addicted, but intelligent, pipsqueak, who even though he's short, likes talking down on people.
He's supposed to be cute as well.
Fourth, I don't know if this is a huge deal, but I didn't want people to think this was too cringy to read. So I made Akio call Akira 'bro'.
In japanese, he's supposed to be calling him 'Aniki', not onii-chan, unlike how Ana and...another person would call him.
Fifth, I think I mentioned Megumi wearing a cap on the entrance exam.
I wanted to make her like that pink haired girl in air gear.
That sort of cheerful attitude, but she's pure and innocent as hell.
I planned to make her wear it all the time, but decided not to, because I knew I'd definitely forget it.
I never ever mentioned it again, nor made any characters ask about it though...
Let's just say that was part of her highschool uniform in the past.
Here's some additional info I wanna add:
Height Comparison of some characters from tallest to shortest:
1 X-tinct
2Uncle Takehito, Sir Knight
3Ken Takahashi
4Takumi Shikaku, Akira Ishikawa, Akio Ishikawa, Watanabe Izanagi, Kazuki Inoue, Eiji Kagayaku and Kami Nagai
(I know, right? Where'd the 'diversity' go? Well, most of these people are those that see eye to eye with Akira so... You'll understand in later chapters.)
5Daichi Iro, Yurei Tomo, Ryuu Akarui
6Mitsuko Shimizu, Chiyo Mayou(she has longer legs), Kana Asami, Akiko Ishikawa, Kotone Kawai, Brown haired-senpai masochist
7Megumi Sasaki, Koka Kawai, Sora Yoshida, Avaron Fujimoto
8Eiko Kurokku, Hana Mizumi, Maiki Kimura
9Ai Abe
10Keima Nakamura
Bust size (for science):
1Kotone Kawai
2Akiko Ishikawa (I never mentioned this since it's Akira's mom)
3Chiyo Mayou
4Mitsuko Shimizu, brown haired senpai masochist
5Ai Abe
6Megumi Sasaki, Koka Kawai, Kana Asami
7Avaron Fujimoto, Maiki Kimura, Sora Yoshida, Eiko Kurokku
8Hana Mizumi
By the way, I drew the characters real shitty in the (drew my characters chapter)
Akira is supposed to look more like Koichi Sakakibara from another, but with Kazama Kenji's eyes from D-frag
Keima, is supposed to look...cute.
I messed up.
He's supposed to look like a shota shotacon would prey on even though he has a bowl cut.
By the way, I'll be making maybe, a side chapter, or just let the characters explain how they make Kana erase the memories of people who saw saviors using their abilities from far away places.
And something else...
The observer Sir Knight said that will be keeping on eye on Akira, was never said to have been watching him from the start.
I won't be saying who it is...but the observer started observing him after Sir Knight and the council misunderstood that Akira has been fooling around with women
(Why won't you just fix those chapters you might have made a mistake in? Proofread your past chapters, you moron!)
Sorry, bruhdas. I might fix any mistakes I made in past chapters in a later date. For now, I'm focusing on finishing the first arcs.
And I still have to explain what's up with Akira's ability.
I'll be doing that during or after the tournament so keep tuning in!

On the Road to Elspar (Book 1)
The year is 1329. The Huntress' War has entered its tenth year, inflaming competing nationalisms and pitting the Confederacy of Caldrein against one of the continent's superpowers, the Tenereian Union. Desperately outnumbered, the Confederacy has relied on the prowess of its famed Caldran mercenaries, with highly-trained and experienced warbands returning from foreign conflicts to the defense of their homeland, and it is on their backs that Caldrein has successfully mounted a valiant defense for a decade. But they are losing, and day by day, with all the grace of a sledgehammer, the vast Tenereian armies take one more bit of Caldran territory, one footstep at a time. Sixteen-year-old Neianne from the village of Caelon has submitted herself to Faulkren Academy, one of the centuries-old institutions established to train the next generation of Caldrein's elite soldiers of fortune, to learn the ways of wars for three years before embarking upon the defense of her country. Her dryad family once hailed from reclusive woodland communes isolated from Caldrein's complicated mainstream society, and her upbringing leaves the shy village girl unprepared to suddenly train alongside other apprentices from backgrounds as low as the dirty slums of Caldrein's cities and as high as the halls of aristocratic power. Yet the war is eroding the norms and traditions that the Caldran people have long considered part of their national mythos, and the tensions within the confederacy that have long simmered under the surface - race, class, community, identity - are slowly but surely dividing its people, and Neianne must grow and discover who she really is, even as the war that she is steadfastly training for comes to its inexorable end... On the Road to Elspar is a fantasy quest - a work of interactive fiction wherein readers get to vote on what happens next at critical junctures - that is the first entry in a story that follows Neianne of Caelon, which first began on July 20, 2016. Originally a three-part in medias res prologue to a larger story titled On the Elsparian Road, it was eventually decided that this section - which covers Neianne's three years at Faulkren Academy - become its own independent story due to length, structural, and accessibility reasons. Despite this being a reader interactive work of fiction, due to logistical and verification concerns, voting will only be counted on its thread on the forum Sufficient Velocity, where this story originally began. As such, the content here on Royal Road serves as a story-only archive. You are, of course, entirely welcome to enjoy On the Road to Elspar as a conventional work of fiction, just as you are welcome to comment, discuss, and provide critique. But if you would like to participate in the voting, then I would be honored to welcome you on Sufficient Velocity. To facilitate accessibility and to ensure the best reading experience, this story-only version of On the Road to Elspar will be updated at a periodic pace, even though further content exists, so as to not overwhelm new readers on Royal Road. If you enjoy this story, wish to binge it, and/or want to participate in voting immediately, you may of course read all additional content via the link provided above. This paragraph will be removed once the content on Royal Road catches up with what has already been posted in its original thread. Cover artwork by DreamSyndd.
