In ancient times, when the gods ruled and humanity reigned supreme. Humans would kill any species, that wasn’t human. Thus the age of slaughter began, however humans called it the age of cleansing. Religious powerhouses rose to power, that would discriminate against other races and the citizens started believing in such thoughts, nonetheless that wasn’t the case and the true reason was human greed for riches and power. Anyhow the real reason, why humans got overpowered, was the gods would choose their champions from humanity thus those champions, would be seen as heroes by the church and made into historical figures. The so called “Champions” would slaughter the innocents, without fail and without reason. Making it impossible for the other races to continue to survive and thus making them go extinct. Later on an ancient god that was slumbering awoke, due to the slaughter and punished the gods by their folly making them banished and took away from humanity their Mana and Ki.

Several centuries later humanity forgot about the Gods existences, also the church powerhouses lost their hold and crumbled making an era of peace and unity. Yet after humanity expanded and ruled the world, wars started to descend on every powerful nation. The notions on which those nations started these wars were, trying to be the supreme ruler or just an ambitious ruler trying to make a name for himself by using war. Thus the age of war began without humanity having a common enemy they turned to themselves. Hence the age of war began or as humanity scholars called it “The Age of Ruin”.

Several decades later humanity has lost its technology, weaponry, culture and they’re safe empires or their so-called “Havens”. So humanity lost all its former glory and all their records regarding such things buried by the war. Later on small kingdoms formed. Here are the names of the kingdoms and what they specialized in, Kingdom of salutem; specialize in medicine and herbs. Kingdom of bellum; specialized in war. Kingdom of cognitio; specialized in knowledge. Kingdom of aedificium; speicalized in architecture and art of crafting.
