Sam woke up at night.
Because of the summer season it was quite warm even at night but the smell tonight was different.
It stank of slowly rotting flesh and blood in the front of his appartment.
Sam thought back to the scene from before when the 5 people got slaughtered and wanted to throw up again.
He was scared out of his mind.
"This is hell!I want to quit this goddamn game!!"Sam panicked.
But no one answered him.
He went silent and sat down in a corner of his apartment hugging his knees.
Sam is quite tall with 1,90meter and also a bit chubby so seeing someone with his stature sitting in this kind of posture would be quite funny but Sam in this situation wasn't felling like this at all.
He was losing his mind and heart at this moment.
'That must be zombies...god lets us fight zombies mit wooden clubs and bows....I am alone in here I don't have a group and power is off as well..with no water I will die.
I can go out there and scavenge but these zombies can kill me..or worse they make me turn into one of them"Sam lost all hope.
He had about one and a half bottles of water left and most of his food was rotting in the non functional fridge.
He had to go out but he lost his courage after the massacre before so he laid down and fell into a nightmare filled sleep.
Sam woke up to a banging noise.It was bright again outside.
Sam stood up stretching his body and turning around to look outside the window.There was no movement on the streets.
Two bloodstains remained on the streets after the attacks on the woman and the senior group yesterday but no corpses remained.There weren't even bones.

"Did these people turn into zombies as well???"Sam spoke to himself.
He realized the banging didn't stop since he woke up so Sam went to his apartment door and tried to listen to the sounds coming from outside his apartment door.
"Help someone.."
"Bob,kick this freak out of the door"
Sam's neighbors Mr. And Mrs. Cornwell were fighting an intruder at their apartment door.
Sam opened his door lightly so he could look out on the corridor only to see the woman that got attacked yesterday pushing and clawing the door of his neighbors.
'So she really turned'Sam was frightened.He saw the woman with a fist sized hole in her throat and blood drenched chlothing slamming against the door and giving of coarse noises.
'The cornwells were nice to me since I moved here 2 years ago...I have to help them.they are both about 50 years old they can't defend themselves.' Sam thought.
He forgot his fear and mustered all his courage to open the door and yell "HEY COME HERE"
The zombie stopped his actions and turned into Sam's direction.
It startet wobbling over to his apartment.Sam kept waving and yelling so the zombie knew where he was.
'It seems I distracted it enough'Sam thought and wanted to close his door again but right at this moment bob cornwell and his wife came out of their flat sneaking in Sam's direction.
'What are they doing?why aren't they closing their door and hiding again?'he looked at bob.
Bob was staring at Sam as well with a complex expression.
Sam was confused because of the behavior of his neighbors when bob suddenly sprinted behind the zombie and pushed it into Sam's apartment.
"Sorry Sam..everyone for himself and sadly we need to pass your flat to get to the staircase.."Bob whispered while passing Sam's apartment.

Sam couldn't hear what he said because of the bloody woman zombie on top of him but he saw the couple running down the corridor in the direction of the staircase.
'They used me as scapegoat...and I wanted to help...I'm dying..this fucking zombie will kill me!!!'Sam realized as his thoughts turned dark.'it has not even been two days but they already betrayed and sacrificed me...'while thinking about this Sam was pushing the shoulders of the zombie on top so it couldn't bite him,but he lost his power at an alarming rate.
'If this continues I'm gonna die...what can I do..I need help'Sam panicked.When looking around for something that could solve his problem his eyes fell on the wooden beginner club he got from god.Sam bent his left leg and used his knee to press against the zombies chest to hold some distance.at the same time he grabbed the wooden club next to him and smashed it on the zombies head.
Nothing happened..he somehow grabbed the chin of the zombie so it wouldn't move to much and smashed the club again in its head.Sam could hear a bone chilling sound from the zombies head but it was still struggling and trying to bite him so Sam continued bashing his club on the zombies head.
After another few times with a loud crack the zombie stopped moving and lay motionless on top of Sam.
He used his arms and legs to get the corpse off of him and startet breathing heavily.
Then...
'Level up!'

People in this world can train themselves past any and all physical limits, only their mentality is the problem. A strong mind makes the body strong. Everyone in this world possesses this almost magical power in them called haki. There are three types of haki, two available to everyone and the last one is seen only once in seven million people. Different haki can be used to strengthen the body to even affect logia users, to predict and to foresee attacks, sense others’ prowess and even exert your will upon others. Fruits of the sea devil. Otherwise know as devil fruits, give miraculous powers to those who eat them, but robs them of their power to swim and makes them vulnerable to anything from normal seawater to the crystallized power of the sea, sea stone. Devil fruit powers are categorized into three different categories: Zoan type fruits allow their users to transform into an animal of a sort and gain their abilities. There are also human and mythical type zoans so they should actually be called transformation powers but those ones are extremely rare to the point of none existent that most just associate zoan transformations into animals. Logia fruits make their eaters become the element that the fruit was. For example, the one who eats the fire logia fruit is able to use fire in their attacks, become fire to avoid physical attacks and much else. Last but not least are the Paramecia fruits, these fruits are undoubtedly the weirdest and most random of the bunch. There are some that let you attract metal, make you slim and slippery, make your body able to split your body into many pieces, makes your body rubber, lets you control vibrations, light, pressure almost anything you can imagine. Lastly, there are two opposing factions in this world. The marines and the pirates, most strong people are part of either one. Both have their ups and downs. Pirates are free people who do whatever they want. Good or Bad. Marines are the upholders of justice in this world yet no justice system is without corruption. I closed the introductory book while frowning. "Isn't this a summary to the one piece world...?" The cover isn't mine and I am willing to take it down.
