It has been six months since I have encountered the being known as Specter and I go to my boss and give them my easement. I head into his office and see my boss Agent Phil Coulson but, to my surprise me that I see Director Fury. Why is he here?

Coulson: Agent Ramirez

Ramirez: Agent Coulson

Fury: All Right Ramirez I want you tell me everything you learn about the situation in Brooklyn specifically I want you to tell me about Specter. I want you tell me about his likes his dis likes. Where he lives his family. I want to even know if his dog pees on a tree we want to know what that tree is.

Ramirez: Yes Sir. I will my give you my report now. Starting 6 months ago Brooklyn has been infested but what appears to be ghost.

Ramirez: Yes, sir ghost but I believe that a bad ghost is called poltergeist I am not sure of if it is the right term though sir. Fury: Obsession? How so.

Ramirez: Like the first Ghost we know of the Candy Ghost. He has obsession with candy and will do anything to get including stealing it from children. Ramirez: I read a Dr. Christopher Dixon Thesis on the Spirits. You can read about it online. Most of his theories have been proven accurate more than once. I believe Dr. Dixon is one of Most leading experts of the World.

Fury: Are there any others

Ramirez: I believe there were 2 others. One is Marcus Payne the owner of Payne Industries. The other is Lucas Jones he is Christopher Dixon brother in-law, but It appears he disappeared 14 years ago. I believe even through Dr. Dixon is younger he has more information. I also believe he will disclose more information he seems genially want to tell the world about ghost.

Coulson: What can you tell us about our resident Casper.

Ramirez: He territorial he does not like another ghost in Brooklyn. I believe he some way to notify them when they appear. He defends humans he does not like it when un evolved people get hurt. He is snarky not Stark level but what you can expect from a teenager. He also can be petty and aggressive to those he feels that is a threat to the people under his protection. He also growing.

Ramirez: Well when I first met him, he had the average set ghost powers flight, intangibility, invisibility. Later I found out he learned telekinesis and he got two inches taller. He is growing like someone is still alive

Ramirez: I don’t believe he is a ghost at all I believe some sort ghost human hybrid. I believe he in an enhanced.

I take out my folder there is a picture of three fourteen-year-old kids. Fury raises and eye brow he waives his hand to motion me to continue to explain.

Ramirez: These three teenagers are Danial Forte, Arianna Samir and Casey Jones.

Coulson: Samir like the only daughter of Omar Samir that big businessman that may have as much money or even more money than Tony Stark.

Fury: I am more interested in the last name Jones. This would not happen to be son of Lucas Jones would.

Ramirez: Correct sir Casey Alfonso Jones is the son of Lucas and Nala Jones. Two of his family members were the worlds leading experts on ghost. These three kids have been at the seen every scene that involves a spirit. I believe they are fighting the ghost.

Fury: I am guessing the technology is coming from his Uncle am I right.

Ramirez: I don’t know if they are taking it without his permission or he is giving it to them himself, but I do believe it is his technology.

Ramirez: I have been undercover as English teacher at their school four three months here is what I found out. The three of them are team they do not let outsiders into their group. You mess with one of them you mess with all of them. Let start off first with Danial Forte. Friends call him Danny. I believe he is Tech support. I have caught him hacking into school on several occasions to be honest he is good very good. It took the Tech boys weeks to figure out how he has been doing it. I believe he is the brains. Next, we have Arianna Samir she goes by Ari. She is a tomboy vert protective over her friends especially to Casey. She is extremely athletic and knows four different languages. I also believe she is the weapon experts. She knows 3 forms of Martials Arts they are Aikido, Jujitsu and Krav Maga. In 10 years, she might be able to give Romanov a run for her money. Now let talk about Casey Jones but first look at this picture. It is a picture of Specter with his hood off.

Ramirez: We put this face next to Case Jones and it a 90% match I believe he is Specter.

Fury: How

Ramirez: I don’t know. The People consider Casey Jones a delinquent. He always skips class, When he is not skipping, he is sleeping, but he is smart he still mages to get a B average even with all the classes he misses. Casey usually doe not retaliates when someone messes with him. But if Ari or Danny are the targets, he will not hesitate to attack no matter the repercussions. First day a School a boy by name of Richard Lawson. Was messing with Casey he ignored it buy when he messed with Danny. He did not hesitate to break the bully Jaw and give him 3 cracked ribs. He has morals, There was girl there who bullied he has a code that says he refuses to hit women or children. Well that did not stop Miss Samir for giving the girl a broken nose. Like I said in my earlier report you mess with one you mess with all.

Fury: Did he use his powers.

Ramirez: No everything he did was natural ability. He has been taking Krav Maga lesson with Miss Samir.

Fury: Looks like the kid knows how to hold back even when extremely angered a good quality to have. Looks like he will be added to the list of candidates

Fury: Ramirez the world is a big place and with-it unimaginable danger. I am creating a team that when the world is despair, they will give it hope.
